背景技术
玻璃深加工行业的用水量主要在预处理工序，包括磨边、钻孔冷却用水和洗涤用水，如果不对该废水进行处理直接排放，会造成一定的污染，玻璃污水处理回用后，可以节约一定用水量，降低成本，减少环境污染，达到社会效益和企业效益双赢。
磨边机清洁水内存在大量的玻璃粉悬浮物和适量的酸碱能占到企业总用水量的50%以上，一般在钢化玻璃深化加工中，玻璃磨边后的产生的废水多会收集处理后再次回用至磨边工序；现有的的玻璃磨边废水经管路收集后汇聚至专门设置的沉淀池，废水沉淀后继续回用，一方面需要配制专门的沉淀池，厂区占地面积有限时无法配套设置，另一方面废水在沉淀池内的沉淀并不充分，回用的废水内玻璃粉含量较高，输送回水的管道和水泵均易堵塞，反而成为整个生产工艺中容易发生故障的一个环节。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，以解决玻璃磨边机清洁水的净化问题。
为了解决以上问题，本实用新型技术方案为：
一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，包括集水槽、输送泵和过滤装置，输送泵设置在集水槽与过滤装置之间，过滤装置内部设有至少两层过滤网，过滤装置侧壁靠近底部设有出水口。
进一步的，过滤装置底部设有压力传感器，压力传感器通过电路连接警报器，压力传感器与过滤网之间设有弹性板。
进一步的，出水口连接有回水泵。
进一步的，过滤网为布袋过滤网。

以下实施方式中，压力传感器、布袋过滤网和压力传感器均为市场商购，其中压力传感器型号为MPX53，厂家是摩托罗拉。
如图1-2所示，一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，包括集水槽1、输送泵2和过滤装置3，输送泵2设置在集水槽1与过滤装置3之间，过滤装置3内部设有至少两层过滤网301，过滤网301为布袋过滤网，过滤装置3侧壁靠近底部设有出水口302，出水口302连接有回水泵5，过滤装置3底部设有压力传感器4，压力传感器4与过滤网301之间设有弹性板401，压力传感器4通过电路连接警报器402。
作业时，玻璃磨边机清洁水流入集水槽1中，通过输送泵输送至过滤装置3的过滤网301上方，经过过滤网301的过滤，下渗后净水从出水口302流出，在回水泵5的输送下，重回生产线；由于滤网301中杂质的重力作用，杂质越多，过滤网301下沉越多，弹性板401受到压力产生形变，直到弹性板401与压力传感器4接触，压力传感器信号传送至警报器402，提醒工作人员进行清洗或更换过滤网301，以保证出水质量。
本实用新型结构简单、操作方便，废水的产生、处理、回用同时进行，大大节省磨边机清洗用水，节水率高达75-85%，处理效果理想，经济效果显著。

1.一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，其特征在于：包括集水槽（1）、输送泵（2）和过滤装置（3），所述输送泵（2）设置在集水槽（1）与过滤装置（3）之间，所述过滤装置（3）内部设有至少两层过滤网（301），所述过滤装置（3）侧壁靠近底部设有出水口（302），所述过滤装置（3）底部设有压力传感器（4），所述压力传感器（4）与过滤网（301）之间设有弹性板（401），所述压力传感器（4）通过电路连接警报器（402）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，其特征在于：所述出水口（302）连接有回水泵（5）。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种玻璃磨边机清洁水过滤器，其特征在于：所述过滤网（301）为布袋过滤网。
