具体实施方式
本文在关于对信息源进行扫描的装置、移动系统及方法而对本实用新型的示例性实施方式进行描述。在扫描操作期间,扫描装置(例如,扫描器)是由机载超级电容器进行供能并且被戴在使用者的四肢上。扫描装置可操作地对信息源(例如,具有机器可读信息的目标)进行扫描,基于扫描从信息源获取信息(例如,机器可读信息),并且生成包含与所获取信息相关的数据的信号。所生成的扫描数据信号被传输至在扫描装置的远处被戴上(例如戴在使用者的腰带上)的基站进行处理。

在扫描操作的执行完成、或者接收到与已呈现放电或低动力供应容量状态的超级电容器21相关的指示时,可对指环扫描器10进行再充电。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中可对超级电容器21进行再充电,或者用刚充电的替换超级电容器进行替换。例如,指环扫描器10、和/或超导体21可被对接(例如,电性和机械连接到)到被设置在相关基站上并且可操作地给对接的超级电容器进行充电的电气动力供应装置。因此,可互换地使用一对(或更多的)以相同方式操作的指环扫描器,并且将其中的一个指环扫描器对接到再充电源同时另一个给扫描器10供能。
可从放电状态开始完全地且迅速地给超级电容器21进行再充电。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中可在大约三(3)分钟内用五安培(5A)的充电电流将超级电容器21从放电状态再充电到完全充电和动力供应可用状态。在再充电时,完全充电的超级电容器可以50毫安(mA)的平均速率提供电功率从而给指环扫描器10供能达五(5)分钟。
超级电容器21包括具有可以超过1,000 法拉第单位(在大约1.2伏特的电压下)电容值并且具有比常规电容器大在1和2之间的数量级的每单位质量或体积储能容量的大容量电化学电容式电气元件。超级电容器21可以以显著高于常规可充电电池的速率进行充电,以相似的高速率将电功率输送给负荷,并且对重复且深度充放电循环具有高耐受性,这也优于常规的可充电电池。
超级电容器21可包括:静电双层电容元件、碳基电极、电解质、和在电解质与电极的界面处的亥姆霍兹双层。超级电容器21也可(或者可替代地)包括以电化学赝电容为特征的元件、和包含金属氧化物和/或导电聚合物材料的电极,并且可操作地利用氧化/还原(氧化还原)反应性、法拉第电子转移、或其它电化学过程。可替代地,超级电容器可包括锂离子混合式电容器。
超级电容器21可有时也被称为“超电容器(ultracapacitor)”和/或“双电层电容器”(EDLC)。超级电容器21可具有如Namisnyk、Adam M.的《电化学超级电容器技术概论,ASurvey of Electrochemical Supercapacitor Technology》,悉尼技术大学,澳大利亚(2003)中所描述的特征和或构造,它的全部内容以参考的方式并入本文中用于所有目的,如同完全地在本文中所陈述。

扫描装置10的收发器22包括第一收发器。基站包括第二收发器,该第二收发器可操作地与第一收发器22交换数据信号。该数据信号(例如,“扫描读出”)与所生成的信号有关,该信号包含与在扫描操作中从扫描目标19所获取信息相关的数据。
与扫描相关的数据信号可通过射频(RF)在收发器22与基站收发器之间进行交换。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中收发器22利用在或接近2.4千兆赫(GHz)的工业科学与医疗(ISM)波段(称为蓝牙®)将扫描相关RF数据信号发送至基站。
局部扫描器总线25也可操作地通信联络地连接扫描器收发器22与扫描构件11以便接收从扫描构件中所生成的扫描信号。可经由局部扫描器总线25将扫描相关命令(例如,“触发扫描”)发送至扫描构件11。
扫描构件11可在光波长中操作。该光波长对应于一个或多个红外(IR)、可见、和/或紫外(UV)波段。图5A示出了根据本实用新型的一个实施例的示例性可以光学方法操作版本的扫描器11。
可以光学方法操作的扫描构件11包括光源51和光传感器52,各自是由超级电容器动力源21进行供能。光源51可包括有源光电子器件,例如激光二极管(LD)、发光二极管(LED)、或者这种器件的阵列。光源51可操作地用照明灯(“照明”)53照亮扫描目标19。在由光源51发射时,可利用照明光学装置56将照明53引导到扫描目标19上。
光传感器52可操作地对于扫描目标19对照明灯53的反射54进行检测。从信息源获取信息包括对从扫描目标中被反射照明灯的检测。

