背景技术：
内墙板在建筑领域有着广泛的应用，适用于新建、扩建、改建及装修住宅小区、酒店、办公楼等建筑中的非承重内隔墙。传统内墙板存在以下不足：一是现有的内墙板在使用时需要现制作或者部分工艺需要现场制作(非预制)，导致施工周期长；二是现有内墙板面密度过重，面密度通常超过90kg/m2，在运输和吊装过程中容易因过重而断开或断裂；三是现有内墙板结构强度低，易变形、开裂；四是现有内墙板隔音效果差。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是为了解决现有技术的不足和存在的墙板面密度过重、墙板表面强度过低及隔音效果差的技术问题，从而达到了缩短施工周期、轻质高强、隔音效果好、安装轻便、不开裂等效果。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
工厂预制水泥发泡装配式内墙板，包括玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框，玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框内放置水泥发泡板块，玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框的长边上设有榫头，另一长边上设有榫槽。
所述水泥发泡板块为长方体水泥发泡预制板块。
本实用新型采用上述方案，针对现有内墙板存在的技术问题，设计了预制水泥发泡装配式内墙板，通过设计玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框和水泥发泡板块，不仅可以实现工厂预制，而且预制方便，同时水泥发泡板块具有轻质高强(面密度小)、保温和隔音的效果，玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框具有强度高、不易变形和防火等优点；通过在玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框两侧分别设置榫头和榫槽，可实现两块内墙板之间的快速装配连接，安装时榫头与榫槽相互咬合连接，连接后具有整体性能好且不开裂等优点。

如图1-2所示，工厂预制水泥发泡装配式内墙板，包括玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框1，玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框1内放置有水泥发泡板块2，玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框1的长边上设有榫头3，另一长边上设有榫槽4，通过设计玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框1和水泥发泡板块2，不仅可以预制，而且预制方便，同时具有质轻高强、防火、保温和隔音的效果；通过在玻璃纤维网格布水泥胶浆外框1两侧分别设置榫头3和榫槽4，可实现两块内墙板之间的快速装配连接，连接后具有整体性能好并不开裂等优点。
水泥发泡板块2为长方体水泥发泡预制板块，长方体结构预制更加方便快捷。
本申请的工厂预制水泥发泡装配式内墙板为预制内墙板，通过结构的改进实现内墙板的预制，确保内墙板的加工质量，提高施工速度。
