一种汽车尾气净化器,由外套件,和内套件组成。外套件固定在汽车尾气管上,内套件通过螺纹旋转进外套件;内套件内包含滤芯,滤芯包括多孔材料和汽车尾气化学过滤膜。外套件通过螺丝固定在汽车尾气管上,或者焊接在汽车尾气管上。内套件滤芯的多孔材料包括活性炭,高效微粒空气过滤膜(HEPA),多孔陶瓷,玻璃纤维,布料。内套件滤芯的汽车尾气化学过滤膜包括碳氢化合物过滤膜、氮氧化合物过滤膜、铅过滤膜,和硫氧化合物过滤膜。内套件滤芯包括二氧化碳和一氧化碳吸收材料。雾霾中汽车尾气排放的废气是雾霾的一大源头,治理了汽车尾气排放,雾霾就治好了三分之一。装了汽车尾气净化器的汽车,尾气都不再直接排入空气中,而是通过汽车尾气净化器净化后再排入空气。

本发明属于汽车尾气污染治理的技术领域。
背景技术
机动车尾气排放的废气是空气污染的一大源头。本发明发明了一个成本低廉的,可以清除,消灭雾霾的汽车尾气净化器。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提出一种汽车尾气净化器:
一种汽车尾气净化器,由外套件,和内套件组成。外套件固定在汽车尾气管上,内套件通过螺纹旋转进外套件;内套件内包含滤芯,滤芯包括活性炭,高效微粒空气过滤膜(HEPA),多孔陶瓷,玻璃纤维,布料。
上述的汽车尾气净化器,外套件通过螺丝固定在汽车尾气管上,或者焊接在汽车尾气管上。
上述的汽车尾气净化器,内套件滤芯的多孔材料包括石棉,海绵,棉花,纱布。
上述的汽车尾气净化器,内套件滤芯的汽车尾气化学过滤膜包括碳氢化合物过滤膜、氮氧化合物过滤膜、铅过滤膜,和硫氧化合物过滤膜。
上述的汽车尾气净化器,内套件滤芯包括二氧化碳和一氧化碳吸收材料。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明的汽车尾气净化器由外套件1,和内套件2组成。外套件通过螺丝固定在汽车尾气管上,内套件通过螺纹旋转进外套件。外套件适配各种汽车车型的尾气管,内套件就可以标准化。内套件内包含可置换的滤芯,滤芯为活性炭,高效微粒空气过滤膜(HEPA),多孔陶瓷,玻璃纤维,布料等多孔材料(定时更换,脏了就换),颗粒烟尘多孔材料吸附过滤。外端为汽车尾气化学过滤膜,过滤碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。当然了,除了多孔材料吸附过滤,和汽车尾气化学过滤膜,还可以有二氧化碳和一氧化碳吸收材料,国外已经有了二氧化碳的吸收材料,国内也可以加紧研制。每隔一段时间,例如两个星期,就拧开内套件,将里面的滤芯更换就行。
有了本发明的汽车尾气净化器,雾霾又消灭了三分之一。国家治理雾霾,推广汽车尾气净化器很简单,安装了汽车尾气净化器的汽车,不限号,市区停车场也是优先停车。
不光中国,全世界都有汽车尾气的问题,一辆轿车一年排出的有害废气比自身重量大3倍。英国空气洁净和环境保护协会曾发表研究报告称,与交通事故遇难者相比,英国每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。铅是有毒的重金属元素,城市大气中的铅60%以上来自汽车含铅汽油的燃烧。铅尘比重大,通常积聚在1米左右高度的空气中,因此对儿童的威胁最大。尾气中的二氧化硫,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。
尾气中的固体悬浮颗粒就是PM2.5,汽车尾气除了是大型城市PM2.5的主要来源之一外,还是很多城市大气污染的罪魁祸首之一。1970年,美国洛杉矶发生尾气光化学烟雾事件,导致全城四分之三的居民患病,1971年日本东京发生尾气光化学烟雾事件,导致当地学生出现中毒昏迷。可见,汽车尾气是城市在大型化和环境改善两者之间难以逾越的一条鸿沟。
德国大众汽车“尾气门”事件,第一笔和解费赔偿美国车主及政府高达147亿美元,而且好像后续还有几十亿美元的和解费。所以本发明的汽车尾气净化器对国外的汽车公司也是刚需。
本发明的汽车尾气净化器,即简单,又低成本的治理了汽车尾气。
根据本发明的思想所做的具体的布局和操作方式都在本发明的保护范围内,对本发明的具体实例中位置、数量、种类等进行替换和移位都在本发明的保护范围内。
例如外套件也可以直接焊接在汽车尾气管上。

1.一种汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于汽车尾气净化器由外套件,和内套件组成;外套件固定在汽车尾气管上,内套件通过螺纹旋转进外套件;内套件内包含滤芯,滤芯包括多孔材料和汽车尾气化学过滤膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于外套件通过螺丝固定在汽车尾气管上,或者焊接在汽车尾气管上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于内套件滤芯的多孔材料包括活性炭,高效微粒空气过滤膜(HEPA),多孔陶瓷,玻璃纤维,布料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于内套件滤芯的汽车尾气化学过滤膜包括碳氢化合物过滤膜、氮氧化合物过滤膜、铅过滤膜,和硫氧化合物过滤膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车尾气净化器,其特征在于内套件滤芯包括二氧化碳和一氧化碳吸收材料。
