Abstract
一种薄型铝箔复合保温卷材，是利用铝箔、玻璃
纤维网格布、聚乙烯薄膜和硅酸铝纤维，采用热压或
挤出法复合成为卷材或薄片材料，用于热力管道作为
保温隔热材料。
Description
本实用新型是一种用于热力管道和电炉方面的保温隔热复合材料，属于管道保温的技术领域。
目前保温材料广泛使用硅酸铝、超细玻璃棉、岩棉，等等。其主要缺点是材料较厚、成本较高。对于空间位置比较狭小。或者直径较小的热力管道施工不便。不能适应保温隔热之要求。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种薄型铝箔复合保温卷材。它可以克服上述之缺陷。还具有工艺简单、重量轻、易于施工、保温隔热性能好的优点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：先将硅酸铝纤维用抄滤方法制成具有一定厚度之卷材。通常其厚度是在0.1～10mm之同，然后使用这种薄型的硅酸铝作基材，与表皮材料铝箔、玻璃纤维网格布用挤出方法复合成一体。
兹结合附图对其结构进一步叙述：
由附图知，硅酸铝纤维(4)和铝箔(1)、玻璃纤维网格布(2)、聚乙烯薄膜(3)叠合在一起，采用挤出复合方法或热压的方法，复合成一体。它可以为薄片形状，也可以为卷材。
本实用新型与公知的现有技术相比。其优点是：制造工艺简单、重量轻、成本低、保温性能良好。由于厚度小，弹性好。适用于不便施工之热力管道。
Claims (2)
1、一种薄型铝箔复合保温卷材，其特征在于它由铝箔(1)玻璃纤维网格布(2)、聚乙烯薄膜(3)和硅酸铝纤维(4)互相叠合，复合成为一体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保温卷材，其特征在于硅酸铝层厚度约为0.1～10mm。
