有的零件，因工件上表面要加工（如图1的工件），用虎钳装夹夹不下，用压板又无法夹紧。

本实用新型所要解决的是: 有的零件表面要加工，用虎钳装夹夹不下，用压板又无法夹紧的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用下述技术方案：
一种T形槽用的新型压板夹紧装置，包括固定板1、活动板2、T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4；所述固定板1和活动板2顶部均设置有一个T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4；所述固定板1上设置有斜面凹槽101；所述活动板2上设置有的斜面凸台201；所述斜面凸台201设于斜面凹槽101内。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:
本实用新型结构简单、使用方便、因其夹紧力较大，调整迅速，在一定场合下可代替大型虎钳，对生产中的装夹用途极大。

如图3所示，一种T形槽用的新型压板夹紧装置，包括固定板1、活动板2、T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4；所述固定板1和活动板2顶部均设置有一个T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4。如图4所示，所述固定板1上设置有斜面凹槽101。
如图8所示，所述活动板2上设置有的斜面凸台201。
本实用新型使用时，用T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4把固定板1固定在工作台上并紧固，同时，用T形螺栓、六角螺母及垫圈4把活动板2也装配在工作台上，活动板2上的斜面凸台201卡入固定板1上的斜面凹槽101中，调整好活动板2与工件的3位置后，向下旋紧活动板2上的螺母时，活动板2上的斜面凸台201沿固定板1上的斜面凹槽101滑动，活动板2会前进，从而夹紧工件3，需要固定板1与活动板2组成一副同时使用，因其夹紧力较大，调整迅速，在一定场合下可代替大型虎钳，对生产中的装夹用途极大。
