本实用新型属于特种绳芯技术领域,具体涉及一种高层高速电梯用绳芯。
背景技术
电梯用钢丝绳由钢丝股 ( 绞股 ) 和绳芯组成。绳芯在电梯钢丝绳中有两个作用,一是支撑 ;二是储油。绳芯可由天然纤维 ( 如剑麻等 ) 或合成纤维 ( 如聚丙烯、聚乙烯 ) 制作,纤维绳芯均应浸油,含油率有一定标准。合绳时把经过加捻的若干钢丝股 (一般为 6 股或 8 股 ) 以普通捻或顺捻方式加工成一根电梯用圆形钢丝绳 ( 主索 ),在合绳过程中由于电梯钢丝绳按国家标准要求需要涂油,容易把经过浸油的剑麻芯油脂挤出钢丝绳外部。
目前,房地产业日益发展,电梯钢丝绳市场供不应求,然而,作为电梯钢丝绳的心脏,剑麻油绳一直多依赖于进口,因而发展自主的电梯用剑麻绳尤为重要。

本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种高层高速电梯用绳芯。
本实用新型的技术方案为:高层高速电梯用绳芯,包含三根剑麻纱股;所述剑麻纱股包含五根干麻纱和一根油麻纱,所述五根干麻纱包裹设在一根油麻纱的外围,所述干麻纱和油麻纱左右互捻。
作为优选的,所述剑麻绳的公称直径5.2mm,捻距15.78mm;所述油麻纱和干麻纱为0.9支。