可利用检测光学装置57将反射54采集并引导至、滤光、和/或集中在光传感器52上。照明光学装置56和/或检测光学装置57可包括一个或多个透镜、光纤、滤光器、和/或其它无源光学器件(例如棱镜、反射镜、窗口、衍射和/或漫射元件,等)的系统。
可替代地或此外,扫描构件11可在一个或多个RF波段中操作。图5B示出了根据本实用新型的一个实施例的示例性RF操作版本的扫描器11。
RF操作扫描构件11包括由超级电容器动力源21进行供能的RF收发器550。该RF收发器550包括RF发射器(“Tx”)元件551和RF接收器(“Rx”)元件552。该RF Tx元件551可操作地在扫描目标19上经由Tx天线556传输RF信号553。

可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中将扫描器系统100的一个或多个构件(例如,扫描处理器42)配置在基于电子或计算机的硬件,物理地(例如,电子地、光学地、电磁地)存储于非暂时性计算机可读存储介质(例如动态存储器、闪速存储器、驱动器、高速缓存、缓冲器、寄存器、锁存器、存储单元,等)中的软件中。
图7示出了示例性计算机与网络平台700,利用该平台可实施本实用新型的一个实施例。计算机与网络平台700包括第一计算机系统(“计算机”)701、和数据通信网络788。
计算机701包括扫描器系统30(例如,扫描处理器42)的一个或多个构件775。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中计算机701包括基站31的一个构件,或者被局部地设置在基站31中并且/或者与基站一起局部地部署和操作。
计算机701也包括触摸屏显示器725。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中图形用户界面(GUI)780是由触摸屏显示器725所提供和启动。计算机701也可包括摄像头766。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中摄像头766与扫描器系统30一起工作。
网络788可包括可基于传输控制与网际互连协议(例如,TCP/IP)而操作的分组交换数据网络。计算机701可通信联络地连接到第二计算机798,并且在数据通信网络788上与至少第二计算机798交换数据信号,该第二计算机798通信联络地与数据网络788连接。
数据网络788可包括一个或多个的其它网络和/或两个或更多的子网络(“子网”)构件中的一部分。例如,数据网络788可包括因特网和/或特定的广域网(WAN)的一部分。网络788也可包括一个或多个WAN和/或局域网(LAN)子网构件。数据网络788的各部分可以无线方式和/或用电缆相关方式而操作。数据网络788也可至少部分地包括通信网络,例如数字电话网络。
可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中相对于数据网络788上的扫描器系统30的操作,计算机701可操作地将数据发送至计算机798。然后,计算机798可将扫描器系统操作相关数据存储于数据库777中,在以后可从该数据库777中进行检索。计算机701可以可操作地提供对计算机798的查询以便输入数据库777,并且在数据通信网络788上接收相应的回复。
计算机701包括多个电子元件,每个电子元件连接到数据总线702。数据总线702可操作地允许在计算机701的多个各种电子元件的每个电子元件与每个其它电子元件之间交换数据信号。
计算机701的电子元件可包括IC装置,包括一个或多个微处理器。计算机701的电子元件也可包括其它IC装置,例如微控制器、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或其它可编程逻辑装置(PLD)或专用集成电路(ASIC)。
微处理器可包括中央处理单元(CPU)704。CPU 704可操作地执行与GRUI和计算机701的其它构件的操作相关的通用数据处理功能。计算机701的电子元件也可包括一个或多个的其它处理器744。
例如,其它微处理器可包括图形处理单元(GPU)和/或数字信号处理器(DSP)704,这些构件各自可操作地执行会比通用处理功能稍微更专用的数据处理功能,以及有时与CPU 704共享一些处理功能。
处理器744中的一个也可用作“数学(math)”(mathematics)协处理器。该数学协处理器、DSP和/或GPU(“DSP/GPU”)744可操作地执行计算密集数据处理。该计算密集处理可与成像、图像评价、图形、尺寸测量、线框操纵、坐标系统管理、控制、和其它(例如,数学、财务)信息有关,任何的这些信息可与基于扫描的信息有关。多个微处理器中的一个可包括图像处理器733,该图像处理器733可操作地处理从摄像头766馈入的图像和视频、及来自扫描器系统30的扫描目标的扫描相关图像数据。
