本实用新型涉及一种模具，属于模具设计制造技术领域，尤其是一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构。
背景技术
模具是工业生产上用以注塑、吹塑、挤出、压铸或锻压成型、冶炼、冲压、拉伸等方法得到所需产品的各种模子和工具。目前用模具生产带有金属镶件的塑胶产品的方法基本上是：将金属镶件放置在模具内，模具在放置金属镶件，由于有些产品需要人工放置金属镶件的数量较多时，容易漏放金属镶件，尤其是在产品插片位置，这样就使金属镶件被注入塑料而不容易被发现，导致不良品流出。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，在放置金属镶件时可发现前一模产品是否漏放金属镶件，有效地避免产品漏放金属镶件的不良品流入客户端，产生更大损失。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，包括金属镶件、后模镶块，产品塑胶，金属镶件放置在动模内，其特征在于：横向凹槽设置在后模镶块上并接近放置金属镶件的底部位置。
进一步，横向凹槽贴近金属镶件根部的表面，后模镶块凹进横向凹槽中。
进一步，横向凹槽的尺寸为1.5*0.3mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：如果漏放金属镶件，塑料会进入横槽，产品脱模后，塑料会断在后模镶块内部，下一次放置金属镶件无法放入后模镶块，从而发现前一模产品漏放金属镶件，为不良品，有效地避免产品漏放金属镶件的不良品流入客户端，产生更大损失。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图4所示，一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，包括后模镶块(2)、金属镶件(1)、产品塑胶(3)，金属镶件（1）放置在后模镶块(2)内，横向凹槽(4)设置在后模镶块（2）并接近放置金属镶件（1）的底部位置，所述的横向凹槽(4)贴近金属镶件（1）根部的表面，后模镶块（2）凹进1.5*3mm横向凹槽（4）中。
注塑成型时，首先把金属镶件（1）放置在动模（5）内的模腔内，然后将定模与动模（5）进行合模，塑料由注塑机喷头注入模具灌嘴内，注塑成型产品；当注塑成型完成时，打开动模，通过顶针将金属镶件（1）和产品塑胶（3）所结合成的产品一起顶出，如果漏放金属镶件，塑料会进入横向凹槽（4），产品脱模后，塑料会断在后模镶块（2）内部，下一次放置金属镶件（1）无法放入后模镶块（2），从而发现前一模产品漏放金属镶件，为不良品，有效地避免产品漏放金属镶件的不良品流入客户端，产生更大损失。

1.一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，包括金属镶件、后模镶块，产品塑胶，金属镶件放置在动模内，其特征在于：横向凹槽设置在后模镶块上并接近放置金属镶件的底部位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，其特征在于，横向凹槽贴近金属镶件根部的表面，后模镶块凹进横向凹槽中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种简便管控金属镶件漏放的注塑模具结构，其特征在于，横向凹槽的尺寸为1.5*0.3mm。
