本实用新型涉及一种臭氧发生装置。
现有的臭氧管有三种:(1)金属平板与针状电极结构,(2)密封真空管内注入惰性气体和放入电极并在管外置一电极的结构,(3)应用紫外激发产生臭氧的微型臭氧管。它们的不足之处有结构较复杂、制作工艺与设备较繁、造价高的特点。
本实用新型的目的是,设计一种简易型臭氧管,使之具有良好的产生臭氧的功能,又具结构简单、制作简便的特点。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是,它有玻璃管,在所述玻璃管的外壁和内壁分别置有金属网状电极,由此构成臭氧管。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做出说明。
附图说明:图1是结构图。其中;1-玻璃管,2、3-金属网状电极。
由附图可知,它有玻璃管(1),该玻璃管(1)的外壁有金属网状电极(2),其内壁有金属网状电极(3)。
本实用新型的工作原理是,所述两电极(2)(3)加电后,其电压使空气中氧气转换为臭氧。可以使玻璃管(1)的长度大于金属网状电极的长度,每端留出适当长度的空出端,以保证装置加电后的可靠工作。
本实用新型构成了一种臭氧发生装置,具有结构简单、制作简便、实用性强的特点。
实施例:玻璃管(1)采用石英玻璃制作,其尺寸为φ20×85mm,壁厚为0.3至0.5mm。网状电极采用金属铝网,加电2800伏,即可产生极佳效果。

1、一种臭氧管;有玻璃管(1),其特征是,在所述玻璃管(1)的外壁有金属网状电极(2),在其内壁有金属网状电极(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的臭氧管,其特征是,玻璃管(1)为石英玻璃质,金属网状电极(2)(3)为金属铝网。
