背景技术
磨床是机械生产加工中常用的设备，磨床加工时通常需要使用磨削油，磨削油能够提高加工精度、减少刀具砂轮的磨损，使用后的磨削油中含有大量杂质，需要对磨削油过滤，磨削油在循环使用过程中，热量不容易发散，使得磨削油的效果降低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种带有冷却装置的磨削油过滤器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种带有冷却装置的磨削油过滤器，包括箱体，箱体顶部和底部分别设置有进油口与出油口，箱体底部设置有搅拌桨，搅拌桨与箱体外侧的驱动电机相连，搅拌桨上方的箱体侧面设置有输油泵，输油泵通过输油管与箱体顶部相连，输油泵上方箱体内部设置有冷却装置，冷却装置的冷却液进口与冷却液出口伸出箱体外部，冷却装置上方的箱体内部设置有若干组滤网；所述的冷却装置由若干组平行设置的冷却管构成，冷却装置的冷却液进口与冷却液出口分别设置在冷却装置两侧；所述的滤网包括从上而下设置的金属网层、活性炭层及吸水层。
进一步地，所述的冷却管上设置有若干增大冷却管与油液接触面积的凹槽。
进一步地，所述的滤网与箱体地面呈15度角设置，相邻滤网的方向相反。
进一步地，所述的冷却装置与箱体外部的冷水箱相连，所述的冷水箱中设置有水泵。
进一步地，所述的吸水层为半透膜包裹的固体硫酸铜。

如图1所示，一种带有冷却装置的磨削油过滤器，包括箱体1，箱体1顶部和底部分别设置有进油口2与出油口3，箱体1底部设置有搅拌桨5，搅拌桨5与箱体1外侧的驱动电机4相连，搅拌桨5上方的箱体1侧面设置有输油泵6，输油泵6通过输油管8与箱体1顶部相连，输油泵6上方箱体1内部设置有冷却装置，冷却装置的冷却液进口7与冷却液出口9伸出箱体1外部，冷却装置上方的箱体1内部设置有若干组滤网11；所述的冷却装置由若干组平行设置的冷却管10构成，冷却装置的冷却液进口7与冷却液出口9分别设置在冷却装置两侧；所述的滤网11包括从上而下设置的金属网层、活性炭层及吸水层；所述的冷却管10上设置有若干增大冷却管10与油液接触面积的凹槽；所述的滤网11与箱体1地面呈15度角设置，相邻滤网11的方向相反；所述的冷却装置与箱体1外部的冷水箱相连，所述的冷水箱中设置有水泵；所述的吸水层为半透膜包裹的固体硫酸铜。

1.一种带有冷却装置的磨削油过滤器，其特征在于：包括箱体，箱体顶部和底部分别设置有进油口与出油口，箱体底部设置有搅拌桨，搅拌桨与箱体外侧的驱动电机相连，搅拌桨上方的箱体侧面设置有输油泵，输油泵通过输油管与箱体顶部相连，输油泵上方箱体内部设置有冷却装置，冷却装置的冷却液进口与冷却液出口伸出箱体外部，冷却装置上方的箱体内部设置有若干组滤网；所述的冷却装置由若干组平行设置的冷却管构成，冷却装置的冷却液进口与冷却液出口分别设置在冷却装置两侧；所述的滤网包括从上而下设置的金属网层、活性炭层及吸水层。
