Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒。包括储藏盒体以及速冻风扇组件,所述的速冻风扇组件包括速冻风扇支架以及速冻风扇,所述的速冻风扇支架上设有与速冻风扇位置相吻合的进风口,储藏盒体上设有回风口,所述的速冻风扇支架将冷冻风道板上任意一个出风口包围,形成出风口→进风口→回风口的循环风路,所述的储藏盒体上还设有与其相配合的门盖,所述的速冻风扇与主控板相连,所述的主控板与显控板相连。由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型通过设置专用的速冷食品储藏盒,利用冰箱整体冷量对储藏盒内的食品进行速冻,可以及时锁定新鲜食物的水分和养分,同时该储藏盒具有可拆卸功能,方便消费者对冰箱容积的合理利用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可拆卸速冻食品储藏盒。
背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快和生活品质的提高,客户对于具有快速冷冻食品和通过快速冷冻锁定食物的水分养分功能的冰箱越来越青睐。正因如此,目前市场上大部分冰箱的均有速冻功能,但是工作原理基本为通过延长工作时间达到低温效果。这种情况就存在一定问题,首先因为降温时间长,不能迅速锁定新鲜食物的水分和养分,食物品质得不到保障;其次长时间工作耗电量较高;其三消费者仅需要对刚买的新鲜食物速冻,而不是全冰箱食物。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述弊端提供一种可拆卸速冻食品储藏盒,该食品储藏盒可以及时锁定新鲜食物的水分和养分,同时具有可拆卸功能,方便消费者对冰箱容积的合理利用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:包括与冷冻箱胆形成抽拉配合的储藏盒体以及与储藏盒体的后部装配成一体的速冻风扇组件,所述的速冻风扇组件包括与储藏盒体相固定的速冻风扇支架以及固定在速冻风扇支架上的速冻风扇,所述的速冻风扇支架上设有与速冻风扇位置相吻合的进风口,储藏盒体上设有回风口,所述的速冻风扇支架将冷冻风道板上任意一个出风口包围,形成出风口→进风口→回风口的循环风路,所述的储藏盒体上还设有与其相配合的门盖,所述的速冻风扇与主控板相连,所述的主控板与显控板相连。
所述储藏盒体的两个侧面分别设有滑轨,所述的冷冻箱胆上设有与滑轨相配合的导轨。
所述速冻风扇支架的截面呈直角三角形,其一侧直角边所处的平面贴合在冷冻风道板上,其斜边所处的平面与储藏盒体后部的斜面相配合固定。
所述的主控板设置在冰箱的顶部,所述的显控板设置在冰箱的门体上。
由上述技术方案可知,本实用新型通过设置专用的速冷食品储藏盒,利用冰箱整体冷量对储藏盒内的食品进行速冻,可以及时锁定新鲜食物的水分和养分,同时该储藏盒具有可拆卸功能,方便消费者对冰箱容积的合理利用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示的一种可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒,其特征在于:包括与冷冻箱胆10形成抽拉配合的储藏盒体1以及与储藏盒体1的后部装配成一体的速冻风扇组件,速冻风扇组件包括与储藏盒体1相固定的速冻风扇支架2以及固定在速冻风扇支架2上的速冻风扇3,速冻风扇支架2上设有与速冻风扇3位置相吻合的进风口,储藏盒体1上设有回风口4,速冻风扇支架2将冷冻风道板5上任意一个出风口6包围,也就是速冻风扇支架2需要将冷冻风道板5上其中一个出风口6罩住,形成出风口→进风口→回风口的循环风路,本实施例中选用的是冷冻风道板5右上角的出风口6。储藏盒体1上还设有与其相配合的门盖7,速冻风扇3与主控板20相连,主控板20与显控板30相连。
进一步的,储藏盒体1的两个侧面分别设有滑轨8,冷冻箱胆10上设有与滑轨8相配合的导轨11。在食品不需要进行速冻时,储藏盒体1可以取出,方便消费者对冰箱容积的合理利用。
进一步的,速冻风扇支架2的截面呈直角三角形,其一侧直角边所处的平面贴合在冷冻风道板5上,其斜边所处的平面与储藏盒体1后部的斜面相配合固定。具体地说,是速冻风扇支架2斜面的两侧设有翻边,翻边上设有第一定位孔21,储藏盒体1的后部设有与第一定位孔21相配合的第二定位孔12,安装时通过螺钉将两者固定在一起。
进一步的,主控板20设置在冰箱的顶部,显控板30设置在冰箱的门体上。
本实用新型的操作步骤及操作原理如下:
显控板30设置速冻功能时,主控板20会发出信号,此时冰箱内原有的冷冻风扇以低速运转,保持出风口为正压,防止风倒流;储藏盒体1内的速冻风扇3以高速运转,保证大部分冷量从冷冻风道板5的出风口6处吸冷风吹进储藏盒体1中,对食品进行速冻,然后通过回风口4将回风送到冷冻室回到蒸发器9。为了保证冷冻室其他部位的温度,运行T小时后速冻风扇停止运行,自动退出速冻功能,恢复正常模式,如需再次速冻食品,需要再次通过显控板30开启速冻功能。如若设置速冻功能时,冰箱处于停机状态,主控板会先强制开机,再控制冷冻风扇低速过转,速冻风扇高速运动。

1.一种可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒,其特征在于:包括与冷冻箱胆(10)形成抽拉配合的储藏盒体(1)以及与储藏盒体(1)的后部装配成一体的速冻风扇组件,所述的速冻风扇组件包括与储藏盒体(1)相固定的速冻风扇支架(2)以及固定在速冻风扇支架(2)上的速冻风扇(3),所述的速冻风扇支架(2)上设有与速冻风扇(3)位置相吻合的进风口,储藏盒体(1)上设有回风口(4),所述的速冻风扇支架(2)将冷冻风道板(5)上任意一个出风口(6)包围,形成出风口→进风口→回风口的循环风路,所述的储藏盒体(1)上还设有与其相配合的门盖(7),所述的速冻风扇(3)与主控板(20)相连,所述的主控板(20)与显控板(30)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒,其特征在于:所述储藏盒体(1)的两个侧面分别设有滑轨(8),所述的冷冻箱胆(10)上设有与滑轨(8)相配合的导轨(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒,其特征在于:所述速冻风扇支架(2)的截面呈直角三角形,其一侧直角边所处的平面贴合在冷冻风道板(5)上,其斜边所处的平面与储藏盒体(1)后部的斜面相配合固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸的速冻食品储藏盒,其特征在于:所述的主控板(20)设置在冰箱的顶部,所述的显控板(30)设置在冰箱的门体上。
