技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种柔性显示面板和柔性显示装置。
背景技术
柔性显示面板是指显示面板可弯曲变形的显示面板,其包括柔性有机电致发光显示装置(OLED)、柔性电泳显示装置(EPD)、柔性液晶显示装置(LCD)等多种类型。可变形可弯曲的柔性显示面板能够给用户带来颠覆性的使用体验。然而,现有的柔性显示面板的连接线结构容易断裂,尤其是相邻的像素单元之间的走线更容易折断。如图1所示,传统的柔性显示面板的相邻的像素单元1b通过第二走线层105b电性连接,然而,当柔性显示面板在弯曲或者折叠过程中,相邻的像素单元之间的过渡区域内的第二走线层105b容易产生裂纹甚至断裂的问题,这将导致柔性显示面板无法正常工作或者影响显示效果。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型实施例提供了一种柔性显示面板和柔性显示装置,解决了现有柔性显示面板的相邻两像素单元之间的连接线结构容易产生断裂的问题。
本实用新型实施例提供了一种柔性显示面板,包括:
多个像素单元,相邻的两个所述像素单元之间通过连接线结构形成电性连接;
其中,所述连接线结构包括:
采用柔性导电材质的第一走线层;以及
与所述第一走线层处于不同层的第二走线层;
其中,所述第一走线层与所述第二走线层电性连接。
其中,所述第一走线层与所述多个像素单元各自的源极和漏极处于竖直方向上的同一层。
其中,所述第一走线层采用层状复合结构。
其中,所述第一走线包括:第一钛金属层、铝金属层以及第二钛金属层;其中,所述铝金属层夹在所述第一钛金属层和所述第二钛金属层之间。
其中,所述第一走线层与所述第二走线层通过沿竖直方向设置的填充有导电材料的通孔形成电性连接。
其中,所述通孔中填充的所述导电材料与所述第一走线层采用相同的材质。
其中,第一走线层和/或第二走线层上设置有开孔。
其中,所述第二走线层的材质为多晶硅。
其中,所述连接线结构包括:
基板;
设置在所述基板上的缓冲层;

本发明一实施例还提供一种柔性显示装置,包括如前任一所述的柔性显示面板。
本发明实施例的所提供的柔性显示装置的连接线结构包括可以位于不同层且电性连接的第一走线层和第二走线层,并且第一走线层采用柔性导电材料。这样与现有技术中相邻像素单元之间仅采用第二走线层形成电性连接的结构相比,当柔性显示面板发生变形或折弯时,连接线结构的第一走线层可以缓解柔性显示面板的变形或折弯带来的应力集中,增加了连接线结构的整体抗弯性能,降低了柔性显示面板断裂失效的风险。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
本实用新型实施例提供的柔性显示装置包括:相邻的两个像素单元1和连接线结构3,两个像素单元1通过连接线结构3电性连接。其中连接线结构3包括采用柔性导电材质的第一走线层101,以及与第一走线层101处于不同层的第二走线层105。第一走线层101和第二走线层105电性连接。
图2所示为本实用新型一实施例所提供的柔性显示面板的平面版图的示意图,图3所示为本实用新型一实施例所提供的沿图2中所示的线A-A获取的柔性显示面板的剖面示意图。
如图2和图3所示,第一走线层101与第二走线层105在竖直方向上电性连接,并且在竖直方向上处于不同层,这里所述的竖直方向指的是垂直于柔性显示装置的表面的方向。
在本发明一实施例中,第一走线层101可直接制备于和第二走线层105的弯折区域的表面,以形成第一走线层101和第二走线层105之间的电性连接,然而本实用新型对第一走线层101和第二走线层105之间电性连接的具体方式不做限定。
应当理解,尽管在图2和图3所示的实施例中仅示出了两个像素单元1,但其实像素单元1的数量可根据柔性显示装置制作过程中的需求而调整,本实用新型实施例对像素单元1的数量不做具体限定。
由此可见,本发明实施例的相邻像素单元1之间的连接线结构3包括可以位于不同层且电连接的第一走线层101和第二走线层105的结构,并且第一走线层101采用柔性导电材料。这样与现有技术中相邻像素单元1之间仅采用第二走线层105形成电连接的结构相比,第一走线层101增加了连接线结构3的整体抗弯性能。当柔性显示装置发生变形或折弯时,连接线结构3的第一走线层101可以缓解柔性显示装置的变形或折弯带来的应力集中,增加了连接线结构的整体抗弯性能,降低了柔性显示装置断裂失效的风险。
图4所示为本实用新型一实施例所提供的柔性显示面板中像素单元的结构示意图。如图4所示,像素单元1的结构可包括:基板108、源极15、漏极13、栅极14、阳极12、以及依次设置在基板108上的缓冲层106、有源层16、绝缘层103、平坦层17和像素定义层11。应当理解,在本实用新型一实施例中,像素单元1的结构还可包括在图4中未示出的位于栅极14上方的电容电极。
具体而言,该绝缘层103可包括下绝缘层103a和上绝缘层103b。栅极14制备在下绝缘层103a上,并被上绝缘层103b所覆盖。绝缘层103可包括贯穿至有源层16的两个开孔。漏极13和源极15分别制备于该两个开孔中,并分别与有源层16形成欧姆接触。像素定义层11上定义有阳极区域,阳极12制备于该阳极区域,穿过平坦层17与漏极13形成欧姆接触。
参考图4,在本实用新型的一实施例中,第一走线101可与像素单元1的源极15和漏极13处于竖直方向的同一层,这样当第一走线101与像素单元1的源极15和漏极13的采用相同的柔性导电材料时,可以将第一走线层101和像素单元的源极15和漏极13一起制作,而不必单独制作第一走线层101,从而简化了柔性显示面板的制作流程。然而应当理解,在本实用新型实施例中,图4所给出的仅为柔性显示面板中像素单元1的内部结构示例,像素单元1的内部结构可根据实际的应用场景而调整,本实用新型对该像素单元1的内部结构其实并不做限定。
