Abstract

本发明公开的变压器套管末屏绝缘测试分控装置，包括变压器分控电极模组和绝缘电阻表，变压器分控电极模组包括框架、固定在框架上的若干定触头、一滑动配置在框架中的滑台和一驱动滑台往复运动的驱动机构，在滑台上设置有三个动触头；测试时，第一动触头、第三动触头通过导线接地，第二动触头与绝缘电阻表中的L接线柱通过导线连接，绝缘电阻表中的E接线柱通过导线接地，若干定触头分别通过导线与待测试变压器中的套管末屏连接；测试时通过驱动机构移动滑台，使滑台上的三个动触头分别不同的定触头导电接触。本发明可以省去测试人员的换线时间(平均每次换线花费10分钟)，可一次接线实现变压器所有套管末屏对地的绝缘电阻试验。
