一种家用微型榨油机，主要特点是人力脚踏为动 力，并采用榨油环式榨膛和双头螺纹螺旋轴，具有使 用维修方便、延长机械寿命，提高作业效率和出油率 的优点和效果。

Description

本实用新型属于作业加工技术领域，是关于一种家用微型榨油机。
现有的大中型榨油机，采用电力动力，整体榨膛，单头螺旋轴输送，存在着散热性差、出油率低、体积庞大，不适合独家小户使用等缺点。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种家用微型榨油机，采用人力的能克服现有榨油机上述缺点的榨油机。
本实用新型的技术方案，主要是采用脚踏连杆曲轴的动力机构，由多个榨油环组成的榨膛，双头螺旋的输送轴，构成一种家用微型榨油机。
结合实例及附图说明本实用新型榨油机的具体结构特征。
附图1表示家用微型榨油机的总结构示意图；
图2表示家用微型榨油机的榨油环剖面结构示意图。
参见附图1，本家用微型榨油机主要包括动力部分的踏板1，踏板轴2，连杆曲轴4，齿轮7，飞轮6；榨油部分的料斗9，榨膛10，双头螺旋轴11，排骨8，出渣口5，调整部分的大螺杆14，压紧螺母13，大螺母12以及机架3等。其中，榨膛10是由一只以上的榨油环（如图2所示）组成。当油料（芝麻、花生、大豆）从料斗9加入后，人力脚踏1经连杆曲轴4、齿轮7传动给双头螺旋轴11，螺旋轴11旋转后，将螺纹间的油料不断向前推进，由于榨膛10与螺旋轴间的容积越来越小，使油料前进速度减慢，油料密度增加，压力逐渐加大，致使油液从排骨8的间隙中流出来。压力的大小，可通过调整压紧螺母的松紧程度来控制。
本实用新型的家用微型榨油机，与现有榨油机相比，由于采用脚踏作动力，因而方便广大农户业余作业加工；由于榨膛采用由榨油环组成，因而具有散热性能好，减少螺旋轴变形和榨膛易修复更换的优点；由于采用双头螺旋轴推进，因而具有提高吞吐量、增加螺旋轴强度、提高榨净率的优点和效果。总之，本榨油机具有使用维修方便，延长机械寿命和提高作业效率、出油率的优点和效果。

1、一种家用微型榨油机，由动力部分、榨油部分、调整部分、机架部分组成，其特征是动力部分采用由脚踏板、踏板轴、连杆、曲轴组成的人力传动机构，榨油部分的榨膛是由一个以上的榨油环组成，螺旋轴为双头螺纹的螺旋轴。
