本实用新型涉及一种模具安装的装置。
背景技术
目前，多开模模具的安装，由于上模和侧模存在油缸干涉，行车或者叉车不能直接将模具送到开模机内部，安装时，一般先在侧油缸上安置两根方钢，然后将模具放置在方钢上，再用人力推进开模机内部，或者利用上模油缸将模具拉进开模机内部，整个过程，由于导轨的不稳定，整个移动过程，费力并且危险。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术存在的上述不足，设计的一种方便实用的模具安装装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：包括安装架、装于安装架上的多个辊杆组件；所述安装架包括水平设置的连接杆、竖直设置的支撑柱，支撑柱与连接杆之间有支撑筋；所述辊杆组件包括辊杆、位于辊杆两端的轴承组件、用于限制辊杆径向移动的辊杆挡圈，所述轴承组件包括轴承、轴承支撑座、用于将轴承封闭在轴承支撑座中的轴承挡板，辊杆两端经轴承装于轴承支撑座上，轴承支撑座固定在连接杆上。
所述安装架两端设有挡板，安装架两侧设有吊环。
所述挡板上端面凸出于辊杆。
所述挡板所在平面与辊杆的轴线相平行。
所述轴承位于辊杆上的轴肩处。
所述辊杆挡圈位于轴承组件外侧。
本实用新型利用辊杆推动模具，整个移动过程省时省力，与现有技术相比具有操作方便、安全，制造容易等特点。

具体实施方式
图1、2中，支撑柱2与连接杆3相互焊接，组成整个安装架的底座，支撑柱2与连接杆3之间有支撑筋1加强，支撑筋1不得与侧油缸干涉，支撑柱2的高度应保证底座比侧油缸高。连接杆3前后焊接有挡板4，挡板4的高度应比安装后的辊杆高，确保模具的进出时能保证安全。辊杆7与轴承支撑座5连接，并将轴承支撑座5固定在连接杆3上，连接杆侧面焊有吊环8，便于安装架的吊装。
图3、4中，辊杆7的两端放置在轴承支撑座5中，并有限制辊杆径向移动的辊杆挡圈6。轴承10位于辊杆7上的轴肩处，并封闭在轴承支撑座5与轴承挡板9中。
安装模具时，先将开模机的开档开到最大，再将模具安装架的一端放置在开模机中，放置稳妥后，把模具吊装到模具安装架上另一端的辊杆7上，推动模具，至模具完全进入开模机，开动开模机合模，至开模机的上部与模具接触，停止合模。用链条穿过开模机上部把模具拉住，确认模具被吊住后，将模具安装架从设备中吊出，待安装架被吊出后，开动开模机合模，至模具下平面与设备接触，卸掉链条，利用侧油缸调整模具在开模机中的位置，安装模具。
拆卸模具时，先将链条穿过开模具上部把模具拉住，再将开模机彻底打开，把模具安装架的一端放置在开模机中，放置稳妥后，调整模具安装架的位置，确保模具能稳定的放置在安装架上后，开模机合模，待模具放置在模具安装架上，卸掉链条，开模机开模到极限，再推动模具，将模具移出开模机，用行车将模具调离模具安装架后，再将模具安装架吊离开模机。

1.一种模具安装装置，其特征在于：包括安装架、装于安装架上的多个辊杆组件；所述安装架包括水平设置的连接杆（3）、竖直设置的支撑柱（2），支撑柱（2）与连接杆（3）之间有支撑筋（1）；所述辊杆组件包括辊杆（7）、位于辊杆（7）两端的轴承组件、用于限制辊杆径向移动的辊杆挡圈（6），所述轴承组件包括轴承（10）、轴承支撑座（5）、用于将轴承（10）封闭在轴承支撑座（5）中的轴承挡板（9），辊杆（7）两端经轴承（10）装于轴承支撑座（5）上，轴承支撑座（5）固定在连接杆（3）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具安装装置，其特征在于：所述安装架两端设有挡板（4），安装架两侧设有吊环（8）。
