背景技术
现有脚踏推进器,采用两对增速圆锥齿轮进行脚踏与螺旋桨的传动及换向,两对齿轮因间距较大,需用很长的轴连接,整个传动过程中,功率损失大,且做功费力。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种半交叉脚踏推进器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的措施:
一种半交叉脚踏推进器,包括推进螺旋桨和上下贯通的支撑架,所述的支撑架的上部通过主轴安装有大同步轮,主轴的两端安装有脚踏组件,支撑架的下部通过副轴安装有小同步轮,大同步轮和小同步轮的外部套设有传动同步带,推进螺旋桨固定在副轴上;
所述的支撑架的外部安装有挡水板,挡水板位于螺旋桨的上方;
所述的支撑架的顶部固定有罩住大同步轮用的手提盖,手提盖上设置有一个手提手持部,手提盖上横向套设有一个平衡杆;
所述的支撑架的下部固定有由下前盖和下后盖组成的防护外壳,小同步轮设置在该防护外壳内;
所述的主轴的外部套设有主轴承和主油封,主轴承的外部设置有轴承盖,副轴的外部套设有副油封和副轴承;
所述的主轴与副轴之间垂直设置;
所述的传动同步带向一侧扭曲一个角度后,传动同步带成半交叉设置。
本实用新型的有益效果:实用,生产成本低,结构新颖,简化产品内部结构,降低多次传动带来的功率损耗,脚踏轻便。

具体实施方式
一种半交叉脚踏推进器,包括推进螺旋桨12和上下贯通的支撑架10,所述的支撑架10的上部通过主轴9安装有大同步轮3,主轴9的两端安装有脚踏组件4,支撑架10的下部通过副轴16安装有小同步轮17,大同步轮3和小同步轮17的外部套设有传动同步带8,推进螺旋桨12固定在副轴16上。
整个实用新型采用半交叉传动,衍生为同步轮(大同步轮3与小同步轮17之间)半交叉传动,改善了现有的产品,因传动换向需要两对圆锥齿轮带来的功率损耗。由脚踏组件4驱动主轴9旋转,主轴9带动大同步轮3转动,通过传动同步带8(半交叉传动)带动小同步轮17转动,小同步轮17带动副轴16转动,副轴16带动推进螺旋桨12转动,实现推进,在此过程中,即实现了功率的传输,同时实现了副轴16的90度换向转动,简化产品内部结构,降低多次传动带来的功率损耗。
所述的支撑架10的外部安装有挡水板11,挡水板11位于螺旋桨12的上方。
所述的支撑架10的顶部固定有罩住大同步轮3用的手提盖2,手提盖2上设置有一个手提手持部,手提盖2上横向套设有一个平衡杆1。
所述的支撑架10的下部固定有由下前盖13和下后盖18组成的防护外壳,小同步轮17设置在该防护外壳内。
所述的主轴9的外部套设有主轴承7和主油封6,主轴承7的外部设置有轴承盖5,副轴16的外部套设有副油封14和副轴承15。
所述的主轴9与副轴16之间垂直设置。
所述的传动同步带8向一侧扭曲一个角度后,传动同步带8成半交叉设置。
本实用新型采用一对同步轮传动(大同步轮3和小同步轮17),优化传动过程,降低损耗,传动及换向一步到位。

1.一种半交叉脚踏推进器,包括推进螺旋桨(12)和上下贯通的支撑架(10),其特征在于:所述的支撑架(10)的上部通过主轴(9)安装有大同步轮(3),主轴(9)的两端安装有脚踏组件(4),支撑架(10)的下部通过副轴(16)安装有小同步轮(17),大同步轮(3)和小同步轮(17)的外部套设有传动同步带(8),推进螺旋桨(12)固定在副轴(16)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(10)的外部安装有挡水板(11),挡水板(11)位于螺旋桨(12)的上方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(10)的顶部固定有罩住大同步轮(3)用的手提盖(2),手提盖(2)上设置有一个手提手持部,手提盖(2)上横向套设有一个平衡杆(1)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的支撑架(10)的下部固定有由下前盖(13)和下后盖(18)组成的防护外壳,小同步轮(17)设置在该防护外壳内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的主轴(9)的外部套设有主轴承(7)和主油封(6),主轴承(7)的外部设置有轴承盖(5),副轴(16)的外部套设有副油封(14)和副轴承(15)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的主轴(9)与副轴(16)之间垂直设置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种半交叉脚踏推进器,其特征在于:所述的传动同步带(8)向一侧扭曲一个角度后,传动同步带(8)成半交叉设置。
