Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种微型线性振动器,包括有底座、固定在底座上的PCB板、线圈、磁钢、屏蔽罩、连接片和上盖,线圈固定在PCB板上,线圈的接线端焊接在PCB板上,构成定子;磁钢、屏蔽罩和连接片从下到上依次相连接,构成振子,连接片与上盖之间连接有弹片,振子与上盖构成具有固有振荡频率的机械振动单元。本实用新型采用线性马达原理(无电刷),解决了使用寿命问题,同时采用共振技术,实现了快速启动,获得了良好的响应限速,解决了响应延迟问题。

本实用新型涉及振动器领域,具体是一种微型线性振动器。
背景技术
传统的用于触觉反馈的微型振动器大都采用直流马达带动偏心轮旋转产生的振动来实现。由于直流马达采用电刷换向,其寿命受电刷的限制,很难突破200小时。
微型无刷马达振动器解决了寿命问题,但由于启动时间偏长,响应速度偏慢,存在反馈延迟的现象,应用受限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种微型线性振动器,可用于游戏机手柄或其他手持式设备,提供触觉反馈。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种微型线性振动器,包括有底座、固定在底座上的PCB板、线圈、磁钢、屏蔽罩、连接片和上盖,其特征在于:所述的线圈固定在所述PCB板上,线圈的接线端焊接在所述PCB板上,构成定子;所述的磁钢、屏蔽罩和连接片从下到上依次相连接,构成振子,所述的连接片与所述上盖之间连接有弹片,所述的振子与所述上盖构成具有固有振荡频率的机械振动单元。
所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的线圈粘接在所述PCB板上。
所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的磁钢、屏蔽罩和连接片从下到上依次相铆接,所述屏蔽罩的四周铆接有配重块。
所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的连接片与所述上盖之间连接有缓冲棉。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型采用线性马达原理(无电刷),解决了使用寿命问题,同时采用共振技术,实现了快速启动,获得了良好的响应限速,解决了响应延迟问题。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2,一种微型线性振动器,包括有底座1、固定在底座1上的PCB板2、线圈3、磁钢4、屏蔽罩5、连接片7和上盖10,线圈3固定在PCB板2上,线圈3的接线端焊接在PCB板2上,构成定子;磁钢4、屏蔽罩5和连接片7从下到上依次相连接,构成振子,连接片7与上盖10之间连接有弹片8,振子与上盖10构成具有固有振荡频率的机械振动单元。
本实用新型中,线圈3粘接在PCB板2上。
磁钢4、屏蔽罩5和连接片7从下到上依次相铆接,屏蔽罩5的四周铆接有配重块6。
连接片7与上盖10之间连接有缓冲棉9。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
本实用新型的固有频率范围为:150Hz---250Hz。线圈3处在由磁钢4和屏蔽罩5构成的磁场中,当线圈3通电时,产生的安培力会吸引或排斥振子,使振子产生运动。当线圈3通矩形波脉冲直流电,供电脉冲频率与机械振动单元的固有振荡频率一致时,形成共振,机械振动单元对外表现振感,起到触觉反馈的效果。线圈3既可通单向矩形波脉冲直流电,也可通双向正负矩形波脉冲电流电,其中,当线圈3通双向矩形波正负脉冲电流电时比线圈3通单向矩形波脉冲直流电时可获得更强的振感。

1.一种微型线性振动器,包括有底座、固定在底座上的PCB板、线圈、磁钢、屏蔽罩、连接片和上盖,其特征在于:所述的线圈固定在所述PCB板上,线圈的接线端焊接在所述PCB板上,构成定子;所述的磁钢、屏蔽罩和连接片从下到上依次相连接,构成振子,所述的连接片与所述上盖之间连接有弹片,所述的振子与所述上盖构成具有固有振荡频率的机械振动单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的线圈粘接在所述PCB板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的磁钢、屏蔽罩和连接片从下到上依次相铆接,所述屏蔽罩的四周铆接有配重块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微型线性振动器,其特征在于:所述的连接片与所述上盖之间连接有缓冲棉。
