本实用新型涉及LED照明技术领域，尤其涉及一种暖白光源光学模组结构。
背景技术
目前，光伏行业-铝电池检测都以卤素灯为主，卤素灯容易损坏,寿命短。如果换成LED应用于此检测，需采用大功率LED发光二极管，模拟60个太阳光强度，会产生散热难的问题而影响LED的效率和寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种高效散热的暖白光源光学模组结构。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现。
暖白光源光学模组结构，包括机箱，机箱一端面固定LED阵列的PCB组件；机箱一端设进水口，另一端设有出水口，进水口与出水口之间具有水腔，水腔一侧的壁面贴于PCB板组件上端；机箱一端设有入风口，另一端设有抽风口，入风口与抽风口之间具有风腔，风腔位于PCB板组件下端。
从以上技术方案可以看出，本实用新型在机箱PCB板组件的上下两端分别设水腔和风腔，同时对组件的两侧进行散热，具有散热效率高的优点，保证LED灯工作的效率和寿命。本实用新型采用LED替换目前采用的卤素灯，其能耗仅为卤素灯的1/4，且使用寿命可达3万小时以上，不易损坏，省去更换维修的麻烦。

参加图1及图2所示，本实用新型暖白光源光学模组结构，包括机箱，机箱一端面固定LED阵列的PCB组件5；机箱一端设进水口6，另一端设有出水口4，进水口与出水口之间具有水腔2，水腔一侧的壁面贴于PCB板组件上端；机箱一端设有入风口1，另一端设有抽风口3，入风口与抽风口之间具有风腔7，风腔位于PCB板组件下端。其中，水冷媒介采用冰水效果更佳。