数据处理操作包括由图像处理器333、CPU 704、和DSP/GPU 744以电子方式执行的计算。微处理器可包括可用作ALU、FPU、和相关存储单元的构件。这些存储单元包括可构造成高速缓存(例如,“L1”、“L2”)、寄存器、锁存器和/或缓冲器的非暂时性数据存储介质。
这些存储单元可操作地相对于处理器的各种功能而以电子方式存储数据。翻译后援缓冲器(TLB)可以可操作地优化由CPU 704、和/或DSP/GPU 744等使用内容可寻址存储器(CAM)的效率。
计算机701也包括可操作地存储数据(例如,以电子方式)的非暂时性计算机可读存储介质。例如,计算机可读存储介质包括主存储器706,例如随机存取储存器(RAM)或其它动态存储介质。主存储器706连接到数据总线702以便存储由CPU 704所执行的信息和指令。
主存储器706也可用于在由CPU 704执行指令期间存储临时变量或其它中间信息。其它存储器(在本说明书被称为RAM 706)可被安装用于类似于DSP/GPU 744的用途。
打印评价系统300还包括只读存储器(ROM)708、或者连接到数据总线702的其它静态存储介质。ROM 708可操作地存储由CPU 704所使用的静态信息和指令。除了RAM 706和ROM 708以外,非暂时性存储介质可包括至少一个数据存储装置710。数据存储装置710可操作地存储信息和指令并且允许对其进行访问。
数据存储装置710可包括磁盘驱动器、闪存驱动器、或光盘驱动器(或其它非暂时性计算机可读存储介质)。数据存储装置710包括连接到数据总线702的非暂时性介质,并且可以可操作地提供“虚拟存储”功能。存储装置710的虚拟存储操作可至少暂时地补充其它非暂时性介质(例如RAM 706)的存储容量。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中一个或多个的处理器和/或非暂时性存储构件执行与基站30的一个或多个构件的操作相关的计算。
非暂时性存储介质包含指令783,这些指令相对于软件而被存储(例如,以电子、磁性、光学、物理方式,等),用于编程、控制、和/或配置计算机701及其部件(包括打印系统100、摄像头766、GUI 80等)的操作。指令783也可与扫描方法80的一个或多个步骤的执行(图8)相关。
与方法60、扫描系统30及其构件775和计算机701的其它操作相关的指令、编程、软件、环境、值、和配置等是由存储介质710、存储器等所存储(例如,以磁性、电子、光学、物理方式等)。
计算机701包括构造成触摸屏725的用户交互显示器,该显示器可用作组合的显示器与图形用户界面(GUI)780。触摸屏725可包括液晶显示器(LCD),该显示器可操作地通过调节液晶晶体管元件的阵列的可变极化状态而提供图像。触摸屏725也包括可操作地接收来自使用者的触觉输入的界面。
GUI 780与触摸屏725的触觉接口可包括例如至少两个微观(或透明)导体的阵列,每个阵列与其它阵列电绝缘并且在相对于其它为垂直的方向上被设置在显示器725表面的下方。触觉输入包括施加到触摸屏725和GUI 780的表面上的压力,该压力导致在靠近压力施加部位的相应的电容值的局部变化,这些变化被导线网所感测从而生成与输入相对应的信号。
从摄像头766和/或扫描器系统30所接收的图像和视频也可被呈现在显示器725上。
触摸屏725可操作地在提高的(例如,高)动态范围(HDR)中提供图像。图像的提供也可基于对背光模组(BLU)的调节。例如,BLU可包括发光二极管(LED)的阵列。可根据第一信号对这些LCD进行调节,并且可根据第二信号对BLU的LED进行调节。触摸屏725可通过实时地相对于第一调制信号使第二调制信号协调而提供HDR图像。
也可(或者可替代地)采用其它显示技术。例如,显示器725可包括有机LED(OLED)阵列。显示器725也可(或者可替代地)包括可在标准动态范围(SDR)(有时也被称为“低动态范围”(LDR))中操作的显示器。
输入接收器714可包括一个或多个电磁开关,这些电磁开关可具体化为按钮、孔罩、微机电传感器(MEMS)或其它传感器、双列直插式封装(DIP)开关,等。输入接收器714可也包括光标和触发控制例如鼠标、操纵杆等、和/或键盘。键盘可包括字母数字和/或表意的、基于字母的按键的阵列,该阵列可操作地打字出相应的字母、数字、和/或其它符号。键盘也可包括方向键(例如,“上/下”、“左/右”)的阵列,该阵列可操作地将命令和数据选择传送至CPU 704并且控制在触摸屏显示器725上所显示光标的移动。这些输入也可通过语音驱动而完成。
