Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,包括固定座、转动电机、转动电机、方形驱动杆、第一转盘和第二转盘,第一转盘和第二转盘之间固定连接弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片的外侧壁固定包裹有清洗布。本实用新型利用弧形弹片的弹力支撑清洗布对石油设备内壁进行清洗,清洗比较彻底。在第一转盘内侧与方形驱动杆套接处,开设有两个相对的凹槽,凹槽内设置有控制第一转盘在方形驱动杆上来回移动的开关控件,通过开关控件,可能很方便地改变弧形弹片以及其外侧壁上固定包裹清洗布的弯曲程度,对不同内径的桶装石油存贮设备内壁进行彻底清洗;避免出现死角,清洗效果非常好。

[0002] 在石油工业中,有时要求将桶状石油设备或者其它桶装石油储存设备清洁的非常 干净。在对桶装石油设备或者其它桶装石油储存设备进行清洗时,利用传统清洗器,虽然也 能将需要清洗的设备清洗的比较干净,但有时由于设备自身形状结构的原因,造成清洗器 使用不方便,工作效率低,清洗时还有可能会有死角,清洗不彻底,造成清洗效果不好;有时 还需要面对一个清洗器只能适用一种型号的石油储存设备,不同内径的石油储存设备需要 多种不同的清洗器。 实用新型内容

[0006] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种便于使用的石油设备清洗 器,包括固定座,固定座两侧固定设置手柄,固定座内固定设置转动电机,转动电机的输出 端与固定座外的方形驱动杆固定连接,方形驱动杆两端分别套接有第一转盘和第二转盘, 且第二转盘固定在方形驱动杆上;第一转盘内侧与方形驱动杆套接处开设有两个相对的凹 槽,凹槽内设置有控制第一转盘在方形驱动杆上来回移动的开关控件;所述第一转盘和第 二转盘之间固定连接弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片的外侧壁固定包裹有清洗布,且清洗布的两 侧分别与第一转盘和第二转盘四周边缘处固定连接。
[0007] 所述开关控件包括滑杆、压力弹簧、滑块、插块和插槽,所述滑杆固定设置在凹槽 底部,滑块固定设置在滑杆前端,压力弹簧套接在滑块与凹槽底部之间的滑杆上,且压力弹 簧的两端分别固定连接在凹槽底部和滑块上,插块固定设置在滑块前端,插槽设置在与插 块对应的方形驱动杆上。

[0009] 所述第一转盘一侧开设与凹槽相通的弧形孔,滑块一端通过弧形孔伸出第一转盘 外侧。

[0011] 所述弧形弹片的数量为6_8个,且每个弧形弹片均等距离固定在第一转盘和第二 转盘四周边缘处。

[0016] 2、本实用新型在第一转盘内侧与方形驱动杆套接处,开设有两个相对的凹槽,凹 槽内设置有控制第一转盘在方形驱动杆上来回移动的开关控件,通过开关控件,可以很方 便地控制第一转盘在方形驱动杆上来回移动,并能将第一转盘固定在方形驱动杆上,从而 能很方便地改变弧形弹片以及其外侧壁上固定包裹清洗布的弯曲程度,对不同内径的桶装 石油存贮设备内壁进行彻底清洗;第二转盘配合刷毛能够对设备内壁的底部进行清洗,避 免出现死角,清洗效果非常好。

