[0041] 进水区1,以将输入的废水做初步沉淀,包括:进水口 11、闸门13和第一出水口 14, 第一出水口 14的位置高于进水口 11的位置,以在废水从进水口丨丨输入后在逐渐涨至进水口 11位置处的过程中进行初步沉淀。具体地,进水口 11设置在侧壁距离底部丨/3位置或1/3以 下位置;第一出水口 14设置在侧壁距离底部2/3或2/3以上位置,以防止进水对底泥的扰动, 影响出水水质。
[0042] 进水口 11设在进水区1侧壁的底部;第一出水口 14连通进水区1与反应区2,经过初 次沉淀的废水通过第一出水口 14进入反应区2;闸门13设在第一出水口 14上,通过对闸门13 的控制从而控制第一出水口 14的大小以控制输出进水区1的水流,以实现防止进水对底泥 的扰动,影响排泥的效果。
[0043] 进水区1,设在污水处理设备的前段,一方面用于均匀进水,另一方面用于将废水 进行初步沉淀,初步净化废水,为下一步净化提供相对纯净的水源。
[0044] 具体地,进水口 11的前端设有混凝剂添加器,当进水区1的进水浓度大于预设浓度 时,开启混^剂添加器,使得混凝剂与废水共同进入进水区丨,进而降低进水的浓度。可选 的,可以是采取管道直接投加,或管式静态混合器投加,优选的,可以采用管式静态混合器 投加进行投加混凝剂,这样可以使得药剂与污水混合更加均匀,混凝效果更好。如果为了减 少成本,则可以在混凝后不设进水区1,将混凝后的水直接送入反应区2进行过滤。混凝剂的 投加对污染物质进行了初步去除处理,提高了出水水质。优选地,当进水粘度较高时,建议 将进水过滤前投加氯,杀死污泥颗粒中的微生物,以降低进水粘度。
[0045]反应区2,填充有填料和废水的混合物,可选地,填料可以选择为聚乙烯制成的,但 本实用新型不以此为限。由于聚乙烯的比重接近于水,因此可以均匀分布在水中,且其形状 为圆柱状,具有易于挂膜的特点,又由于比表面积大,不结团,不堵塞,所以脱膜容易。可选 地,填充料可以采用聚乙烯材质BC-C1型新型悬浮生物填料,规格尺寸为® 25mm X 1 Omm。比 表面积为800m2/m3,孔隙率大于95%,密度为0.97g/cm3。在反应区2中投加一定数量的悬浮 载体,可以提高反应器中的生物量及生物种类,进而提高反应器的处理效率。由于填料密度 接近于水,所以在曝气的时候,与水能够呈完全混合。
[0046] 反应区2包括:滤布滤盘装置20、曝气装置28和反洗装置21。
[0047] 滤布滤盘装置20,设置在反应区2中部位置,包括:轴200、滤盘、滤水收集管道202 和驱动装置203。

[0049]滤水收集管道202,套设于部分轴200上,以在轴200被驱动装置203的驱动力下带 动旋转时随之旋转。
[0050]多个滤布滤盘201,滤盘201之间平行且等间隔地套设在滤水收集管道202上,并在 滤水收集管道202的旋转下进行旋转,滤盘201与滤水收集管道202在二者接触的地方连通, 以在滤盘201在旋转的情况下对废水进行过滤后,将过滤水通过二者接触的连通处注入滤 水收集管道202,进而输出反应区2。优选地,滤布滤盘装置20的滤布可以采用lOurn微滤纤维 长毛绒滤布。这种滤布的优点是污水从滤布正前方通过在流体的作用下,长毛纤维按一定 方向倒伏,相互叠合,棉絮般的紧密过滤层。当滤布截流污物达满负荷后,可以使用外部的 负压抽吸装置对其进行抽吸清理。具有强度高、軔性好、耐腐蚀、制作及安装方便等优点。 [0051] 滤布滤盘201数量根据滤池设计流量而定,具体地,滤盘201数量为1-20,滤盘201 的孔径应小于填料的粒径,以防止填料从滤盘进入滤水收集管道202。
[0052] 滤布滤盘的工作原理:采用外进内出式。即污水进入反应区2,污水由外向内通过 滤布滤盘201过滤,过滤后的净水收集到滤水收集管道202中,然后通过滤水收集管道202排 出反应区2。其优点是有效过滤面积大,抗进水负荷冲击能力强。根据调节进水口 11大小,可 以控制反应区2的水位,以使整个滤布滤盘都100%浸没在水中,使污水与滤布滤盘大面接 触,提高滤布滤盘的使用率,从而提高污水处理效率。
[0053]液位监测仪,用于监测反应区2的水位,且在水位高于预设的水位时,发送清洗信 号至反洗装置21;
[0054]反洗装置21,以在接收到清洗信号时,对多个滤布滤盘进行清洗。

