本实用新型属于机械领域,具体涉及压力加工中的冲孔模具。
背景技术
在汽车组装过程中,需要将板材冲压件上的各种定位孔、安装孔等在冲压生产过程中冲出。现有技术中,板材冲孔的刃具包括冲孔凹模和冲头,其中的冲孔凹模为图1所示的不等径内孔的圆筒形,上端小径孔与欲在板材上的冲孔等径,与之相衔接的稍大内孔为落料通道,此种冲孔凹模,小径内孔的上端口为凹模的唯一刃口。经过一定的冲压次数后,刃口磨损,加工精度下降,冲孔质量变差,设备功耗增大,需要更换冲孔凹模,换下的凹模整体报废。凹模材料消耗量大,冲压件生产成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型才目的是提供一种双面冲孔凹模,用于板材冲压件生产过程中的冲孔,克服现有的凹模存在的上述不足。
本实用新型的冲孔凹模包括环形双面刃口板、装配双面刃口板的镶嵌体、将双面刃口板锁付在镶嵌体上的螺钉,所述的双面刃口板轴心位置的模孔与上、下端面的交线作为刃口,双面刃口板的每个端面边缘,有一个或一个以上容纳螺钉径向凸出的端头一部分的半槽,所述的镶嵌体,为下模或另行安装在下模的上镶块,镶嵌体上有与双面刃口板圆周吻合的凹槽,镶嵌体上凹槽以下有透过镶嵌体的废料排出孔,镶嵌体上有对应使用的螺钉数量的螺纹孔,螺纹孔的位置限定在螺钉装配后,螺钉径向外凸的端帽与双面刃口板的边缘形成重叠。
本实用新型的使用方式是,将双面刃口板放入镶嵌体的上端的凹槽中,用螺钉锁定,即可用于钣金件的冲孔,当察觉已使用的刃口磨损变钝,旋下螺钉,刃口板翻面,使用刃口板另一面上的刃口。变钝后,更换双面刃口板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过刃口部位与镶嵌体的分体结构,实现了一个凹模有两个刃口,使刃口的使用寿命增加一倍,模具上冲孔部位的耗损仅限于占比较小的刃口板,节省了模具用材及制造量,降低带孔钣金件的生产成本。

参阅图2、图3,本实用新型的冲孔凹模包括环形双面刃口板1、固定双面刃口板的镶嵌体3、将双面刃口板1锁付镶嵌体上的螺钉2。所述的双面刃口板1轴心位置的模孔与上、下端面的交线作为刃口1-2,双面刃口板1的每个端面边缘,有一个或一个以上容纳螺钉2径向凸出的端帽2-1一部分的半槽1-1,所述的镶嵌体3的上端有与双面刃口板1圆周吻合的凹槽4,凹槽4轴心位置有贯通镶嵌体的废料通道6,在镶嵌体3上有对应使用的螺钉数量的螺纹孔5,螺纹孔5的位置限定在螺钉2装配后,螺钉径向外凸的端帽2-1与双面刃口板1的半槽1-1形成重叠。
