本实用新型涉及废旧轮胎的回收处理设备 ,具体是一种废旧轮胎磁选回收装置。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,对轮胎等橡胶制品的需求量与日俱增,同时,废旧轮胎的数量也急剧增加,并带来了环境问题。目前,对废旧轮胎的处理,主要有以下几种方法 :掩埋法、焚烧法、再生利用及裂解法等,其中废旧轮胎热解是在缺氧或惰性气体存在条件下废旧轮胎中的高聚物在适当温度下裂解为以热解气、热解油、热解炭为主的贮存性能源和原料的不完全热解过程。惰性气体热解技术是指在轮胎热解的过程中向反应器内通入惰性气体对反应物进行吹扫,该方法可以大大减少挥发相产物在反应器内的停留时间,抑制了挥发相产物的二次裂解,从而能够提高热解油的收率。N2 条件下 , 油品中含有较多的轻质油品,轻质油品与重质油品相比有较高的利用价值,因此从油品的利用来讲,N2 条件有利于得到高价值的油品。轮胎裂解的产物均为有用的化工原料,既消除环境污染,又使废物得以综合利用,产生经济效益。现有技术公开的废旧轮胎裂解方法存在以下缺陷 :在裂解前先将轮胎中的环状钢丝拉出,再将轮胎切割成块,这种工艺增加了生产工序和处理成本 ;裂解时供热源是电源,能耗高,效益差 ;所使用的氮气由制氮机生产,设备投入多、生产流程长,成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单,轮胎颗粒粉碎均匀,减少粉末产生,减少废旧颗粒的浪费现象,粉碎更加容易的废旧轮胎磁选回收装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案:
一种废旧轮胎磁选回收装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上固定安装有立柱,所述立柱的侧壁上横梁,所述横梁上固定安装有臭氧罐,所述臭氧罐的顶部侧壁上设有废旧颗粒加料口,所述臭氧罐的顶部固定安装有搅拌电机,所述搅拌电机的下端连接搅拌架,所述搅拌架的侧壁上设有搅拌杆,所述搅拌杆的侧壁上设有永磁铁,所述臭氧罐的侧壁上设有开启门,所述臭氧罐的底部设有出料口,所述出料口的下端连接碾碎盘,所述碾碎盘内设有横梁,所述横梁上设有多个碾碎辊,所述碾碎盘的底部设有升降气缸,所述碾碎盘的底部设有滚轮。
所述底座的一侧设有加热烘干箱。
本实用新型在底座上固定安装有立柱,在立柱的侧壁上设横梁,在横梁的侧壁上固定安装有臭氧罐,这样臭氧罐内的轮胎可以被快速熏蒸,使得轮胎的颗粒的脆性更加脆,且在臭氧罐内设有搅拌架,在搅拌架的内壁上设有磁选铁,这样磁选铁可将轮胎内的金属粉快速被筛选出来,且轮胎颗粒经过下方的碾碎盘进行快速碾碎成细粉,提高了产品质量,且在碾碎盘的一侧设有加热烘干箱,提高了轮胎颗粒的干燥度,便于除去颗粒内的臭氧残余 。

所述底座1的一侧设有加热烘干箱17。
