背景技术
目前,符合3C设计的产品市场前景广阔,这一领域包括了智能手机、平板计算机、智能手表、仪表板等多个种类。目前,这类产品越来越多的使用3D造型,从而使得3D曲面玻璃得到更广泛的使用。为制作出适合热压成型的3D曲面玻璃,玻璃材料的使用是十分重要的,并对玻璃硬度、耐刮伤性能起着十分重要影响。同时国内外各制造厂家,也不断开展成型技术及设备研发,从而制作出更优质的3D曲面玻璃产品。热压成型机的基本结构包括进料单元、加热单元、输送单元和出料单元,中转推移单元的作用在于将成型模具自加热单元的出料端可靠的送至出料单元的进料端,通过将产品进行可靠、稳定的中转输送,对确保成品质量起着重要作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种工作稳定、定位准确和产品质量好的热压成型机中转推移单元。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种热压成型机中转推移单元,包括安装在机框上的中转密封室,其特征在于:所述中转密封室的密封室顶板朝向连续加热单元的出料口一侧安装有气动开门装置,所述中转密封室内安装有用于输送工件的中转导板,所述中转密封室与气动开门装置相对的外侧壁上安装有限位气缸,所述限位气缸的气缸轴上安装有底面与中转导板呈接触状态的限位块,所述中转密封室的另一侧壁上安装有中转推料气缸、导向轴,所述中转推料气缸的气缸轴与导向轴端部设置有固定座且固定座上安装有推模板,所述中转导板与安装在中转密封室外侧壁的两根冷却水管连通。
所述气动开门装置包括气缸安装座、设置在气缸安装座上的升降气缸以及设置在气缸轴底部的滑动门。
所述中转密封室的外侧壁设置有推杆安装孔。
所述中转密封室的密封室顶板中部安装有观察窗。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型在运行中,先由升降气缸打开滑动门,安装在推杆安装孔上的电动推杆装置动作,使得成型模具自加热单元的出料口送入至中转导板内,然后中转推料气缸动作且通过推模板将成型模具自后向前输送,这一过程中,限位气缸推动限位块定位而实现成型模具准确的定向输送,冷却水管通过调节中转模板的温度而使得产品模具中的玻璃材料进一步定型,因而具有运行稳定、控制准确和产品质量好的优点。

如图1-3所示,一种热压成型机中转推移单元,包括安装在机框上的中转密封室1,其特征在于:所述中转密封室1的密封室顶板2朝向连续加热单元的出料口一侧安装有气动开门装置4,所述中转密封室1内安装有用于输送成型模具10的中转导板11,所述中转密封室1与气动开门装置4相对的外侧壁上安装有限位气缸5,所述限位气缸5的气缸轴上安装有底面与中转导板11呈接触状态的限位块51,所述中转密封室1的另一侧壁上安装有中转推料气缸8、导向轴9,所述中转推料气缸8的气缸轴与导向轴9端部设置有固定座且固定座上安装有推模板,所述中转导板11与安装在中转密封室1外侧壁的两根冷却水管6连通。
作为本实用新型的进一步实施方案,所述气动开门装置4包括气缸安装座41、设置在气缸安装座41上的升降气缸42以及设置在气缸轴底部的滑动门43;所述中转密封室1的外侧壁设置有推杆安装孔7;所述中转密封室1的密封室顶板2中部安装有观察窗3。

2.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型机中转推移单元,其特征在于:所述气动开门装置包括气缸安装座、设置在气缸安装座上的升降气缸以及设置在气缸轴底部的滑动门。