方向键可以可操作地提供在触摸屏725的显示部件上所显示的至少两个(2)垂直设置的轴线上的、光标的两(2)个自由度。第一“x”轴水平地设置。与第一轴线为互补的第二“y”轴被垂直地设置。因此,打印评价系统300可操作地确定在几何平面和/或其它坐标系统的图示上的位置。
对存储于存储介质710和主存储器706中的指令序列的执行导致CPU 704执行与计算机701的一般操作相关的处理,DSP/GPU 744执行各种其它处理操作,并且导致打印系统100的各构件执行与示例性方法80相关的处理步骤。此外或可替代地,可代替或结合软件指令,而使用硬连线电路。因此,计算机701并不局限于电路、硬件、固件、或软件的任意特定组合。
本文中所使用的术语“计算机可读存储介质”可指代参与到将指令提供给计算机701的各种处理器构件以便执行的任何非暂时性存储介质。这种介质可采用各种形式,包括但不限于:非易失性介质、易失性介质、和传输介质。非易失性介质包括例如:扫描处理器42、CPU 704、DSP/GPU 744、非暂时性图像相关介质710、存储指令783的经配置/编程的有源元件(和扫描器系统30的其它构件),及其它光学、电子、或磁介质。易失性介质包括与例如RAM 706相关的动态存储器。
传输介质包括同轴电缆、铜导线及其它电导线和光纤,包含包括数据总线702的导线(和/或其它导体或光学装置)。
传输介质也可以采用电磁辐射(例如,光波)的形式,例如可在RF、及IR和其它光学频率处生成。数据通信也可利用其它方式而实行,包括声学(例如,相关的声音)或其它机械、振动,或声子相关介质。
非暂时性计算机可读存储介质可包括:例如可经由通用串行总线(USB)而访问的闪存驱动器,或者计算机701可以从其中获取、读取、接收、和检索数据的任何介质。
各种形式的非暂时性计算机可读存储介质可涉及到将一条或多条指令的一个或多个序列传送至CPU 704以便执行。例如,这些指令可最初被装载于远程计算机(例如,计算机798)的磁盘或其它盘中。该远程计算机可以将指令下载到其动态存储器中并且在网络788上发送指令。
扫描系统30可以在网络788上接收数据并且利用IR、RF、或其它发射器装置将数据转换成相应的信号。连接到数据总线702的IR、RF或其它信号检测器或接收器(“接收器”)可以接收承载于相应的信号中的数据并且将数据置于数据总线702上。可将与发射器和接收器相关的操作合并到收发器中。发射器、接收器、和/或收发器可与接口718相联接。
数据总线702将数据传送至主存储器706,CPU 704和DSP/GPU 744从主存储器706中检索指令并执行。可在由CPU 704执行之前或者之后,可将由主存储器706所接收的指令任选地被存储于存储装置710中。
接口718可包括连接到数据总线702的通信接口。该通信接口可操作地将双向(或更多)数据通信耦合提供至网络链路720,该网络链路720可在RF中以无线方式连接到网络788。也可以光学方式来实施无线通信,例如在IR频率下。
可经由接口718经过兼容的通信端口719与外部装置799(例如,另一个计算机或外部存储装置)交换信号。输入接收器417可经由端口719将信号提供至扫描器系统30的构件775、和计算机701的其它构件。
在任何实施例中,通信接口718发送并接收承载提供各种类型信息的数字数据流的电、电磁或光学信号。网络链路720经过网络788给其它数据装置提供数据通信。输入接收器417可经由网络链路720和/或数据通信网络788将信号提供至打印机系统100和计算机701的其它构件。
网络788可使用承载数字数据流的电、电磁、和/或光学信号中的一种或多种。在网络788上且经过网络链路720和通信接口718所发送的信号将数字数据传送至扫描系统30并且将数字数据从扫描系统30中传送出。扫描系统30可以经过网络788、网络链路720、和通信接口718发送消息并接收数据(包括程序代码)。
因此,关于扫描装置,移动扫描器系统、及用于对信息源进行扫描的方法,描述了本实用新型的示例性实施方式。在扫描操作期间,扫描装置是由机载超级电容器进行供能,并且被戴在使用者的四肢上。该扫描装置可操作地对信息源进行扫描,基于扫描从信息源获取信息,并且生成包含与所获取信息相关的数据的信号。所生成的扫描数据信号被传输至在远离与扫描装置的位置被戴上(例如被戴在使用者的腰带上)的基站进行处理。
因此,本实用新型的各实施例提供一种带指环扫描构件的移动扫描器系统,该指环扫描构件构造成被戴在操作者手的手指上并且不依赖于用于提供其电能的延长的电力电缆。可实施一个示例性实施方式,其中将移动扫描器系统的基站定位、安装、支撑、和戴在操作者的身体的一部分、衣服,或者是可及的、平衡的、舒适的、方便的、人体工程学有效的、非导致疲劳的、安全的、和牢固的附属肢体上。在一个示例性实施方式中,在不依赖于与基站电气动力源电池直接物理连接的情况下给指环扫描器供能,并且不将专用机载电池的重量和尺寸加到指环扫描器上。

