[0022]请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种废砖破碎回收装置,包括破碎 箱1和破碎装置2,通过在破碎箱1的底部设置筛网13,破碎后体积较小的碎块通过筛网13落 入回收车8内收集,体积较大的碎块留在筛网13上继续破碎,保证了破碎的质量,便于后期 对碎块的处理,且可根据需要更换不同目数的筛网13,破碎箱丨的底部固定安装有筛网13, 回收箱4的正面且位于回收车8的正前方通过合页铰接有箱门14,箱门14设置有两个,且关 于回收箱4的中心对称分布,箱门M靠近回收箱4中心的一侧固定安装有把手,箱门14的表 面固定安装有玻璃窗,破碎箱1的正面连通有进料斗15,破碎箱1的底部固定连接有回收箱 4,回收箱4的右壁从上到下依次连通有加水管16和排污管17,且排污管17上固定安装有阀 门,回收箱4底部的四角均固定连接有支脚,回收箱4的内部从左到右依次固定连接有第一 隔板5和第二隔板6,回收箱4的内部且位于第一隔板5的左侧固定安装有抽风机7,通过抽风 机7抽气,将破碎箱1内的灰尘通过吸盘1〇吸进到抽风机7内,利用出风管u排进第二隔板6 右侧的水中,使灰尘融入水中,处理后的空气从加水管16排出,避免了破碎时的灰尘四处弥 漫,从而影响环境和工人身体健康的问题,抽风机7的进风口连通有进风管9,进风管9的顶 端贯穿破碎箱1的底部并延伸至破碎箱1的内部,且进风管9的顶端连通有吸盘10,抽风机7 的出风口连通有出风管11,出风管11远离抽风机7的一端贯穿回收箱4的底部并延伸至第二 隔板6的右侧,出风管11上且位于回收箱4的底部固定安装有单向阀12,单向阀12可防止水 进入出风管11内,第一隔板5和第二隔板6之间设置有回收车8,破碎装置2包括支撑轴21,支 撑轴21与滑轮24均设置有两个,且均关于滚筒25的轴心对称分布,破碎箱1的背面固定安装 有机箱3,机箱3的内部固定安装有电机27,通过电机27带动半圆齿轮28转动,利用相互啮合 的齿轮29带动滚筒25转动,滚筒25将两根钢丝绳26缠绕在表面,钢丝绳26通过滑轮24拉动 转动杆22,使转动杆M带动破碎锤幻上升,当半圆齿轮28转动到无齿的一侧时,在自重下两 个破碎锤23下降,对中间的废砖进行破碎,破碎效率高,操作简单,且不易卡住,通过进料斗 I5持续加入废砖,可连续工作,提高工作效率,电机27输出轴的前端固定安装有半圆齿轮 28,滚筒25的后端固定安装有齿轮29,且齿轮29的一侧与半圆齿轮28相互啮合,滚筒25的后 端贯穿破碎箱1的后壁并延伸至机箱3的内部,支撑轴21的两端均与破碎箱1的内壁固定连 接,支撑轴21的表面套设有转动杆22,转动杆22—侧的底部固定安装有破碎锤23,且破碎锤 23的一侧固定安装有凸齿,凸齿为锥形,便于破碎,破碎箱丨的内壁且位于转动杆22的上方 转动连接有滑轮24,破碎箱1内壁的中间且位于支撑轴21的上方转动连接有滚筒25,且滚筒 25的表面固定连接有钢丝绳况,钢丝绳况一端与转动杆22连接,另一端穿过滑轮24表面与 滚筒25连接,钢丝绳26远尚滚筒25的一端与转动杆22—侧固定连接。
[0023]工作时,从加水管ie加进水,从进料斗15加入废砖,废砖滑到筛网13上,启动电机 27和抽风机7,电机27带动半圆齿轮28转动,利用相互啮合的齿轮29带动滚筒25转动,滚筒 25将两根钢丝绳26缠绕在表面,钢丝绳26通过滑轮24拉动转动杆22,使转动杆22带动破碎 锤23上升,当半圆齿轮28转动到无齿的一侧时,在自重下两个破碎锤23下降,对中间的废砖 进行破碎,破碎后体积较小的碎块通过筛网13落入回收车8内收集,体积较大的碎块留在筛 网I3上继续破碎,抽风机7抽气,将破碎箱1内的灰尘通过吸盘10吸进到抽风机7内,利用出 风管11排进第二隔板6右侧的水中,使灰尘融入水中,处理后的空气从加水管16排出,当回 收车8内收集满后,打开箱门14拉出回收车8倒出碎块,定期打开阀门排出污水。

1. 一种废砖破碎回收装置,包括破碎箱(1)和破碎装置(2),其特征在于:所述破碎装置 (2)包括支撑轴(21),所述支撑轴(21)的两端均与破碎箱(1)的内壁固定连接,所述支撑轴 (21) 的表面套设有转动杆(22),所述转动杆(22) —侧的底部固定安装有破碎锤(23),且破 碎锤(23)的一侧固定安装有凸齿,所述破碎箱(1)的内壁且位于转动杆(22)的上方转动连 接有滑轮(24),所述破碎箱⑴内壁的中间且位于支撑轴(21)的上方转动连接有滚筒(25), 且滚筒(25)的表面固定连接有钢丝绳(26),所述钢丝绳(26)远离滚筒(25)的一端与转动杆 (22) —侧固定连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废砖破碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述支撑轴(21)与滑轮 (24)均设置有两个,且均关于滚筒(25)的轴心对称分布,所述破碎箱(1)的背面固定安装有 机箱(3),所述滚筒(25)的后端贯穿破碎箱(1)的后壁并延伸至机箱⑶的内部。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种废砖破碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述机箱(3)的内部固 定安装有电机(27),所述电机(27)输出轴的前端固定安装有半圆齿轮(28),所述滚筒(25) 的后端固定安装有齿轮(29),且齿轮(29)的一侧与半圆齿轮(28)相互啮合。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种废砖破碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述破碎箱(1)的底部 固定连接有回收箱(4),所述回收箱(4)的内部从左到右依次固定连接有第一隔板(5)和第 二隔板(6),所述回收箱⑷的内部且位于第一隔板⑸的左侧固定安装有抽风机(?),所述 第一隔板⑸和第二隔板⑹之间设置有回收车(8)。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种废砖破碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述抽风机(7)的进风 口连通有进风管(9),所述进风管⑼的顶端贯穿破碎箱(1)的底部并延伸至破碎箱(1)的内 部,且进风管⑼的顶端连通有吸盘(1〇),所述抽风机⑺的出风口连通有出风管(11),所述 出风管(11)远离抽风机(7)的一端贯穿回收箱(4)的底部并延伸至第二隔板(6)的右侧,所 述出风管(11)上且位于回收箱⑷的底部固定安装有单向阀(12)。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种废砖破碎回收:装置,其特征在于:所述破碎箱(1)的底部 固定安装有筛网(13),所述回收箱(4)的正面且位于回收车(8)的正前方通过合页铰接有箱 门(14),所述破碎箱⑴的正面连通有进料斗(15)。
7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种废砖破碎回收装置,其特征在于:所述回收箱(4)的右壁 从上到下依次连通有加水管(16)和排污管(17),且排污管(17)上固定安装有阀门,所述回 收箱(4)底部的四角均固定连接有支脚。
