诱导空气放出单元
技术领域
本实用新型涉及将喷流空气和被该喷流空气诱导的空气放出至被空调空间的诱导空气放出单元。
背景技术
将喷流空气和被该喷流空气诱导的空气放出至被空调空间的诱导空气放出单元中,例如日本专利公开2011-21808号所示。其使用在内部设置顶棚,且该顶棚于内部被分隔为被空调空间和收纳空间的建筑物中,并配置于收纳空间内。该诱导空气放出单元设置有:将从建筑物外部送入的供给空气喷流并放出的空气供给部;在该空气供给部放出的喷流空气的诱导作用下将被空调空间内的空气引入的空气诱导部;将来自空气供给部的喷流空气和空气诱导部的诱导空气的混合空气放出至被空调空间,且将该混合空气的热辐射至被空调空间的空气混合部。借助该混合空气的热辐射和空气混合部的热传导,不会给被空调空间内的使用者带来风感(过度的冷感・温感),能进行避免温度不均的舒适的空气调节。
该诱导空气放出单元有益于设置舒适的空调空间。然而,近年,出现了提供例如供给净化空气这样更舒适的空调空间的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供能够获得更舒适的空调空间的诱导空气放出单元。
根据本实用新型某形态的诱导空气放出单元使用于设置有分隔壁和分隔壁内部的被空调空间的建筑物且与该分隔壁相向配置。该诱导空气放出单元具备:使从建筑物的外部送入的供给空气喷流并放出的喷流发生器;在所述喷流发生器放出的喷流空气的诱导作用下允许将被空调空间的空气引入的空气诱导部;将来自所述喷流发生器的喷流空气和空气诱导部产生的诱导空气的混合空气放出至被空调空间,且将该混合空气的热向被空调空间辐射的空气混合部;和与该空气混合部连接,生成通过化学反应净化被净化物质的净化物质,并将该净化物质吹出至被空调空间的空气净化部。
根据该形态的结构,不会给被空调空间内的使用者带来风感(过度的冷感・温感),能进行避免温度不均的清洁的空气调节。又,诱导空气放出单元一体具备使被空调空间的温度均一化的机能和空气净化机能,因而无需另外设置高价的空气净化过滤器(filter)或空气清洁装置。因此,能够减少设置此类空气净化过滤器或空气清洁装置的空间或成本。
此外,本实用新型另一形态中,空气净化部生成离子、活性种(active species)中至少一种的净化物质。
根据该结构,发挥如下效果:使被空调空间的空气所含有的对人体有害的菌类、病毒、烟、臭气、过敏原等的被净化物质与净化物质反应,使被净化物质的活性失活。
此外,本实用新型另一形态中,空气净化部具备:使空气放电后生成等离子体状态的净化物质的生成单元,和利用空气混合部的混合空气的一部分将生成单元生成的净化物质吹出至被空调空间的吹出部。
根据该结构,能在生成单元使烟、灰尘、微小粒子状物质等的被净化物质带电并被收集。吹出部利用空气混合部的混合空气的一部分喷出净化物质,因此不需要使净化物质和被净化物质强制接触的风扇。借助于此,能够谋求诱导空气放出单元整体的小型化,可以减少成本。又,吹出部将空气混合部的混合空气的一部分高速吹出,所以能够使该净化物质在短时间大范围遍及,能够提高空气净化能力。
此外,本实用新型另一形态中,具备对被空调空间进行照明的照明器具、向被空调空间传递声音的音源、向被空调空间散发芳香的芳香发生装置中的至少一个。
根据该结构,能够得到因照明器具的照明色彩或音源的声音振动等产生的治疗(therapy)效果、因芳香发生装置的芳香产生的香薰治疗(aromatherapy)效果。

具体实施方式
图7是设置有根据本实用新型的诱导空气放出单元100的建筑物200的概略图。建筑物200在内部设置作为顶棚的分隔壁210且由该分隔壁210将内部分隔为被空调空间S和收纳空间T。诱导空气放出单元100配置于收纳空间T,与分隔壁210相向设置,空气通过分隔壁210供给至被空调空间S。被空调空间S内,建筑物200的使用者可开闭并出入门220。收纳空间T的外侧,设置有供给高温或低温的空气的空调机300。

