本实用新型涉及床垫的加工设备，具体是一种床垫除湿密封包装装置。
背景技术
日前，床垫在人们的家具生活用品中变得非常广泛，其主要供人们睡眠。床垫属现代常用的、性能较优的床垫。
在现有加工模式中，床垫一般在加工生产完成后，需要对其进行压缩、折叠和收卷，最后利用运输工具将其运输到各个门店或是客户手中。现有的压缩和收卷方式往往采用通过人工的方式来进行，不仅劳动强度高，而且压缩收卷的床垫不够充分，运输时占据较大的空间，造成运输成本的增加，目前，常用的海绵按结构分为高密度海绵、中密度海绵、低密度海绵三种。 其中高密度的海绵，孔多，很饱满，因具有较好的透气性及弹性，经常用来做吸音棉、沙发垫、床垫、软包等材料，其中海绵床垫被越来越多的人使用，但是海绵床垫的生产方法仍存在工艺复杂、操作不便、难以普及和生产出来的海绵床垫长期使用容易生灰尘的缺陷与问题。
随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高，传统的床垫已经渐渐的不能满足人们对于健康，生态、环保的需求了，为了让人生的三分之一时间过的更加舒适，消费者在选择床垫时目光早已从舒适化转向功能化，现有技术中的床垫用料存在软硬不适中，舒适度差。
现有技术中，床垫在加工好以后，需要进行包装，传统的包装设备存在难以快速除湿。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，能够在包装的同时对床垫进行快速除湿，提高床垫的质量和舒适度的床垫除湿密封包装装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种床垫除湿密封包装装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上设有支撑柱，所述支撑柱的侧壁上设有下压板，所述底座的左、右两侧设有门形支撑架，所述门形支撑架的顶部设有横梁板，所述横梁板上固定安装有液压缸，所述液压缸的活塞下端连接下压板，所述底座的一侧设有输送架，所述输送架的表面设有滚轮，所述滚轮之间设有加热除湿喷头，所述底座与输送架之间设有薄膜箱，所述薄膜箱内设有薄膜辊，所述薄膜辊上方的压板侧壁上设有薄膜夹持块。
所述下压板的一侧设有床垫包装进料口。
本实用新型在底座上设有支撑柱，在支撑柱的侧壁上设有下压板，下压的上端连接液压缸，通过液压缸的活塞杆进行控制其上下移动，且在底座的一侧设有舒适支架，在舒适支架上设有加热除湿喷头，通过加热除湿喷头能够快速将床垫内在加工生产中带入的湿气除去，提高了床垫的使用寿命，且在底座的进料口处设有薄膜卷，经过薄膜卷的覆盖作用，实现了快速包装 。

参见附图，一种床垫除湿密封包装装置，包括底座1，所述底座1上设有支撑柱2，所述支撑柱2的侧壁上设有下压板3，所述底座1的左、右两侧设有门形支撑架4，所述门形支撑架4的顶部设有横梁板5，所述横梁板5上固定安装有液压缸6，所述液压缸6的活塞下端连接下压板3，所述底座1的一侧设有输送架7，所述输送架7的表面设有滚轮8，所述滚轮8之间设有加热除湿喷头9，所述底座1与输送架之间设有薄膜箱10，所述薄膜箱10内设有薄膜辊11，所述薄膜辊11上方的压板侧壁上设有薄膜夹持块12。
所述下压板3的一侧设有床垫包装进料口13。

1.一种床垫除湿密封包装装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座上设有支撑柱，所述支撑柱的侧壁上设有下压板，所述底座的左、右两侧设有门形支撑架，所述门形支撑架的顶部设有横梁板，所述横梁板上固定安装有液压缸，所述液压缸的活塞下端连接下压板，所述底座的一侧设有输送架，所述输送架的表面设有滚轮，所述滚轮之间设有加热除湿喷头，所述底座与输送架之间设有薄膜箱，所述薄膜箱内设有薄膜辊，所述薄膜辊上方的压板侧壁上设有薄膜夹持块。
