背景技术
目前国内的烘干机在烘干过程中，热气流从尾部向前运动，与物料充分接触，通过热传导、对流、辐射传热量充分利用，又通过内螺旋搅拌、扫散、抄板，推进物料运动，完成整个烘干过程，但是烘干机干燥湿料不均匀，从而导致成品利用率不高。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型提出了一种干燥调节烘干机。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型公开了一种干燥调节烘干机，包括湿料放置处，及设置在湿料放置处右侧的输送机；所述的输送机下端设有热风炉；所述的热风炉右侧设置烘干机；所述的烘干机内设有干燥调节芯片；所述的干燥调节芯片右侧设有传动装置；所述的传动装置右端设置出料装置；所述的出料装置上端设有引风系统；所述的引风系统下端设有输送机；所述的输送机下端设置成品收集处。
进一步地，所述的输送机外围设有高温隔离层。
进一步地，所述的热风炉内设有脱硫装置。
进一步地，所述的传动装置的调整方式为无极调整。
进一步地，所述的出料装置左侧设有滚筒出料端。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型干燥调节烘干机采用三角胶带传动，特点是运转平稳、噪声低、安全可靠，并且转筒采用优质不锈钢制作，筒体美观光滑，经久耐用，而且此干燥机干燥均匀，成品的利用率高。

如图1所示的一种干燥调节烘干机，包括湿料放置处1，及设置在湿料放置处1右侧的输送机5；所述的输送机5下端设有热风炉2；所述的热风炉2右侧设置烘干机3；所述的烘干机3内设有干燥调节芯片6；所述的干燥调节芯片6右侧设有传动装置4；所述的传动装置4右端设置出料装置7；所述的出料装置7上端设有引风系统8；所述的引风系统8下端设有输送机5；所述的输送机5下端设置成品收集处9。
其中，所述的输送机5外围设有高温隔离层；所述的热风炉2内设有脱硫装置；所述的传动装置4的调整方式为无极调整；所述的出料装置7左侧设有滚筒出料端。
