Abstract

一种炉内工件温度测量仪,它由压盖、支承套筒、 热电偶、双筒滑体、弹簧、钢球、外套、绝热套筒等组 成。该测量仪通过弹簧和钢球调节双筒滑体和热电 偶的高度和角度,使之与被测件表面密贴,热电偶不 受炉内空气影响,可直接测出工件面的温度。因此, 它具有热效应快,精度高,使用方便等特点。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种温度测量仪,用于测量炉内工件表面温度。
现在测量炉内工件温度多用温度计直接测量,使用时,温度计不易与工件被测面贴紧,并且炉内空间温度对测量仪影响较大。因此,测得的温度有较大误差,从而降低了测量精度。实用新型专利公报第6卷第5号公开的“端面铂电阻温度计”(申请号:89206879.5),这种温度计虽然能较准确地测量元件表面温度,但它不能用于炉内工件测量,其测量笵围也太小。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述缺点与不足,设计一种能使热电偶紧贴被测面,并将热电偶包裹起来,不受炉内空间温度影响的测量仪。
实用新型是这样实现的,外套内装有支承套筒,支承套筒的上端固定有压盖,在支承套筒和压盖内套装双筒滑体,压盖和双筒滑体的中心穿插热电偶,热电偶与压盖之间装有弹簧,压盖与双筒滑体之间也装有弹簧,双筒滑体内装有绝热套筒。
以下结合附图说明实用新型的构造。

参照附图,外套〔7〕内装有支承套筒〔2〕,支承套筒〔2〕外壁为上大下小的锥体,把钢球〔6〕放入支承套筒〔2〕和外套〔7〕相应的环形槽中,用螺钉将压盖〔1〕固定在支承套筒〔2〕上,压盖〔1〕为双筒形,外筒置于支承套筒与双筒滑体之间,内筒置于双筒滑体中心。在支承套筒〔2〕和压盖〔1〕内装置双筒滑体〔4〕,在压盖〔1〕和双筒滑体〔4〕的中心穿插热电偶〔3〕,热电偶与压盖〔1〕之间装有弹簧〔5〕,压盖〔1〕与双筒滑体〔4〕之间装有弹簧〔9〕,双筒滑体〔4〕内嵌装绝热套筒〔8〕,用防脱销固定,双筒滑体〔4〕的中部四周有八个孔〔10〕。使用时,将整个测量仪装在炉门盖〔11〕上,弹簧〔5〕、〔9〕可使热电偶紧贴被测工件表面。由于支承套筒〔2〕外壁成锥体,使之与外套〔1〕间有一定的距离,外套〔7〕与支承套筒〔2〕之间的钢球可使支承套筒〔2〕在外套〔7〕内具有万向接头的性能,双筒滑体〔4〕可自由摆动一定的角度,便于热电偶与工件表面更好的接触。
本实用新型具有连续自动测量在密闭炉内加热件的温升梯度和控制温度之功能,能自动,方便可靠地精确测量工件温度,效率高,耗能低,不影响加热件的内在质。

Claims (4)

1、一种由压盖、套筒、热电偶等组成的炉内工件温度测量仪,其特征在于:外套[7]内装有支承套筒[2],支承套筒[2]的上端固定压盖[1],在支承套筒[2]和压盖[1]内装有双筒滑体[4],压盖和双筒滑体中心穿插热电偶[3],热电偶[3]与压盖[1]之间装有弹簧[5],压盖[1]与双筒滑体[4]之间装有弹簧[9];双筒滑体[4]内装有绝热套筒[8]。
2、按权利要求1所述之测量仪,其特征在于双筒滑体〔4〕周围有孔〔10〕。
3、按权利要求1或2所述之炉内工件温度测量仪,其特征在于支承套筒〔2〕与外套〔7〕之间装有钢球〔6〕,支承套筒与外套上有装置钢球的环形槽。
4、按权利要求3所述之测量仪,其特征在于支承套筒〔2〕外壁为锥体。