图1至图4示出诱导空气放出单元100,图1是该诱导空气放出单元100的立体图,图2是其俯视图。图3是将图2的诱导空气放出单元100由X-X线剖切并从箭头方向观察的剖视图。图4是将图2的诱导空气放出单元100由Y-Y线剖切并从箭头方向观察的剖视图;
诱导空气放出单元100,在配置于收纳空间T内的壳体1的内部具备:空气供给部2,可使空气往返被空调空间S的空气诱导部3,空气混合部4及空气净化部5。各附图中,粗虚线的箭头示出空气的流动方向。空气供给部2通过管道16连接于空调机300(图7),从该空调机300供给已调节的高温或低温的空气。从上方依次设置空气供给部2、空气诱导部3、空气混合部4,空气供给部2与配置于空气诱导部3内且下端部宽度较窄的喷流发生器30相连接。通过喷流发生器30将生成的喷流空气吹向空气混合部4。
已知喷流通过粘性效果将周围的空气引入(诱导),因此喷流的空气,通过可使空气往返被空调空间S的空气诱导部3诱导被空调空间S的空气。喷流空气和从被空调空间S诱导的空气在空气混合部4内混合,从空气混合部4向被空调空间S放出。同时,混合的空气的热,从空气混合部4向被空调空间S辐射。若使空气混合部4由热传导率高的金属形成,则放热效果提高。
喷流发生器30具有:具有与空气供给部2相向的上表面开口33且左右延伸的发生器主体31、从该发生器主体31朝下方向内倾斜的斜面32、和位于该斜面32的下端部且比发生器主体31宽度窄的喷嘴6。从空气供给部2通过上表面开口33送入的空气,通过喷嘴6朝向空气混合部4生成喷流空气;
空气诱导部3于下表面设置有与被空调空间S连接的一对诱导口7,通过前述喷流空气的诱导作用,被空调空间S的空气从诱导口7被引入空气混合部4。
空气混合部4于上表面开设左右延伸的诱导口8,于下表面具备多个放出孔9和纵向金属制的板组11。来自所述的喷流发生器30的喷流空气和来自空气诱导部3的诱导空气的混合空气在空气混合部4内混合,通过板组11从放出孔9向被空调空间S放出。同时,混合的空气的热向被空调空间S辐射;
换言之,混合的空气在板组11内一边分流扩散一边整流状通过从而由放出孔9向被空调空间S放出。混合的空气的热向板组11热传递且由放出孔9向被空调空间S放出。板组11优选由热传递率及热辐射率高的铝等的板材隔开间隔配置。
空气净化部5生成通过化学反应净化被净化物质的净化物质。空气净化部5生成正电荷和负电荷的离子、羟基自由基(hydroxyl radical)、超氧化物、超氧阴离子、臭氧等活性种中的至少一种的净化物质。生成的净化物质通过酸化等的化学反应使漂浮在被空调空间S的烟、臭气、菌类、病毒、过敏原(allergen)等被净化物质消烟、消臭、除菌、惰性化而无效化,从而净化。此外,净化物质也可以是上述以外的物质。
空气净化部5形成为在吹出部10内具备生成单元12的结构。生成单元12使空气放电成为等离子体状态从而生成使被净化物质带电的上述净化物质。通过该等离子体中的电子分解空气中的氧或水,生成臭氧等的活性种或离子等。作为形成等离子体状态的放电方式,有电晕放电(Corona discharge)、介质阻挡放电(barrier discharge)、沿面放电(creeping discharge)、电弧放电(arc discharge)、微波放电(microwave discharge)、脉冲放电(pulse discharge)等。由采用这些放电方式的等离子体发生装置构成生成单元12。
吹出部10以利用空气混合部4的混合空气的一部分使净化物质向被空调空间S吹出的形式与空气混合部4邻接设置。空气混合部4上开设有连通吹出部10的吹出孔17,通过吹出孔17的来自空气混合部4的混合空气风速増加。通过吹出孔17风速増加的混合空气流入吹出部10内并伴随由生成单元12生成的净化物质吹出至被空调空间S。
(第2实施形态)
如图5和图6所示,空气诱导部3内可设置对被空调空间S照明的射灯(downlight)或线型照明设备等的照明器具13、向被空调空间S传递声音的扬声器单元等的音源14、向被空调空间S散发芳香的芳香发生装置15中的全部或至少一部分。空气净化部5的数量和位置不限定为图示的数量和位置。生成单元12生成净化物质除了放电方式以外,也可采用光催化剂、紫外线、射线;
上述中,建筑物200由作为顶棚的分隔壁210将内部分隔为被空调空间S和收纳空间T。然而,建筑物200可仅具备分隔壁210和被空调空间S,该情况下可考虑使诱导空气放出单元100与分隔壁210相向,从分隔壁210悬吊配置;
又,分隔壁210为顶棚,但也可以是侧壁或位于顶棚和该侧壁之间的倾斜壁。
由于本实用新型在不脱离基本特征的主旨下可具备多种形式,因而上述实施形态用于说明而非限制,因本实用新型的范围由所附的权利要求限定而不是在前的说明书限定,故落入权利要求的边界和范围内、或等同于这样的边界和范围的所有变更均包含在权利要求中。

Claims (4)

1.一种诱导空气放出单元,是使用于设置有分隔壁和分隔壁内部的被空调空间的建筑物且与该分隔壁相向配置的诱导空气放出单元,其特征在于,具备:
使从建筑物的外部送入的供给空气喷流并放出的喷流发生器,
在所述喷流发生器放出的喷流空气的诱导作用下允许将被空调空间的空气引入的空气诱导部,
将来自所述喷流发生器的喷流空气和空气诱导部产生的诱导空气的混合空气放出至被空调空间,且将该混合空气的热向被空调空间辐射的空气混合部,和
与该空气混合部连接,生成通过化学反应净化被净化物质的净化物质,并将该净化物质吹出至被空调空间的空气净化部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的诱导空气放出单元,其特征在于,
所述空气净化部生成离子、活性种中至少一种的净化物质。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的诱导空气放出单元,其特征在于,
所述空气净化部具备:
使空气放电后生成等离子体状态的净化物质的生成单元,和
利用空气混合部的混合空气的一部分将生成单元生成的净化物质吹出至被空调空间的吹出部。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的诱导空气放出单元,其特征在于,
具备对被空调空间进行照明的照明器具、向被空调空间传递声音的音源、向被空调空间散发芳香的芳香发生装置中的至少一个。
