本实用新型涉及一种液封槽尾气净化系统,包括液封槽、引风机、喷淋塔、废气处理装置、污水处理装置以及多个连接管道;液封槽、引风机和喷淋塔由连接管道Ⅰ顺序连通,连接管道Ⅰ与喷淋塔的底部连接,喷淋塔的顶部与废气处理装置通过连接管道Ⅱ连通,喷淋塔的底部与污水处理装置通过连接管道Ⅲ连通;喷淋塔内部靠近顶端位置安装有喷淋装置,喷淋装置与喷淋塔外的软水进管连通。本实用新型的液封槽尾气净化系统,结构简单,适用性好,适用于聚合生产领域,适合对现有设备的改造,经济性好;减少了尾气的排放,对洗涤后的尾气进行燃烧处理,实现了尾气的再利用,达到了节能减排的目的。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于尾气净化设备领域,涉及一种液封槽尾气净化系统。
背景技术
[0002] 现有德国吉玛五釜PET聚酯生产工艺通过刮板冷凝器采用乙二醇循环喷淋以捕集 汽相中的乙二醇及低分子聚合物,因此第一预缩反应器、第二预缩反应器和最终缩聚反应 器的真空系统的乙二醇液封槽中收集的乙二醇杂质较多,含有醛类物质,有一定的挥发性, 现有工艺在乙二醇液封槽上设置阻火器与大气连通,通过阻火器吸收醛类物质,但仍有少 量醛类气体遗留现场,一方面带来了环境污染,危害现场操作人员的健康,另一方面醛类为 易燃易爆物质,危害安全生产。
[0003] 目前针对有机废气处理工艺主要有:隔离法、燃烧法、吸收法、冷凝法、等离子低温 催化氧化法及吸附法等。其中,隔离法是通过特种过滤材料,置放于废气外排过程,经机械 隔离,从而达到废气治理效果,不能有效去除有机物,无法用于醛类物质处理;燃烧法是利 用加热高温的方法,将有机废气直接燃烧处理,需要消耗大量能源,易在高温下生成其他大 气污染物造成二次污染;吸收法适合低浓度有机废气,投资小,但吸收不彻底可能会造成二 次污染;冷凝法投资较大,对环境及操作人员要求较高;等离低温催化氧化法较复杂,如果 处理不彻底,副产物较多;吸附法系统风压损失大,吸附剂的饱和点难掌握,且吸附剂容量 有限。
[0004]选用恰当的处理工艺尤为重要,一般化工厂醛类废气净化主要利用吸收法,通过 安装废气吸收塔进行废气处理,其处理效率高、压力损失较小,多采用立式结构设计,气、液 两相逆流接触,从而达到净化效果,处理后的尾气直接排放,但吸收液浓度较低或废气中醛 类含量较高可能导致吸收不彻底,造成二次污染。
[0005]因此,开发一种能有效减少尾气排放的液封槽尾气净化系统极具现实意义。 实用新型内容
[0006]本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中液封槽尾气排放量较大的问题,提供了一种 能有效减少尾气排放并能实现尾气利用的液封槽尾气净化系统,本实用新型通过在液封槽 放空管线后增加引风机作为放空总管的动力源,在引风机后加装尾气净化装置对液封槽放 空尾气进行喷淋净化,经过洗涤后的尾气通过管道输送至燃烧器燃烧利用,洗涤产生的废 水收集至污水池,最终输送至污水处理站统一处理,改善了现场环境的同时达到节能环保 的目的。

[0009]液封槽、引风机和喷淋塔由连接管道I顺序连通,连接管道〗与喷淋塔的底部连接, 喷淋塔的顶部与废气处理装置通过连接管道n连通,喷淋塔的底部与污水处理装置通过连 接官道m连通,污水通过连接管道〗n输送到污水处理装置进行处理;
[0010]喷淋塔内部靠近顶端位置安装有喷淋装置,喷淋装置与喷淋塔外的软水进管连 通。

[0012]如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,液封槽与引风机之间还安装有阻火器,三者由 连接管道I顺序连通,阻火器是用来阻止易燃气体和易燃液体蒸汽的火焰蔓延的安全装置, 能够有效阻止传播火焰(爆燃或爆轰)通过,提高生产加工过程中的安全系数。
[0013] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述液封槽为第一预缩反应器、第二预缩反应 器和最终缩聚反应器的真空系统中的乙二醇液封槽I、乙二醇液封槽n和乙二醇液封槽m, 乙二醇液封槽I、乙二醇液封槽n和乙二醇液封槽in各自的放空管线汇集至连接管道I,三 种反应器中的乙二醇液封槽共用一个液封槽尾气净化系统,有效降低了生产加工的成本。
[0014] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述软水进管上安装有换热器,换热器中安装 有冷却水管道,除冷却水管道外还可以是其他能够降低软水进管中软水温度的结构。
[0015] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述换热器为管式换热器。
[0016] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述换热器为板式换热器。
[0017] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述软水进管沿软水流动方向先后穿过换热器 的端A和端B,端B与冷却水进管连接,端A与冷却水回管连接,使得软水与冷却水能够对流流 动,达到更好地冷却效果。
[0018] 如上所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,所述废气处理装置为燃烧器,洗涤后的尾气通 过连接管道II输送到燃烧器进行燃烧利用,一方面处理了尾气,一方面节约了燃料,达到了 节能减排的目的。

[0029] 尾气由液封槽依次经过阻火器4和引风机5后从喷淋塔6底部进入喷淋塔6,与喷淋 塔6上部喷淋而下的吸收液充分接触后,由喷淋塔6顶部去往废气处理装置11进行燃烧,吸 收液由软水进管13经板式换热器10冷却后流入喷淋塔6,完成吸收后吸收液由喷淋塔6底部 流出去往污水处理装置12进行处理。

1.液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征是:包括液封槽、引风机、喷淋塔、废气处理装置、污水 处理装置以及多个连接管道; 液封槽、引风机和喷淋塔由连接管道I顺序连通,连接管道I与喷淋塔的底部连接,喷淋 塔的顶部与废气处理装置通过连接管道n连通,喷淋塔的底部与污水处理装置通过连接管 道m连通; 喷淋塔内部靠近顶端位置安装有喷淋装置,喷淋装置与喷淋塔外的软水进管连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,液封槽与引风机之间还安 装有阻火器,三者由连接管道I顺序连通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述液封槽为第一预缩反 应器、第二预缩反应器和最终缩聚反应器的真空系统中的乙二醇液封槽〗、乙二醇液封槽n 和乙二醇液封槽m,乙二醇液封槽I、乙二醇液封槽n和乙二醇液封槽瓜各自的放空管线汇 集至连接管道I。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述软水进管上安装有换 热器,换热器中安装有冷却水管道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述换热器为管式换热 器。
6.根据权利要求4所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述换热器为板式换热 器。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述软水进管沿软水流动 方向先后穿过换热器的端A和端B,端3与冷却水进管连接,端A与冷却水回管连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的液封槽尾气净化系统,其特征在于,所述废气处理装置为燃烧 器。
