本实用新型公开了一种改进的倾斜式圆网印花机，其包括安装于印花磁台上方的圆网以及色浆传送机构，所述色浆传送机构包括储浆桶以及色浆输送管，所述色浆输送管一端通过浆料泵与储浆桶连通，色浆输送管的另一端伸入所述圆网内，位于圆网内的色浆输送管上沿圆网的轴向均匀开设有数个出浆口。多出浆口的设计使得色浆在圆网轴向流动分布的均匀性大为提高，从而提高了纺织品印花的质量，其易于结构简单且易于改造，适用于各种纺织品的圆网印花加工。

本实用新型涉及纺织设备领域，尤其涉及一种改进的倾斜式圆网印花机。
背景技术
倾斜式圆网印花机的圆网与水平方向成一定倾斜角设置，圆网内设置有色浆输送管，所述色浆输送管的尽头开设有一色浆出口。印花作业时，色浆从圆网翘起的一端（高端）加入，在重力作用下沿圆网内壁向低端自然流动并由色浆出口流出，其间，一部分色浆被磁棒从圆网网孔挤出而印到织物上，其余的色浆则经过圆网内壁及接浆槽流回储浆桶，再由浆泵回送至圆网高端内，如此往复循环流动。
对于流动性好的色浆，靠设置在圆网高端的一个色浆出口，一般就可以满足工艺要求。但对于某些粘度偏高的色浆，印花过程中色浆从高端流向低端所需时间较长，导致在一个印花循环中沿圆网长度出现色浆分布不匀的状况，严重时会影响织物印花得色均匀性，造成印花次品。通常解决调整出浆量问题的方案是将色浆出口口径改大，并增设开口调整机构，该改进方案虽实现了出浆流量的灵活调整，但结构较为复杂，改造难度较大，改造成本也较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进的倾斜式圆网印花机。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是，一种改进的倾斜式圆网印花机，其包括安装于印花磁台上方的圆网以及色浆传送机构，所述色浆传送机构包括储浆桶以及色浆输送管。所述色浆输送管一端通过浆料泵与储浆桶连通，色浆输送管的另一端伸入所述圆网内，位于圆网内的色浆输送管上沿圆网的轴向均匀开设有数个出浆口。
本实用新型实现的倾斜式圆网印花机将传统的出浆出口设置为多个，在一个工作周期内缩短了色浆沿圆网内壁流动的距离，使得色浆在圆网轴向（长度方向）流动分布的均匀性大大提高，从而提高了纺织品印花的质量，其易于结构简单且易于改造，适用于各种纺织品的圆网印花加工。

以下结合附图对本实用新型较佳实施例做进一步描述。
如图1所示，一种改进的倾斜式圆网印花机，其包括安装于印花磁台1上方的圆网2以及色浆传送机构3，所述色浆传送机构3包括储浆桶31以及色浆输送管32。所述色浆输送管32一端通过浆料泵33与储浆桶31连通，色浆输送管32的另一端伸入所述圆网2内，位于圆网2内的色浆输送管32上沿圆网2的轴向均匀开设有三个出浆口321。
当圆网与印花磁台上的织物接触时，浆料泵开启送浆，色浆由储浆桶经色浆输送管送入圆网内，再经由出浆口流向圆网内壁。多出浆口设置缩短了一个工作周期内色浆沿圆网内壁流动的时间，大大提高了色浆在圆网轴向流动分布的均匀性。
本实用新型所述出浆口的数量不限于实施例所述，可根据实际生产需要进行增减。
