Abstract

本实用新型一种定量出粉的塑料盖子,包括上盖、出粉盒、滑勺、进粉盒4以及弹簧,上盖旋合在出粉盒上,滑勺夹设在出粉盒和进粉盒之间,弹簧设置在滑勺内,一端连接于进粉盒,另一端连接于滑勺。本实用新型可定量的粉末取出,结构简单,使用方便,易于操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装罐,尤其涉及一种定量出粉的塑料盖子。
背景技术
目前的市场上的粉末包装罐都是普通的盖子,用户在使用过程中需要另配一个勺子,过程复杂繁琐,因为必须用手去直接接触粉体勺,容易造成二次污染,而且在舀出粉体这个过程中粉体容易洒落,舀出的粉体量也不准。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:为了解决上述问题,提供了一种定量出粉的塑料盖子,来实现改变以往取粉都要用勺子的使用习惯,且出粉量精准。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种定量出粉的塑料盖子,包括出粉盒、滑勺、进粉盒以及弹簧;上盖与所述出粉盒螺纹连接;所述出粉盒包括第一中空筒体以及设置在所述第一中空筒体内部的第一隔板,所述第一隔板将所述第一中空筒体分为第一上中空筒体和第一下中空筒体,所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上设有第一开口和凹槽,所述第一隔板上设有第二开口;所述滑勺包括把手以及连接于所述把手的中空柱体,所述中空柱体包括顶板、侧板以及底面向外延伸的盖板,所述中空柱体内部还设有肋板,将所述中空柱体分为左中空柱体和右中空柱体,所述顶板位于所述右中空柱体处设有第三开口;所述进粉盒包括第二中空筒体以及设置在所述第二中空筒体内的第二隔板,所述第二隔板将所述第二中空筒体分为第二上中空筒体和第二下中空筒体,所述第二上中空筒体上设有卡槽,所述第二上中空筒体内侧面上设有凸台,所述第二上中空筒体内设有导向板,所述导向板设置在所述第二隔板上,所述第二隔板上设有第四开口,所述导向板位于所述第四开口外侧;所述滑勺的侧板卡设于所述卡槽上,所述把手位于所述第二上中空筒体外,所述中空柱体位于所述第二上中空筒体内,位于所述导向板内侧,由所述导向板导向,所述第一下中空筒套设在所述滑勺上方,所述第一开口卡设在所述中空柱体的侧板上,所述第二开口位于所述顶板的上方,所述第一下中空筒与所述第二上中空筒重合,由所述凹槽和凸台配合固定,所述弹簧设置在所述左中空柱体内,所述弹簧的一端连接于所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面,另一端连接于所述肋板。
进一步的,还包括上盖,所述上盖与所述第一上中空筒体螺纹连接。
进一步的,所述凹槽的数量为多个,均匀的分布在所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上。
进一步的,所述凸台与所述凹槽的数量一致,均匀的分布在所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面上。
进一步的,所述第二上中空筒体和肋板与所述弹簧的连接处均设有弹簧座。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术,使之与现有技术相比具有的积极效果是:
本实用新型在进粉盒和出粉盒错开的开口中,夹一个可以抽动的滑勺,通过抽动滑勺来使定量的粉末取出,结构简单,使用方便,易于操作。

