本实用新型涉及一种铅酸蓄电池化成用铜排,用于电池化成过程中的相互连接。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池化成是电池制作过程中的重要环节,分为极板化成和电池化成,多个电池化成时使用铜排或带有铜鼻的连接线相互连接。现有铜排是在铜质连接件的外表面加一个套管,由于在电池注酸和化成过程中酸雾的存在,套管不能阻止连接件的铜腐蚀,使得铜排的导电能力下降,在大电流充放电或因表面接触不良容易发热打火,使电池表面碳化,增加设备无用功耗,严重影响电池化成效果。同时铜排的腐蚀需要定期更换,造成材料浪费,增加生产成本。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高电池化成效果、降低电池生产成本的铅酸蓄电池化成用铜排。
本实用新型的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池化成用铜排,包括铜质连接件和套管,其改进之处是在铜质连接件和套管之间设有铅或铅合金包裹层。
所述铅或铅合金包裹层厚1.5~2.5mm,在铜质连接件的外表用铅或铅合金浇铸包裹而成。
本实用新型结构简单,制作容易,铅或铅合金包裹层能有效防止酸雾腐蚀,保证铜排的导电能力,铅的韧性好、熔点低,可使电池表面接触加强,防止因连接松动带来的隐患,铜排可反复使用,无需更换,既能提高电池化成效果,又能降低电池生产成本。

具体实施方式
本例中,铜排1的主体为铜质连接件2,铜质连接件的外表面浇铸一层铅包裹层3,铅包裹层厚2mm,外表有套管4。
