本实用新型涉及一种牵引蓄电池大盖用铅管,属于蓄电池制备技术领域。
背景技术
牵引型铅酸蓄电池目前普遍应用于电动汽车、三轮车等被用作动力电源,蓄电池大盖上部结构为正负极性端子,其中铅管镶嵌于大盖两端,铅管的传统生产方法为重力浇铸法,浇铸完成的铅管一次成型后放入注塑机模具,注塑完成后铅管镶嵌于大盖两端。
目前,牵引性铅酸蓄电池使用的铅管粗糙、有铅刺,且铅管下部与大盖结合处暴露于蓄电池两边的单格内部,蓄电池在充电过程中产生的氢氧气体附带硫酸液体对其进行不断的腐蚀,随着循环充放电次数的增加,尤其是电池充电末期,正极铅管表面与稀硫酸反应生成二氧化铅、负极铅管表面也存在氧化还原反应,导致铅管表面与塑料结合处形成间隙,造成端子极柱爬酸,气体附带的硫酸液体从铅管与大盖结合的缝隙处渗出,爬酸的蓄电池极柱不断的腐蚀连接卡导致接触不良,容易引起打火导致电池爆炸,同时影响产品的外观质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种牵引蓄电池大盖用铅管,本实用新型与大盖结合致密,完全解决了端子极柱爬酸问题,同时因采用重力碾压成型技术,增强了铅管的强度。本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种牵引蓄电池大盖用铅管,包括铅管主体、环形铅台、防扭动铅台和防爬酸螺纹,所述铅管主体的端部设有环形铅台,用于铅管与大盖的结合,铅管主体上还设有防扭动铅台,防扭动铅台上设有多个防扭动梯格,防扭动铅台与环形铅台之间设有多个防爬酸螺纹,铅管主体、环形铅台、防扭动铅台和防爬酸螺纹为一体成型结构。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述防扭动铅台上设有6-10个防扭动梯格;优选的,设有8个防扭动梯格,这一结构可以有效防治铅管在大盖上的活动。
在上述技术方案的基础上,防扭动铅台与环形铅台之间设有1-4个防爬酸螺纹;优选的,设有2个防爬酸螺纹,这一结构可以有效防止端子极柱爬酸的问题。
在上述技术方案的基础上,铅管主体顶部的内径为12cm,外径为16cm;底部内径为18.8cm,环形铅台的外径为21cm;环形铅台的的厚度为2.8cm;防扭动铅台的外径为22cm;防扭动铅台的厚度为3.2cm,防爬酸螺纹的外径为19.2cm,铅管主体的高度为18cm,铅管主体顶部至防扭动铅台的垂直距离为10cm,防扭动梯格的长度为4cm。
本实用新型铅管的合金成份采用铅锑多元合金,主要添加的元素为Cu、Sn、Se、Ag,多种元素的加入增加了合金的流动性及耐腐蚀性能,解决了铅管在重力浇铸下不同锑含量的结晶冷裂问题,提高了合金的流动性与耐腐蚀性能。
本实用新型具有如下优点:

在实施例1的基础上,如图1和图2所示,所述铅管主体1顶部的内径为12cm,外径为16cm;底部内径为18.8cm,环形铅台2的外径为21cm;环形铅台2的的厚度为2.8cm;防扭动铅台3的外径为22cm;防扭动铅台3的厚度为3.2cm,防爬酸螺纹4的外径为19.2cm,铅管主体1的高度为18cm,铅管主体1顶部至防扭动铅台3的垂直距离为10cm,防扭动梯格5的长度为4cm。
