Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可旋转暖风机,包括底座、上盖和插头,上盖盖在底座上,在底座的底部开有一插头孔,插头通过一插头固定片安装在插头孔内,在插头固定片的外缘开有至少三个定位口;在插头孔旁还设有一插头开关,在底座内设有一插头开关支架,插头开关的顶部通过一弹簧与插头开关支架连接,在插头开关的一侧还设有与定位口配合的定位凸块。本实用新型通过插头、插头固定片、以及插头开关等配合能够在多个不同的角度上转动,且旋转结构简单、稳定,再通过PTC加热器加热,然后通过风扇吹出来,达到出暖风的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种暖风机,尤其是涉及一种可旋转暖风机。
背景技术
现有的暖风机大部分都不会旋转,扭力测试通不过,即使有小部分暖风机能够旋转,不但其旋转结构复杂,而且只能够在两个角度旋转。另外,由于旋转结构复杂,旋转时不够稳定,在旋转到位之后,暖风机工作时也不够稳定。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服上述的不足,提供了一种旋转结构简单、旋转角度多且工作稳定的可旋转暖风机。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种可旋转暖风机,包括底座1、上盖5和插头25,上盖5盖在底座1上,在底座1的底部开有一插头孔,插头25通过一插头固定片20安装在插头孔内,在插头固定片20的外缘开有至少三个定位口19;在插头孔旁还设有一插头开关18,在底座1内设有一插头开关支架16,插头开关18的顶部通过一弹簧17与插头开关支架16连接,在插头开关18的一侧还设有与定位口19配合的定位凸块15;
在底座1内还通过一电源板支架10安装有电源板14,插头25位于电源板支架10的一侧,电源板支架10的另一侧设有一小风扇12,在电源板支架10的上方设有PTC加热器9,在上盖5上安装有隔热网格4,PTC加热器9位于隔热网格4的下方。
优选的,所述插头固定片20位圆形。
优选的,定位口19开有三个,且其中的两个在同一直径上,另一个与它们之间的距离相等,使插头通过插头固定片可以旋转3个角度:0°、90°、180°。
优选的,隔热网格4通过网格支架7安装在上盖5上,在网格支架7与PTC加热器9之间还设有温度保险丝8。
优选的,在上盖5上还设有显示盖板2,显示盖板2内连有控制显示板3,显示盖板上可显示温度、风速等。
优选的,所述显示盖板2和隔热网格4的外表面均与上盖5的外表面形成光滑连续的曲面。
优选的,在底座1的底部还设有若干TPR垫子24。
优选的,电源板14连有一电源开关21。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型在按下电源开关之后,插头可旋转,松开电源开关,当其中一个定位口转到定位凸块处时,定位凸块弹入定位口中将插头固定片卡住以防止插头转动,再按下电源开关后插头可再转动。即,本实用新型通过插头、插头固定片、以及插头开关等配合能够在多个不同的角度上转动,且旋转结构简单、稳定,再通过PTC加热器加热,然后通过风扇吹出来,达到出暖风的效果。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1-4所示的可旋转暖风机,包括底座1、上盖5和插头25,上盖5盖在底座1上,在底座1的底部开有一插头孔,插头25通过一圆形的插头固定片20安装在插头孔内,在插头固定片20的外缘开有三个定位口19,且其中的两个在同一直径上,另一个与它们之间的距离相等,使插头通过插头固定片可以旋转3个角度:0°(如图5所示)、90°(如图6所示)、180°(如图7所示)。在插头孔旁还设有一插头开关18,在底座1内设有一插头开关支架16,插头开关18的顶部通过一弹簧17与插头开关支架16连接,在插头开关18的一侧还设有与定位口19配合的定位凸块15。
在底座1的下表面还设有若干TPR垫子24,在底座1内还通过一电源板支架10安装有电源板14,电源板14连有一电源开关21。插头25位于电源板支架10的一侧,电源板支架10的另一侧设有一小风扇12,在电源板支架10的上方设有PTC加热器9,在上盖5上通过网格支架7安装有隔热网格4,PTC加热器9位于隔热网格4的下方,在网格支架7与PTC加热器9之间还设有温度保险丝8。在上盖5上还设有显示盖板2,显示盖板2内连有控制显示板3,显示盖板上可显示温度、风速等。所述显示盖板2和隔热网格4的外表面均与上盖5的外表面形成光滑连续的曲面。
本实用新型在按下电源开关之后,插头可旋转,松开电源开关,当其中一个定位口转到定位凸块处时,定位凸块弹入定位口中将插头固定片卡住以防止插头转动,再按下电源开关后插头可再转动。即,本实用新型通过插头、插头固定片、以及插头开关等配合能够在多个不同的角度上转动,且旋转结构简单、稳定,再通过PTC加热器加热,然后通过风扇吹出来,达到出暖风的效果。

Claims (8)

1.一种可旋转暖风机,包括底座(1)、上盖(5)和插头(25),上盖(5)盖在底座(1)上,其特征是:在底座(1)的底部开有一插头孔,插头(25)通过一插头固定片(20)安装在插头孔内,在插头固定片(20)的外缘开有至少三个定位口(19);在插头孔旁还设有一插头开关(18),在底座(1)内设有一插头开关支架(16),插头开关(18)的顶部通过一弹簧(17)与插头开关支架(16)连接,在插头开关(18)的一侧还设有与定位口(19)配合的定位凸块(15);
在底座(1)内还通过一电源板支架(10)安装有电源板(14),插头(25)位于电源板支架(10)的一侧,电源板支架(10)的另一侧设有一小风扇(12),在电源板支架(10)的上方设有PTC加热器(9),在上盖(5)上安装有隔热网格(4),PTC加热器(9)位于隔热网格(4)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:所述插头固定片(20)位圆形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:定位口(19)开有三个,且其中的两个在同一直径上,另一个与它们之间的距离相等。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:隔热网格(4)通过网格支架(7)安装在上盖(5)上,在网格支架(7)与PTC加热器(9)之间还设有温度保险丝(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:在上盖(5)上还设有显示盖板(2),显示盖板(2)内连有控制显示板(3)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:所述显示盖板(2)和隔热网格(4)的外表面均与上盖(5)的外表面形成连续的曲面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:在底座(1)的底部还设有若干TPR垫子(24)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转暖风机,其特征是:电源板(14)连有一电源开关(21)。