Claims (18)
1.一种用于扫描信息的装置,包括:
扫描器,所述扫描器被设计成被戴在使用者的四肢上并且可操作地对具有机器可读信息的目标进行扫描以获得所述机器可读信息,其中,所述扫描器包括用于给所述扫描器提供动力的超级电容器动力源。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述扫描器还可操作地用于将所生成的信号提供至基站,所述基站可操作地用于处理所提供的信号并且被处在远离扫描构件的位置的使用者所戴上。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述扫描器包括第一收发器,其中,所述基站包括可操作地用于与所述第一收发器交换数据信号的第二收发器,与所生成信号相关的所述数据信号包含与所述机器可读信息相关的数据。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述扫描器包括:
可操作地用于使用照明灯照亮扫描目标的光源;和
可操作地用于检测所述扫描目标对所述照明灯的反射的光传感器。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含图形介质,并且其中,所述机器可读信息的扫描是以光学方式执行。
6.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含标记或符号中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包括一维(1D)数据图案、二维(2D)数据图案、或几何数据图案中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含条形码数据图案。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含矩阵码数据图案。
10.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含与文本相关的数据。
11.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述机器可读信息包含射频识别(RFID)标签。
12.一种用于扫描信息的系统,包括:
扫描器,所述扫描器被设计成被戴在使用者的四肢上并且可操作地对具有机器可读信息的目标进行扫描以获得所述机器可读信息,其中,所述扫描器包括用于给所述扫描器提供动力的超级电容器动力源;
基站,所述基站被设计成由处在远离所述扫描器的位置的所述使用者所戴上;和
电气动力供应装置,所述电气动力供应装置关于所述基站被局部地加以设置,用于给所述基站提供动力,
其中,所述扫描器将所述机器可读信息输出至所述基站进行解码,并且当把所述扫描器对接到所述基站时所述动力供应装置给所述超级电容器动力源进行充电。
13.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中,戴上所述基站的位置包括由所述使用者所穿戴的一件衣服或附件中的一种或多种,其中,所述衣服或所述附件物理地支撑所述基站。
14.如权利要求13所述的系统,其中,所述衣服或所述附件包括被设置在所述衣服中的腰带、马甲、皮带、口袋、或者从所述腰带或皮带的一种或多种悬挂出的袋子中的一种或多种。
15.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中,所述电气动力供应装置包括:
电池;和
用于给所述扫描器的所述超级电容器动力源充电的端口。
16.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中,所述扫描器包括多个大致相同且能够可操作地互换的扫描构件中的第一扫描构件,并且其中,所述系统至少包括所述扫描构件中的第二扫描构件。
17.如权利要求16所述的系统,其中,在所述第一扫描构件的操作期间,至少第二扫描构件任选地是可充电的。
18.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中,所述超级电容器动力源包括多个大致相同且能够可操作地互换的超级电容器动力源中的第一超级电容器动力源,其中,所述系统至少包括所述超级电容器动力源中的第二超级电容器动力源,并且其中,在所述第一超级电容器动力源的操作期间,至少第二超级电容器动力源任选地是可充电的。
