背景技术
已知的电线杆生产过程中，使用的钢模清模系统是半机械化清模，因为电线杆模具很长，人工拖把清洗，需要耗费大量人力，且清洗时间长，效率低，对此缺陷目前尚无良好的技术方案解决。
发明内容
本实用新型电线杆钢模具喷雾式清模控制系统以全自动喷雾式方式清洗，可以节省大量人力和清洗时间，提高了生产效率。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型的电线杆钢模具喷雾式清模控制系统是以下述方式实现的：模架一侧安装喷头，喷头连接管道一端，管道另一端连接皂化组合液桶，皂化组合液桶连接汽泵，电线杆模具平放在模架上面；用夹具行车将电线杆钢模具平放在模架上面、里朝下，搅拌好皂化油液，开启汽泵，皂化油液经管道从喷头喷出，按照电线杆钢模具内壁面移动位置进行喷雾式清模。
本实用新型的有益效果是：节省人力和时间，提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
按照图1所示的一种电线杆钢模具喷雾式清模控制系统，设模架1，模架1一侧安装喷头3，喷头3连接管道4一端，管道4另一端连接皂化组合液桶5，皂化组合液桶5连接汽泵2，电线杆模具6平放在模架1上面。
操作程序：用夹具行车将电线杆钢模具6平放在模架1上面、里朝下，搅拌好皂化油液，开启汽泵2，皂化油液经管道4从喷头3喷出，按照电线杆钢模具6内壁面移动位置进行喷雾式清模。
