现有的谷糙分离筛的进料斗出口容易被糙物堵塞，需要人工推料、清理和疏通，从而导致筛分速度慢，效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构紧凑、进料效果好的谷糙进料、分离装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：谷糙进料、分离装置，它包括有机架、筛架，筛架为长方形，其长度方向两侧活动铰接有连杆，连杆顶部活动铰接在机架上，铰接后的筛架通过相应的动力机构带动水平往复运动；筛架内腔中部沿长度方向倾斜安装有分离筛网，分离筛网倾斜面较低一端为出料端，较高一端为进料端，进料端一侧的机架上设有进料机构，分离筛网较低一端的筛架底部设有出料槽，筛架一侧上部设有糙物出口槽，分离筛网上方的筛架内设有糙物挡板，糙物挡板沿筛架宽度方向分布；进料机构包括有进料架，进料架底部一端通过同步轴活动铰接在机架上，进料架底部另一端设有弹簧，弹簧底部与机架相连接，进料架顶部安装有方形的料斗，料斗底部设有倾斜的导料面，导料面较低一端的料斗端部开有出料口，料斗底部设有振动器，出料口下方设有分离罩，分离罩截面呈方形，分离罩一端固定在出料口下方的进料架上，分离罩另一端通过连接管与风机相连接，分离罩底部设有倾斜面，倾斜面较低一端位于出料口下方，分离罩较低一端端部设有振筛分离筛网，振筛分离筛网位于出料口落料区下方。
所述的糙物挡板一端与较低一端的糙物出口槽侧壁连接，糙物挡板另一端横跨分离筛网上方后向筛架较高一端倾斜形成导向位。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，振动器、风机、动力机构均为为现有，直接购买安装使用，采用本方案后，振动器振动使谷物从出料口下落至振筛缓冲板上再下落至分离筛网上，谷物在振筛缓冲板上停留时风机将谷物内的轻质糙物吸收分离，分离罩底部的倾斜面可以挡住较重的谷粒使其不进入连接管；一次除杂后的谷物落在分离筛网上进行二次筛分，筛分后的糙物通过糙物挡板挡住导向通过糙物出口槽排出，合格的谷物通过出料槽排出；采用本方案后的结构紧凑、进料效果好、可以有效对谷糙进行分离。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1和附图2，本实施例所述的谷糙进料、分离装置包括有机架1、筛架2，筛架2为长方形，其长度方向两侧活动铰接有连杆3，连杆3顶部活动铰接在机架1上，铰接后的筛架2通过相应的动力机构带动水平往复运动；筛架2内腔中部沿长度方向倾斜安装有分离筛网4，分离筛网4倾斜面较低一端为出料端，较高一端为进料端，进料端一侧的机架1上设有进料机构，分离筛网4较低一端的筛架2底部设有出料槽5，筛架2一侧上部设有糙物出口槽6，分离筛网4上方的筛架2内设有糙物挡板7，糙物挡板7沿筛架2宽度方向分布，所述的糙物挡板7一端与较低一端的糙物出口槽6侧壁连接，糙物挡板7另一端横跨分离筛网4上方后向筛架2较高一端倾斜形成导向位；进料机构包括有进料机构包括有进料架8，进料架8底部一端通过同步轴活动铰接在机架1上，进料架8底部另一端设有弹簧13，弹簧13底部与机架1相连接，进料架8顶部安装有方形的料斗15，料斗15底部设有倾斜的导料面，导料面较低一端的料斗15端部开有出料口9，料斗15底部设有振动器10，出料口9下方设有分离罩11，分离罩11截面呈方形，分离罩11一端固定在出料口9下方的进料架8上，分离罩11另一端通过连接管与风机12相连接，分离罩11底部设有倾斜面，倾斜面较低一端位于出料口9下方，分离罩11较低一端端部设有振筛分离筛网14，振筛分离筛网14位于出料口9落料区下方。本实施例的振动器、风机、动力机构均为为现有，直接购买安装使用，采用本方案后，振动器振动使谷物从出料口下落至振筛缓冲板上再下落至分离筛网上，谷物在振筛缓冲板上停留时风机将谷物内的轻质糙物吸收分离，分离罩底部的倾斜面可以挡住较重的谷粒使其不进入连接管；一次除杂后的谷物落在分离筛网上进行二次筛分，筛分后的糙物通过糙物挡板挡住导向通过糙物出口槽排出，合格的谷物通过出料槽排出；采用本实施例后的结构紧凑、进料效果好、可以有效对谷糙进行分离。
