Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种管件切割器,包括弧形主体,主体具有供管件放入的卡槽,所述主体的内侧安装有多个轴承,所述主体的后端具有一固定台,固定台上固定有一固定块,固定块上穿设有丝杆传动组件,丝杆传动组件包括穿设在固定块上的滑杆以及设置在滑杆上且与滑杆配合的丝杆,滑杆的前端安装有刀片,丝杆的后端连接有一转球,所述固定块上设有与丝杆上的凹槽配合的齿扣。面板配合冲压形成,性能稳定,角度较常见的一体成型的不会产生角度差,固定块配合丝杆传动组件来进行安装,使得滑杆在运动时不会产生角度偏移,使得刀片在切割管件时不会跑偏;采用轴承来与管件接触,轴承转动轻便,在割管时更省力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种切割工具,具体讲是一种管件切割器。
背景技术
当塑料管件需要切割时,人们会用到管件切割器来对管件进行切割,而现有技术的管件切割器在使用过程中存在较多问题,比如:在切割管件时刀片容易跑偏;采用滚筒的转动方式较为费劲。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种管件切割器,切割时刀片不会跑偏,切割省力。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:管件切割器,包括弧形主体,主体具有供管件放入的卡槽,所述主体的内侧安装有多个轴承,所述主体的后端具有一固定台,固定台上固定有一固定块,固定块上穿设有丝杆传动组件,丝杆传动组件包括穿设在固定块上的滑杆以及设置在滑杆上且与滑杆配合的丝杆,滑杆的前端安装有刀片,丝杆的后端连接有一转球,所述固定块上设有与丝杆上的凹槽配合的齿扣。
进一步地,所述滑杆具有开口向上的容置槽,丝杆安装在容置槽内,丝杆的后端延伸出容置槽后与转球连接。
进一步地,所述齿扣前端底部位置具有多个卡块,丝杆外壁上的凹槽供卡块卡入。
进一步地,固定块具有供滑杆穿入的穿孔,固定块后端固定有第一弹簧,第一弹簧的顶端与与齿扣后端固定,固定块顶端中间设有一透孔,卡块的前端伸入透孔。
进一步地,所述滑杆的前端底部位置与固定块之间设有第二弹簧。
进一步地,所述滑杆的前端顶部位置设有一挡块。
进一步地,轴承为四组,其中两组轴承位于另两组轴承之间。
进一步地,主体内侧设有内衬。
应用本实用新型所提供的管件切割器,其有益效果是:固定块配合丝杆传动组件来进行安装,使得滑杆在运动时不会产生角度偏移,使得刀片在切割管件时不会跑偏;采用轴承来与管件接触,轴承转动轻便,在割管时更省力。

具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本实用新型的技术方案,现就结合本实用新型附图进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
如图1—图3所示,管件切割器,包括弧形主体1,主体1具有供管件放入的卡槽1.1,主体1的内侧安装有多个轴承2,主体1的后端具有一固定台3,固定台3上固定有一固定块4,固定块4上穿设有丝杆传动组件,丝杆传动组件包括穿设在固定块4上的滑杆5以及设置在滑杆5上且与滑杆5配合的丝杆6,滑杆5的前端安装有刀片7,丝杆6的后端连接有一转球8,固定块4上设有与丝杆6上的凹槽61配合的齿扣9。
滑杆5具有开口向上的容置槽51,丝杆6安装在容置槽51内,丝杆6的后端延伸出容置槽51后与转球8连接。转球8转动后带动丝杆6转动,丝杆6带带动滑杆5作直线运动。
齿扣9前端底部位置具有多个卡块91,丝杆6外壁上的凹槽61供卡块91卡入。固定块4具有供滑杆5穿入的穿孔41,固定块4后端固定有第一弹簧10,第一弹簧10的顶端与与齿扣9后端固定,固定块4顶端中间设有一透孔42,卡块91的前端伸入透孔42。齿扣9的后端往下压时,第一弹簧10被压缩,齿扣9前端翘起,卡块91脱离丝杆6上的凹槽61,此时丝杆6和滑杆5可以前后移动,齿扣9松开后,卡块91卡入凹槽61,丝杆6被限位住。
滑杆5的前端底部位置与固定块4之间设有第二弹簧11。滑杆5往前移动时第二弹簧11被拉伸,当滑杆5向后移动时弹簧能够帮助滑杆5更快、更顺畅地向后移动。
滑杆5的前端顶部位置设有一挡块12,挡块12用于挡住固定块4。
轴承2为四组,其中两组轴承2位于另两组轴承2之间。如图1所示,位于中间的两组轴承2与位于两边的那两组轴承2尺寸大小不同,位于中间的两组小轴承2在放入小管件的时候使用,而两边的两组大轴承2在放入大管件的时候使用。
主体1内侧设有内衬13。主体1包括两面板14和设置在面板14之间的内衬13,两面板14对应冲压成型,两面板14之间注塑成型内衬13。
使用时,管件放到主体1卡槽1.1里,管件接触轴承2,然后按下齿扣9并将滑杆5往里推,直到刀片7与管件接触,然后转动转球8,丝杆6带动滑杆5向前运动,刀片7也向前运动后对管件施加压力,使刀片7与管件紧密接触,随后转动管件或者相对管件转动整个切割器,多转动几次后管件被切割。
本实用新型所提供的管件切割器,固定块4配合丝杆6传动组件来进行安装,使得滑杆5在运动时不会产生角度偏移,使得刀片7在切割管件时不会跑偏;采用轴承2来与管件接触,轴承2转动轻便,在割管时更省力。
当然,以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,非因此即局限本实用新型的专利范围,凡运用本实用新型说明书及图式内容所为之简易修饰及等效结构变化,均应同理包含于本实用新型的专利保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.管件切割器,包括弧形主体,主体具有供管件放入的卡槽,其特征在于:所述主体的内侧安装有多个轴承,所述主体的后端具有一固定台,固定台上固定有一固定块,固定块上穿设有丝杆传动组件,丝杆传动组件包括穿设在固定块上的滑杆以及设置在滑杆上且与滑杆配合的丝杆,滑杆的前端安装有刀片,丝杆的后端连接有一转球,所述固定块上设有与丝杆上的凹槽配合的齿扣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管件切割器,其特征在于:所述滑杆具有开口向上的容置槽,丝杆安装在容置槽内,丝杆的后端延伸出容置槽后与转球连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管件切割器,其特征在于:所述齿扣前端底部位置具有多个卡块,丝杆外壁上的凹槽供卡块卡入。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管件切割器,其特征在于:固定块具有供滑杆穿入的穿孔,固定块后端固定有第一弹簧,第一弹簧的顶端与与齿扣后端固定,固定块顶端中间设有一透孔,卡块的前端伸入透孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管件切割器,其特征在于:所述滑杆的前端底部位置与固定块之间设有第二弹簧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管件切割器,其特征在于:所述滑杆的前端顶部位置设有一挡块。
