套，其结构特点是它由橡胶条形成内孔为任意几何形
状的螺旋形套，橡胶条的横截面为弓形，使用时，只需
把形成螺旋形套的橡胶条缠绕在构成框架或设备的
金属杆上即可，十分简便、迅速，而且能保证金属杆完
全由橡胶覆盖和无任何划伤源。本实用新型可广泛
用于电子、光学、机械、化学、化工等领域。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种放置易碎、易伤件的框架或设备用的保护套，它由橡胶制作，可套在构成框架或设备的金属杆上，防止被放件碰伤或划伤。
现在的生产实践中，放置易碎、易伤件的框架或设备用的保护套为橡胶圆管（例如显象管流水线中传送带的金属吊篮）。使用时，一种方法是把橡胶圆管沿纵向剖开，然后把剖开的橡胶圆管安放到构成框架或设备的金属杆上并用金属丝捆扎或粘结；另一种方法是把框架或设备拆开，在其构件上套上橡胶管后再组装成原状。因此，不仅安装费时、不方便，而且也不能完全避免被放件的划伤。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种安装简便并能保证被放件完整无伤的保护套。
本实用新型所提供的保护套，是由橡胶条形成的螺旋形套，呈“圆柱螺旋弹簧”状，其内孔可以是圆形孔、矩形孔、三角形孔或两种以上的基本几何体组成的复合形状孔，橡胶条的横截面为弓形。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是本实用新型的结构图；图2是本实用新型安装在框架上的示意图。
下面结合附图说明根据本实用新型提出的具体结构的细节。
如图1所示，本实施例中的保护套为螺旋形套，在自由状态时，各圈螺旋接触并紧，象拉伸圆柱螺旋弹簧空载时一样，其内孔为圆形孔、其橡胶条的横断面为弓形。由于保护套工作时主要承受径向压力，因此其壁厚和节距无严格要求。
本实用新型用模具成型，根据用户要求，可设计各种尺寸、各种内孔的模具。
使用本实用新型时，把形成螺旋形套的橡胶条缠绕在构成框架或设备的金属杆上即可，安装完毕后的状态如图2所示。
本实用新型与现有的用作保护套的橡胶圆管相比，安装时可省两道工序（剖管、捆扎或粘接），也不需要拆卸框架或设备；安装完毕后，构成框架或设备的金属杆完全被橡胶复盖而且其上无任何划伤源，因此易于推广使用。
在生产实践中，易碎、易伤件广泛分布于电子、光学、机械、化学、化工等领域，因此本实用新型使用面广、经济效益显著。
Claims (6)
1、一种放置易碎、易伤件的框架或设备用的保护套，由橡胶制作，其特征在于该套是由橡胶条形成的螺旋形套，呈“圆柱螺旋弹簧”状。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保护套，其特征在于橡胶条的横截面为弓形。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的保护套，其特征在于该套的内孔为圆柱孔。
4、根据权利要求1、2所述的保护套，其特征在于该套的内孔为矩形孔。
5、根据权利要求1、2所述的保护套，其特征在于该套的内孔为三角形孔。
6、根据权利要求1、2所述的保护套，其特征在于该套的内孔为两种以上的基本几何体组成的复合形状孔。