[0057]污水经滤布过滤,在此过程中部分污泥吸附在滤布外侧,逐渐形成滤饼层,随着滤 布上污泥的积聚,阻力增加,致使设备水位逐渐升高,系统通过设置在反应区2内的液位监 测仪监测液位变化,当该池内液位到达反洗水位时,自动控制系统即可启动反洗程序,开始 反洗过程。滤布上的滤饼层通过反洗装置21,经由反洗泵,排出反应区2。清洗时,滤布滤盘 装置20可连续过滤。
[0058]曝气装置28,设在滤布滤盘装置20下方,用于为反应区2的水与空气提供充分接触 条件。在反应区2增加悬浮填料及曝气装置28,加之整个过程中转盘一直转动,则可以利用 填料与滤布间的摩擦作用、滤盘转动和水流作用,达到降低反冲洗的频率,缓解污堵,提高 净水处理效率的效果。需要说明的是,该设备采用PLC自动化控制系统。
[0059]反应区2的底部设有过滤板29,过滤板29的孔径小于填料的粒径。
[0060]出水区3,设有一低于出水区3高度的出水堰板36,将出水区3分隔为两区,一区与 反应区2连通,另一区设有总出水口30。出水堰板36控制出水质量和出水速度。一方面使出 水以匀速输出,另一方面可以使反应区2输出的清水经过再次沉淀净化,提高水质。具体地, 出水堰板36上设有溢流保护孔,反应区2输出的水过多过急时,溢流保护孔可以帮助分流一 些出水,减轻出水堰板36的压力。

[0064]污泥区,设在反应区2的底部,污泥区的上方为曝气装置28;污泥区底部设有排污 管道220,排污泵221设在反应区2顶部。具体地,污泥区为斗形池底。污泥区底部污泥沉积减 少了滤布上的污泥量,可延长过滤时间,减少反洗水量。经过设定的时间段,PLC启动排污泵 221。另外,该设备出现故障时,可启动排泥泵通过排污管道220抽吸污泥区底部的污泥以清 空污泥的作用。污泥区设为斗形池底有利于集中污泥地收集,节省排污系统的排污时间,提 高效率。池底设置为斗形,使得经过滤板29两端过滤后的污泥在进入池底时,能够顺着斗形 侧边滑向底部中央的排污管道以方便排泥。
[0065]反应区2顶板为活动盖板,盖板上设置有玻璃盖板观察孔,反应区2侧壁上设爬梯。 便于检修维护设备、方便工作人员观察设备内部情况。该设备四周设有楼梯,以便爬到设备 顶部观察情况。该设备顶部四周设有围栏,保护工作人员安全,以免在顶部作业时发生意外 摔下来。

1. 一种废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括: 进水区(1),以将输入的废水做初步沉淀,包括:进水口(11)、闸门(13)和第一出水口 (14),所述第一出水口(14)的位置高于所述进水口(11)的位置,以在废水从所述进水口 (11)输入后在逐渐涨至所述进水口(11)位置处的过程中进行初步沉淀; 所述进水口(11)设在所述进水区(1)侧壁的底部;所述第一出水口(14)连通所述进水 区⑴与反应区(2),经过初次沉淀的废水通过第一出水口(14)进入所述反应区(2);所述闸 门(13)设在第一出水口(14)上,用于控制所述第一出水口(14)的大小以控制输出所述进水 区(1)的水流; 反应区(2),填充有填料和所述废水的混合物,其包括: 滤布滤盘装置(20),设置在反应区⑵中部位置,包括: 轴(200),两端分别设置于所述反应区(2)相对的两个侧壁上,其中一端与驱动装置 (203)连接; 滤水收集管道(202),套设于部分所述轴(200)上,以在所述轴(200)被所述驱动装置 (203)的驱动力下带动旋转时随之旋转; 多个滤布滤盘(201),套设在所述滤水收集管道(202)上,所述多个滤布滤盘(201)彼此 平行,并在所述滤水收集管道(202)的旋转下进行旋转,所述滤盘(201)与所述滤水收集管 道(202)在二者接触的地方连通,以在所述滤盘(201)在旋转的情况下对所述废水进行过滤 后,将过滤水通过二者接触的连通处注入所述滤水收集管道(202),进而输出所述反应区 (2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括: 液位监测仪,用于监测所述反应区(2)的水位,且在所述水位高于预设的水位时,发送 清洗信号至反洗装置(21); 所述反洗装置(21),以在接收到所述清洗信号时,对所述多个所述滤布滤盘(201)进行 清洗。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述反洗装置(21)包括控制器 (213)、反洗支管(211)和刷头(212),所述刷头(212)设置于所述反洗支管(211)的一端,且 位于相邻的两个所述滤布滤盘(201)之间,与两个所述滤布滤盘(201)接触: 所述控制器(213),用于接收所述清洗信号,并控制所述反洗支管(211)通水以在所述 滤布滤盘(201)旋转时通过所述刷头(212)对其进行清洗。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括: 曝气装置(28),设在所述滤布滤盘装置(20)下方,用于为所述反应区(2)的水与空气提 供充分接触条件。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括: _ 污泥区,设在所述反应区(¾的底部,所述污泥区的上方为所述曝气装置(28);所述'污 泥区底部设有排污管道(220),排污泵(221)设在所述反应区⑵顶部。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括:出水区®> ; 所述出水区⑶设有一低于所述出水区⑶高度的出水堰板(36),将所述出水区(3)分 隔为两区,一区与所述反应区⑵连通,另一区设有总出水口(30)。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其中,所述进水口(11)的前端设有混凝剂添加 器,以在所述进水区⑴的进水浓度大于预设浓度时,通过添加混凝剂以降低所述进水的浓 度。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其中,所述反应区(2)的底部设有过滤板(29), 所述过滤板(29)的孔径小于所述填料的粒径。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的废水处理设备,其中, 所述滤布滤盘装置(2〇)的滤布采用l〇um微滤纤维长毛绒滤布。
10. 根据权利要求5所述的废水处理设备,其中, 所述污泥区为斗形池底。
