本实用新型公开的变压器套管末屏绝缘测试分控装置,包括变压器分控电极模组和绝缘电阻表,变压器分控电极模组包括框架、固定在框架上的若干定触头、一滑动配置在框架中的滑台和一驱动滑台往复运动的驱动机构,在滑台上设置有三个动触头;测试时,第一动触头、第三动触头通过导线接地,第二动触头与绝缘电阻表中的L接线柱通过导线连接,绝缘电阻表中的E接线柱通过导线接地,若干定触头分别通过导线与待测试变压器中的套管末屏连接;测试时通过驱动机构移动滑台,使滑台上的三个动触头分别不同的定触头导电接触。本实用新型可以省去测试人员的换线时间(平均每次换线花费10分钟),可一次接线实现变压器所有套管末屏对地的绝缘电阻试验。