[0023]如图1-4所不,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器, 包括固定座1,固定座1两侧固定设置手柄2,固定座1内固定设置转动电机3,转动电机3的输 出端与固定座1外的方形驱动杆4固定连接,方形驱动杆4两端分别套接有第一转盘5和第二 转盘8,且第二转盘8固定在方形驱动杆4上,所述方形驱动杆4为正五边形或者正六边形,这 样第一转盘5和第二转盘8套接在方形驱动杆4上时,能与方形驱动杆4 一起转动,避免打滑。 [0024] 第一转盘5内侧与方形驱动杆4套接处开设有两个相对的凹槽10,凹槽1〇内设置有 控制第一转盘5在方形驱动杆4上来回移动的开关控件11;所述开关控件11包括滑杆m、压 力弹簧112、滑块113、插块114和插槽115,所述滑杆111固定设置在凹槽10底部,滑块113固 定设置在滑杆111前端,压力弹簧112套接在滑块113与凹槽10底部之间的滑杆111上,且压 力弹簧112的两端分别固定连接在凹槽10底部和滑块113上,插块114固定设置在滑块113前 端,插槽115设置在与插块114对应的方形驱动杆4上,其中插槽115的对数为3-6对。采用上 述开关控件11,可以很方便地控制第一转盘5在方形驱动杆4上移动,并能将第一转盘5固定 在方形驱动杆4上的合适位置,从而能方便地清洗不同内径的待清洗的石油设备。
[0025]进一步的,所述第一转盘5—侧开设与凹槽10相通的弧形孔12,滑块113—端通过 弧形孔12伸出第一转盘5外侧。这样设计可以很好地控制插块114缩回和伸出凹槽1〇,从而 控制第一转盘5在方形驱动杆4上来回移动或者是固定在方形驱动杆4。
[0026] 所述第一转盘5和第二转盘8之间固定连接有弧形弹片6,弧形弹片6的数量为6-8 个,且每个弧形弹片6等距离固定在第一转盘5和第二转盘8四周边缘处,弧形弹片6的外侧 壁固定包裹有清洗布7,且清洗布7的两侧分别与第一转盘5和第二转盘8四周边缘处固定连 接。本实用新型在第一转盘5和第二转盘8之间固定连接弧形弹片6,所述弧形弹片6的外侧 壁固定包裹有清洗布7。这样在清洗时,可以根据需要清洗石油设备的内径来移动第一转盘 5,调节第一转盘5和第二转盘8之间的距离,从而调节弧形弹片6和清洗布7拱起弯曲的程 度,利用弧形弹片6的弹力支撑清洗布7对石油设备内壁进行清洗,清洗比较彻底。
[0027]进一步的,所述第二转盘8的外侧表面固定设置刷毛9,还可以方便地对需要清洗 的石油设备的底部进行彻底清洗。
[0028] 工作过程如下:先将该方案所述的石油设备清洗器放入需要清洗的石油设备中, 根据需要清洗的石油设备的内径大小,调整第一转盘5和第二转盘8的距离,从而调节弧形 弹片6和清洗布7拱起弯曲的程度,使其略大于需要清洗的石油设备的内径,以便利用弧形 弹片6的弹力支撑清洗布7对需要清洗的桶状石油设备内壁进行清洗。
[0029]具体调节方法是:先将滑块113向远离方形驱动杆5的方向拨动,使滑块113前端的 插块114缩回凹槽10,再推动第一转盘5在方形驱动杆5上向远离固定座1的方向移动到合适 的位置(该位置还要确保插块114在插槽115上方,便于固定第一转盘5)。接着松开滑块113, 开关控件11中的压力弹簧112沿滑杆111利用自身弹力推动滑块113前移,使滑块113前端的 插块114伸出凹槽10,插入对应的插槽115中,从而将第一转盘5固定。然后,操作人员手持手 柄2,启动转动电机3,带动方形驱动杆5转动,进而带动第一转盘5、第二转盘8以及弧形弹片 6和清洗布7—起转动(清洗布7上方可以沾上所需的清洗液),利用弧形弹片6的弹力支撑清 洗布7对需要清洗的桶状石油设备内壁进行清洗,操作非常方便,清洗的也比较彻底,清洗 效果好。
[0030]清洗完后,再将滑块113向远离方形驱动杆5的方向拨动,再次使滑块113前端的插 块114缩回凹槽10,这样,插块114离开插槽115;然后向靠近固定座丨的方向拉动第一转盘5, 进而带动弧形弹片6和清洗布7回拢,便于石油设备清洗器从需要清洗的石油设备中取出。 [0031] 尽管己经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言, 可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修 改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1. 一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,包括固定座(1),其特征在于:固定座(1)两侧固定 设置手柄(2),固定座(1)内固定设置转动电机(3),转动电机(3)的输出端与固定座(1)外的 方形驱动杆(4)固定连接,方形驱动杆(4)两端分别套接有第一转盘(5)和第二转盘(8),且 第二转盘(8)固定在方形驱动杆(4)上;第一转盘(5)内侧与方形驱动杆(4)套接处开设有两 个相对的凹槽(10),凹槽(1〇)内设置有控制第一转盘(5)在方形驱动杆(4)上来回移动的开 关控件(11); 所述第一转盘(5)和第二转盘(8)之间固定连接弧形弹片(6),所述弧形弹片(6)的外侧 壁固定包裹有清洗布(7),且清洗布(7)的两侧分别与第一转盘(5)和第二转盘(8)四周边缘 处固定连接。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述开关控件 (11)包括滑杆(111)、压力弹簧(112)、滑块(113)、插块(114)和插槽(115),所述滑杆(111) 固定设置在凹槽(10)底部,滑块(113)固定设置在滑杆(111)前端,压力弹簧(112)套接在滑 块(113)与凹槽(10)底部之间的滑杆(111)上,且压力弹簧(II2)的两端分别固定连接在凹 槽(10)底部和滑块(113)上,插块(114)固定设置在滑块(113)前端,插槽(115)设置在与插 块(114)对应的方形驱动杆(4)上。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述方形驱动 杆为正五边形或者正六边形。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述第一转盘 (5) —侧开设与凹槽(10)相通的弧形孔(12),滑块(113) —端通过弧形孔(I2)伸出第一转盘 ⑸外侧。
5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述方形驱动 杆(4)上设置3-6对与插块(114)对应的插槽(115)。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述弧形弹片 (6) 的数量为6-8个,且每个弧形弹片(6)的等距离固定第一转盘(5)和第二转盘(8)四周边 缘处。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于使用的石油设备清洗器,其特征在于:所述第二转盘 (8)的外侧表面固定设置刷毛(9)。
