背景技术
日前，床垫在人们的家具生活用品中变得非常广泛，其主要供人们睡眠。床垫属现代常用的、性能较优的床垫。
在现有加工模式中，床垫一般在加工生产完成后，需要对其进行压缩、折叠和收卷，最后利用运输工具将其运输到各个门店或是客户手中。现有的压缩和收卷方式往往采用通过人工的方式来进行，不仅劳动强度高，而且压缩收卷的床垫不够充分，运输时占据较大的空间，造成运输成本的增加，目前，常用的海绵按结构分为高密度海绵、中密度海绵、低密度海绵三种。 其中高密度的海绵，孔多，很饱满，因具有较好的透气性及弹性，经常用来做吸音棉、沙发垫、床垫、软包等材料，其中海绵床垫被越来越多的人使用，但是海绵床垫的生产方法仍存在工艺复杂、操作不便、难以普及和生产出来的海绵床垫长期使用容易生灰尘的缺陷与问题。
随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高，传统的床垫已经渐渐的不能满足人们对于健康，生态、环保的需求了，为了让人生的三分之一时间过的更加舒适，消费者在选择床垫时目光早已从舒适化转向功能化，现有技术中的床垫用料存在软硬不适中，舒适度差。
现有技术中，床垫软面大都采用海绵层，舒适度不如羊毛面的，传统的加工设备在羊毛的处理过程中存在缺陷。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，床垫的羊毛的处理效率高，除味效果好，柔软舒适度高的床垫生产用软面垫加工装置。

一种床垫生产用软面垫加工装置，包括支撑柱，其特征在于：所述支撑柱的侧壁上设有横梁板，所述横梁板的上搅拌电机，所述搅拌电机的下方设有羊毛搅拌清洗除味槽，所述清洗除味槽的底部设有排水孔，所述排水孔下方设有堵孔板，所述堵孔板表面设有多个堵孔塞，堵孔塞与排水孔匹配，所述堵孔板通过气缸左右移动控制可实现排水和堵水，所述搅拌电机的下端连接搅拌杆，所述搅拌杆的侧壁上设有多个活塞碳吸附棒 ，所述清洗除味槽的下方设有硅胶喷涂盘，所述硅胶喷涂盘的上方设有喷头，所述喷头连接硅胶箱。
所述硅胶喷涂盘的上方设有风干机。
本实用新型在支撑柱的侧壁上设有横梁板，在横梁板上设有搅拌电机，在搅拌电机的下端设有羊毛搅拌清除除味槽，在搅拌杆的侧壁上设有多个活性碳棒，通过活性碳搅拌棒能够快速将羊毛内的异味除去，再取出放入到下方的硅胶喷涂盘内，通过在羊毛表面喷涂硅胶层，制成羊毛垫，再进行烘干操作，提高了羊毛的垫的舒适度，提高了产品的质量 。

参见附图，一种床垫生产用软面垫加工装置，包括支撑柱1，所述支撑柱1的侧壁上设有横梁板2，所述横梁板2的上搅拌电机3，所述搅拌电机3的下方设有羊毛搅拌清洗除味槽4，所述清洗除味槽4的底部设有排水孔5，所述排水孔5下方设有堵孔板6，所述堵孔板表面设有多个堵孔塞8，堵孔塞8与排水孔匹配，所述堵孔板6通过气缸7控制左右移动可实现排水和堵水，所述搅拌电机3的下端连接搅拌杆9，所述搅拌杆9的侧壁上设有多个活塞碳吸附棒10 ，所述清洗除味槽4的下方设有硅胶喷涂盘11，所述硅胶喷涂盘11的上方设有喷头12，所述喷头12连接硅胶箱13。
所述硅胶喷涂盘11的上方设有风干机14。
