一种常温镶装式线缆塑料挤出模芯,采用聚晶金 刚石材料做为内模芯,可塑金属包围着内模芯并被固 定在模芯头与模芯堵头之间各部件可分别加工,之间 为过盈配合,常温下可以装配,具有加工容易,使用寿 命高等优点。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种常温锒装式线缆塑料挤出模芯。属于电线电缆模具制造领域。
目前电线电缆行业包封绝缘层所用的挤出模芯使用的是用粉末冶金烧结的方式锒装天然钻石(温度>850℃),或用纤焊的方式锒装硬质合金块。但是这两种结构都存在着缺点,前者的加工只能采用激光和机械研磨,加工比较困难,效率低、成本大。后者的耐磨性比较差。两者均不适合温度≥720℃会发生石墨化而严重降低耐磨性,而且焊接性能较差的聚晶金刚石的锒装。
本实用新型提供一种常温锒装式线缆塑料挤出模芯。以解决现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的:线缆塑料挤出模芯,由模芯头1,模芯堵头2,模芯体3,内模芯4和可塑金属5组成。可塑金属5包围着内模芯4并固定在模芯头1和与模芯头1相适配的模芯堵头2之间,模芯头1和与模芯头1相适配的模芯体3联结。模芯头1与模芯堵头2、模芯体3之间的配合为过盈配合。内模芯采用聚晶金刚石材料。

本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下的优点:
1.锒装结构的加工装配是在常温下进行的,省去了高温加热及一系列的保护性措施,并节能和降低了对锒装条件的要求。
2.锒装结构的各部件单独加工,之间采用过盈配合,这样的分步加工降低了加工难度。
3.内模芯采用聚晶金刚石材料,既能保持天然钻石的优点,又能降低成本,还可利用电火花加工聚晶金刚石效率高、仿形精度好,光洁度较好的特点,也降低了加工难度。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述,模芯头1与模芯堵头2,模芯体3之间  配合的过盈量20~50μm,最佳值为30μm。常温下,可将三个部件构成一体。可塑金属包围着内模芯,在模芯堵头2与模芯体3的装配过程中,可塑金属和内模芯被固定在模芯堵头2与模芯体3之间。可塑金属产生塑性变形和硬化,填充模芯头1与模芯堵头之间的空隙。

Claims (2)

1、一种线缆塑料挤出模芯,是由模芯头1,模芯堵头2,模芯体3、内模芯4和可塑金属5组成,其特征在于:所说的可塑金属5包围着内模芯4,并被固定在所说的模芯头1和与模芯头1相适配的模芯堵头2之间,所说的模芯头1和与模芯头1相适配的所说的模芯体3联结。
2、根据权利要求1所规定的线缆塑料挤出模芯,其特征在于:所说的模芯头1与所说的模芯堵头2、模芯体3之间的配合为过盈配合,内模芯3采用聚晶金刚石材料。