以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例。
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合功能图和流程图,对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。以下的示意性实施方式及其说明用于解释本实用新型,但并不作为对本实用新型的限定。
请参见图1和图2所示,一种定量出粉的塑料盖子,包括上盖1、出粉盒2、滑勺3、进粉盒4以及弹簧5,上盖1旋合在出粉盒2上,滑勺3夹设在出粉盒 2和进粉盒4之间,弹簧5设置在滑勺3内,一端连接于进粉盒4,另一端连接于滑勺3。
具体的,请参见图1至图6所示所述上盖1与所述出粉盒2螺纹连接;所述出粉盒2包括第一中空筒体21以及设置在所述第一中空筒体21内部的第一隔板22,所述第一隔板22将所述第一中空筒体21分为第一上中空筒体和第一下中空筒体,所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上设有第一开口211和凹槽212,所述第一隔板22上设有第二开口221;所述滑勺3包括把手31以及连接于所述把手 31的中空柱体32,所述中空柱体32包括顶板321、侧板322以及底面向外延伸的盖板323,所述中空柱体32内部还设有肋板324,将所述中空柱体32分为左中空柱体和右中空柱体,所述顶板321位于所述右中空柱体处设有第三开口 3211;所述进粉盒4包括第二中空筒体41以及设置在所述第二中空筒体41内的第二隔板42,所述第二隔板42将所述第二中空筒体41分为第二上中空筒体和第二下中空筒体,所述第二上中空筒体上设有卡槽45,所述第二上中空筒体内侧面上设有凸台43,所述第二上中空筒体内设有导向板44,所述导向板44 设置在所述第二隔板42上,所述第二隔板42上设有第四开口421,所述导向板 44位于所述第四开口421外侧;所述滑勺3的侧板卡设于所述卡槽45上,所述把手31位于所述第二上中空筒体外,所述中空柱体32位于所述第二上中空筒体内,位于所述导向板44内侧,由所述导向板44导向,所述第一下中空筒套设在所述滑勺3上方,所述第一开口211卡设在所述中空柱体32的侧板上,所述第二开口221位于所述顶板321的上方,所述第一下中空筒与所述第二上中空筒重合,由所述凹槽212和凸台43配合固定,所述弹簧5设置在所述左中空柱体32内,所述弹簧5的一端连接于所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面,另一端连接于所述肋板324。
进粉盒4的第二下中空筒可连接于储粉瓶,正常状态下,滑勺3归位,第四开口421与第三开口3211对齐,将储粉瓶倒立,重力作用,粉末会通过进粉盒4的第四开口421落入滑勺3中,右中空柱体中充满粉末,握住把手31,抽动滑勺3,使得第三开口3211和第二开口221对齐,右中空柱体中粉末依次通过第三开口3211和第二开口221落入容器中,松手后滑勺3在弹簧5的作用下自动归位。
优选的,所述上盖1与所述第一上中空筒体螺纹连接。
优选的,所述凹槽212的数量为多个,均匀的分布在所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上。
优选的,所述凸台43与所述凹槽212的数量一致,均匀的分布在所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面上。
优选的,所述第二上中空筒体和肋板324与所述弹簧5的连接处均设有弹簧座6。
综上所示,本实用新型可定量的粉末取出,结构简单,使用方便,易于操作。

1.一种定量出粉的塑料盖子,其特征在于:包括出粉盒(2)、滑勺(3)、进粉盒(4)以及弹簧(5);上盖(1)与所述出粉盒(2)螺纹连接;所述出粉盒(2)包括第一中空筒体(21)以及设置在所述第一中空筒体(21)内部的第一隔板(22),所述第一隔板(22)将所述第一中空筒体(21)分为第一上中空筒体和第一下中空筒体,所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上设有第一开口(211)和凹槽(212),所述第一隔板(22)上设有第二开口(221);所述滑勺(3)包括把手(31)以及连接于所述把手(31)的中空柱体(32),所述中空柱体(32)包括顶板(321)、侧板(322)以及底面向外延伸的盖板(323),所述中空柱体(32)内部还设有肋板(324),将所述中空柱体(32)分为左中空柱体和右中空柱体,所述顶板(321)位于所述右中空柱体处设有第三开口(3211);所述进粉盒(4)包括第二中空筒体(41)以及设置在所述第二中空筒体(41)内的第二隔板(42),所述第二隔板(42)将所述第二中空筒体(41)分为第二上中空筒体和第二下中空筒体,所述第二上中空筒体上设有卡槽(45),所述第二上中空筒体内侧面上设有凸台(43),所述第二上中空筒体内设有导向板(44),所述导向板(44)设置在所述第二隔板(42)上,所述第二隔板(42)上设有第四开口(421),所述导向板(44)位于所述第四开口(421)外侧;所述滑勺(3)的侧板卡设于所述卡槽(45)上,所述把手(31)位于所述第二上中空筒体外,所述中空柱体(32)位于所述第二上中空筒体内,位于所述导向板(44)内侧,由所述导向板(44)导向,所述第一下中空筒套设在所述滑勺(3)上方,所述第一开口(211)卡设在所述中空柱体(32)的侧板上,所述第二开口(221)位于所述顶板(321)的上方,所述第一下中空筒与所述第二上中空筒重合,由所述凹槽(212)和凸台(43)配合固定,所述弹簧(5)设置在所述左中空柱体(32)内,所述弹簧(5)的一端连接于所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面,另一端连接于所述肋板(324)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的定量出粉的塑料盖子,其特征在于:还包括上盖(1),所述上盖(1)与所述第一上中空筒体螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的定量出粉的塑料盖子,其特征在于:所述凹槽(212)的数量为多个,均匀的分布在所述第一下中空筒体的侧面上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的定量出粉的塑料盖子,其特征在于:所述凸台(43)与所述凹槽(212)的数量一致,均匀的分布在所述第二上中空筒体的内侧面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的定量出粉的塑料盖子,其特征在于:所述第二上中空筒体和肋板(324)与所述弹簧(5)的连接处均设有弹簧座(6)。
