背景技术
日前，床垫在人们的家具生活用品中变得非常广泛，其主要供人们睡眠。床垫属现代常用的、性能较优的床垫。
在现有加工模式中，床垫一般在加工生产完成后，需要对其进行压缩、折叠和收卷，最后利用运输工具将其运输到各个门店或是客户手中。现有的压缩和收卷方式往往采用通过人工的方式来进行，不仅劳动强度高，而且压缩收卷的床垫不够充分，运输时占据较大的空间，造成运输成本的增加，目前，常用的海绵按结构分为高密度海绵、中密度海绵、低密度海绵三种。其中高密度的海绵，孔多，很饱满，因具有较好的透气性及弹性，经常用来做吸音棉、沙发垫、床垫、软包等材料，其中海绵床垫被越来越多的人使用，但是海绵床垫的生产方法仍存在工艺复杂、操作不便、难以普及和生产出来的海绵床垫长期使用容易生灰尘的缺陷与问题。
随着人们对生活品质要求的不断提高，传统的床垫已经渐渐的不能满足人们对于健康，生态、环保的需求了，为了让人生的三分之一时间过的更加舒适，消费者在选择床垫时目光早已从舒适化转向功能化，现有技术中的床垫用料存在软硬不适中，舒适度差。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，床垫原料处理效率高，床垫的舒适度好的床垫生产用原料加工处理装置。

一种床垫生产用原料加工处理装置，包括底座，其特征在于：所述底座的左、右两端分别设有支撑柱，所述支撑柱的顶部设有横梁架，左端的所述支撑柱的侧壁上铰接有蒸煮罐，将原料放入蒸煮罐内进行蒸煮，所述蒸煮罐的底部设有连杆，所述连杆通过气缸控制实现了蒸煮罐的翻转倾倒，所述蒸煮罐的一侧设有碾压盘，所述碾压盘内设有滤水孔，所述碾压盘上方设有碾压辊，所述碾压辊的上端通过连杆与滑块连接，滑块可带动碾压辊左、右滚动碾压，所述碾压盘的底部通过支撑杆与气缸连接可实现翻转，所述碾压盘的上方设有烘干架，所述烘干架滑动在横梁架上，所述横梁架的下表面设有多个烘干喷头，所述烘干架的下表面设有多个挂钩。
所述烘干架的一侧设有搅拌罐，所述搅拌罐的侧壁上设有挤出器。
本实用新型在底座的左右两端分别设有支撑柱，在支撑柱的侧壁上设有蒸煮罐，通过蒸煮罐可对原料山棕丝进行快速蒸煮，经过蒸煮过后的山棕丝经过碾压盘进行快速碾压，提高了山棕丝的纯度，再经过一侧的烘干架进行快速烘干，后再添加辅料胶料进行搅拌，后在通过挤出器进行挤出操作，完成了快速床垫原料山棕丝的快速成丝处理。

参见附图，一种床垫生产用原料加工处理装置，包括底座1，所述底座1的左、右两端分别设有支撑柱2、3，所述支撑柱2、3的顶部设有横梁架4，左端的所述支撑柱2的侧壁上铰接有蒸煮罐5，将原料放入蒸煮罐5内进行蒸煮，所述蒸煮罐5的底部设有连杆6，所述连杆6通过气缸7控制实现了蒸煮罐5的翻转倾倒，所述蒸煮罐5的一侧设有碾压盘7，所述碾压盘7内设有滤水孔8，所述碾压盘7上方设有碾压辊，所述碾压辊7的上端通过连杆与滑块9连接，滑块 9可带动碾压辊7左、右滚动碾压，所述碾压盘7的底部通过支撑杆10与气缸连接可实现翻转，所述碾压盘7的上方设有烘干架11，所述烘干架11滑动在横梁架4上，所述横梁架4的下表面设有多个烘干喷头12，所述烘干架11的下表面设有多个挂钩13。
所述烘干架11的一侧设有搅拌罐14，所述搅拌罐14的侧壁上设有挤出器 15。
