技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种污泥固化剂粉料包装称重输送机构。
背景技术
污泥固化剂 应用于河道污泥，区分污泥污染性质及状况，针对性解决污泥中腐殖质及含固率低等因素对固化的影响。使粘性较差松散的污泥土颗粒团粒化、固结并具备路基等土方材料的使用强度。同时，封存、稳定污泥中的其它污染物质，防止其受滤淋后溶出，保障周边环境不受二次污染。
目前污泥固化剂加工完成后需要包装收集，在包装收集的过程中容易有粉尘和扬灰；同时在加工的过程中包装的误差大，计量不精准，不能配合不同规格的包装袋，影响加工的效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种污泥固化剂粉料包装称重输送机构，设计合理，计量精准，实现无尘包装且操作方便，结构稳固，提高加工效率。
本实用新型所采用的主要技术方案是：一种污泥固化剂粉料包装称重输送机构，包括PCL控制器、框架支撑件、提升气缸、夹紧气缸、成品仓和包装袋；其中所述PCL控制器固定在所框架支撑件上，所述成品仓固定在所述框架支撑件上且下料口处设有下料阀门和风机；所述风机的一端通过风管与布袋除尘器连接固定；所述框架支撑件的下方依次设有称重支撑框、包装袋和皮带输送机且左右两端均设有所述夹紧气缸；每个所述夹紧气缸的气缸轴上设有用于夹紧所述包装袋的夹紧件；所述称重支撑框底部的每端均通过提升气缸固定在立柱上；所述称重支撑框的顶部每端均设有带有称重传感器的挂钩；包装袋的开口套在所述成品仓的下料口上且通过吊带挂设在每个所述挂钩上
进一步，所述框架支撑件的底部两端均设有加强板，其中每个所述加强板的底部均设有接地紧固件，提高框架支撑件的稳固力，保证操作的安全性。
进一步，所述成品仓的外沿部设有若干个滚轮滑动固定在所述框架支撑件上，可以实现成品仓在框架支撑件上转动，便于位置的调节。
进一步，所述皮带输送机上依次设有若干个缓存垫板，便于包装袋很好的固定在缓存板上，便于皮带输送机的运输。
本实用新型操作时：PCL控制器打开，人工将包装袋的吊带悬挂在每个对应的挂钩上，袋口套在成品仓的出料口上，夹紧气缸带动夹紧件对袋口进行夹紧，PCL控制器判断调节符合后，将成品仓的下料阀门打开，称重传感器读取入袋的净重量，当达到设定装袋的重量时，下料阀门关闭，停止装袋，提升气缸带动称重支撑框向下，将包装袋放在皮带输送机上，夹紧气缸带动夹紧件松开包装袋的袋口；其中PLC控制器记录装袋重量和累计重量及累计袋数；在工作过程中由风机工作通过风管将粉尘和扬灰输送到布袋除尘器中，实现无尘包装粉料。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下优点：设计合理，计量精准，实现无尘包装且操作方便，结构稳固，提高加工效率。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式进一步阐述本实用新型，应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于本实用新型但不用于限制本实用新型的范围。需要说明的是，下面描述中使用的词语“前“、”“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向。
如图1所示的一种污泥固化剂粉料包装称重输送机构，包括PCL控制器1、框架支撑件8、提升气缸20、夹紧气缸2、成品仓7和包装袋5；所述框架支撑件8的底部两端均设有加强板16，其中每个所述加强板16的底部均设有接地紧固件17。
其中所述PCL控制器1固定在所框架支撑件8上，所述成品仓7的外沿部设有若干个滚轮18滑动固定在所述框架支撑件8上且下料口处设有下料阀门10和风机9。
所述风机9的一端通过风管21与布袋除尘器4连接固定；所述框架支撑件8的下方依次设有称重支撑框11、包装袋5和皮带输送机6且左右两端均设有所述夹紧气缸2； 所述皮带输送机6上依次设有若干个缓存垫板19。
每个所述夹紧气缸2的气缸轴上设有用于夹紧所述包装袋5的夹紧件12；所述称重支撑框11底部的每端均通过提升气缸20固定在立柱13上；所述称重支撑框11的顶部每端均设有带有称重传感器14的挂钩3；包装袋5的开口套在所述成品仓7的下料口上且通过吊带15挂设在每个所述挂钩3上
本实施例安装时： PCL控制器1打开，人工将包装袋5的吊带15悬挂在每个对应的挂钩3上，袋口套在成品仓7的出料口上，夹紧气缸2带动夹紧件12对袋口进行夹紧，PCL控制器1判断调节符合后，将成品仓7的下料阀门10打开，称重传感器14读取入袋的净重量，当达到设定装袋的重量时，下料阀门10关闭，停止装袋，提升气缸20带动称重支撑框11向下，将包装袋放在皮带输送机6上，夹紧气缸2带动夹紧件12松开包装袋的袋口；其中PLC控制器1记录装袋重量和累计重量及累计袋数；在工作过程中由风机9工作通过风管21将粉尘和扬灰输送到布袋除尘器4中，实现无尘包装粉料。
本实施例：设计合理，计量精准，实现无尘包装且操作方便，结构稳固，提高加工效率；实现不同大小的包装袋装袋需求，装袋重量自由调节。

1.一种污泥固化剂粉料包装称重输送机构，其特征在于：包括PCL控制器（1）、框架支撑件（8）、提升气缸（20）、夹紧气缸（2）、成品仓（7）和包装袋（5）；其中所述PCL控制器（1）固定在所框架支撑件（8）上，所述成品仓（7）固定在所述框架支撑件（8）上且下料口处设有下料阀门（10）和风机（9）；所述风机（9）的一端通过风管（21）与布袋除尘器（4）连接固定；所述框架支撑件（8）的下方依次设有称重支撑框（11）、包装袋（5）和皮带输送机（6）且左右两端均设有所述夹紧气缸（2）；每个所述夹紧气缸（2）的气缸轴上设有用于夹紧所述包装袋（5）的夹紧件（12）；所述称重支撑框（11）底部的每端均通过提升气缸（20）固定在立柱（13）上；所述称重支撑框（11）的顶部每端均设有带有称重传感器（14）的挂钩（3）；包装袋（5）的开口套在所述成品仓（7）的下料口上且通过吊带（15）挂设在每个所述挂钩（3）上。