在本实用新型的一实施例中,第一走线101可为层状复合结构。例如,第一走线101可采用钛-铝-钛层状复合材料结构,该钛-铝-钛层状复合材料结构包括:第一钛金属层、铝金属层以及第二钛金属层;其中铝金属层夹在第一钛金属层和第二钛金属层之间。钛-铝-钛层状复合材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度都比较好,因此可以增加显示区内整体的抗弯折性能。
参考图4,在本实用新型一实施例中,第一走线层101与第二走线105层通过沿竖直方向设置的填充有导电材料的至少一个通孔2形成电性连接。然而,应当理解,第一走线层101与第二走线105层在竖直方向还可以通过其他方式形成电性连接,本实用新型实施例对第一走线层101与第二走线105层在竖直方向上的电性连接方式不做具体限定。
在本实用新型一实施例中,通孔2填充有与第一走线层101相同的导电材质,这样在制作第一走线层101时就可以完成对通孔2的填充,省去了柔性显示面板制作过程中单独为通孔2填充导电材料的步骤,从而简化了柔性显示面板的制作流程。
在本实用新型一实施例中,第二走线层105可为P-SI(多晶硅)材质。然而,应当理解,第二走线层105也可以为其他导电材质,本实用新型对第二走线层105的材质不做具体限定。
参考图3,在本实用新型一实施例中,柔性显示面板中的连接线结构3可包括:基板108,以及设置在基板108上的缓冲层106,制备在缓冲层106上的第二走线层105,至少一层绝缘层103,至少一层绝缘层103制备在第二走线层105上,制备在至少一层绝缘层103上的第一走线层101。
基板108是指用于支撑像素单元1的各元件的基板。在本实用新型一实施例中,基板108可为柔性基板。在本实用新型另一实施例中,基板108也可为玻璃基板,本实用新型对基板108的材质不作具体限定。
缓冲层106可用于防止湿气或杂质通过基板108而侵入像素单元1,方便后续制备工艺。然而,缓冲层106可由硅氧化物膜、硅氮化物膜或其多层膜形成,本实用新型对缓冲层106的材质不作具体限定。此外,在本实用新型一实施例中,也可以并不包括缓冲层106,此时第二走线层105可以直接形成在基板108上。
在本实用新型一实施例中,至少一层绝缘层103可包括填充有导电材料的通孔2,将第一走线层101和第二走线层105电性连接。
在本实用新型一实施例中,参考图3和图4,像素单元1中需要制备多层绝缘层以将多层走线隔离开。因此为了简化制备流程,可以将像素单元1中的绝缘层103和相邻像素单元1之间连接线结构中的绝缘层103同时制备。然而本实用新型对于该连接线结构中所包括的绝缘层103的层数不做限定。
应当理解,除了如图3所示的位于第二走线层105上方的第一走线层101外,第二走线层105还可以和位于其他层面的采用柔性导电材料的层形成电性连接,以满足抗弯折性能需求。本实用新型对该第一走线层101在竖直方向上的位置不做具体限定。
图5所示为本实用新型一实施例所提供的第一走线层或第二走线层的示意图。
在本实用新型一实施例中,为了进一步提高第一走线层101或第二走线层105的抗弯性能,如图5所示,本实用新型实施例提供的第一走线层101或第二走线层105可以进一步包括至少一个开孔41,这些开孔41可以分散第一走线层101或第二走线层105在弯折时产生的应力,从而进一步避免柔性显示面板在弯曲或者折叠过程中第一走线层101或第二走线层105产生裂纹或者断裂,提高了第一走线层101或第二走线层105在弯折时的质量与可靠性。应当理解,在本实用新型一实施例中,也可以是在第一走线层101和第二走线层105上都设置开孔。
在本实用新型一实施例中,开孔41可以为四边形、圆形或其他形状。然而,本发明实施例对开孔的形状不做具体限定。
本发明一实施例还提供一种柔性显示装置,包括如前任一实施例所提供的柔性显示面板。
此外,本实用新型实施例中提到的第一、第二、以及第三等限定词,仅仅为了更清楚地描述本实用新型实施例的技术方案,并不用以限制本实用新型的保护范围。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种柔性显示面板,其特征在于,包括:
多个像素单元,相邻的两个所述像素单元之间通过连接线结构形成电性连接;
其中,所述连接线结构包括:
采用柔性导电材质的第一走线层;以及
与所述第一走线层处于不同层的第二走线层;
其中,所述第一走线层与所述第二走线层电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一走线层与所述多个像素单元各自的源极和漏极处于竖直方向上的同一层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一走线层采用层状复合结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一走线包括:第一钛金属层、铝金属层以及第二钛金属层;其中,所述铝金属层夹在所述第一钛金属层和所述第二钛金属层之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一走线层与所述第二走线层通过沿竖直方向设置的填充有导电材料的通孔形成电性连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述通孔中填充的所述导电材料与所述第一走线层采用相同的材质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,第一走线层和/或第二走线层上设置有开孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二走线层的材质为多晶硅。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,所述连接线结构包括:
基板;
设置在所述基板上的缓冲层;
所述第二走线层,制备在所述缓冲层上;
至少一层绝缘层,制备在所述第二走线层上;以及
所述第一走线层,制备在所述至少一层绝缘层上。
10.一种柔性显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一所述的柔性显示面板。
