Abstract
本实用新型提供一种两次成型的宠物玩具，其由首次成型的硬质塑胶内胆和通过二次成型的套设于所述内胆外的软性材料外套组成；所述内胆为由上下两部分相互对接构成的空心壳体，其相对的两端设有开口，所述内胆内部垂直于内胆长度方向上设有多个筋条，所有筋条上均设有缺口，所述外套的两端也分别设有开口，所述外套的两端开口与所述内胆的两端开口分别对应。本实用新型之宠物玩具采用软硬两种材料，通过两次成型制成，内胆为硬塑料且为空心，里面有筋条，起到支撑和阻挡漏食作用；外套为软胶并带有磨牙物；具有多功能，同时具有磨牙和漏食作用，同时具有软硬材料的优点；而且功能多。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及宠物用品技术领域，具体涉及一种两次成型的宠物玩具。
背景技术
目前市面上存在很多不同种类的宠物玩具，按功能分可分为漏食玩具和磨牙玩具，大部分宠物玩具都是由一种材料做成，不是太软就是太硬，材料太硬，口感差，宠物不爱撕咬，而材料太软又不够耐用，很容易咬破，如果宠物不慎吞下甚至会危及宠物的健康和生命。市面上也有二次成型的玩具，但是由于成型技术和模具设计的限制，目前只有实心的硬胶再二次注塑软胶，或者是将空心的硬胶装配到软胶内部，外面的软胶是通过粘合或者强行干涉装配进去，产品不具备整体性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种两次成型的宠物玩具。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种两次成型的宠物玩具，其由首次成型的硬质塑胶内胆和通过二次成型的套设于所述内胆外的软性材料外套组成；所述内胆为由上下两部分半壳相互对接构成的空心壳体，其相对的两端设有开口；所述内胆的上下两部分半壳内沿其长度方向均间隔设置有多个筋条，所有筋条上均设有缺口；所述外套的两端也设有分别与所述内胆的开口对应的开口。
优选的，所述内胆的两端开口处分别设有突起的围边，所述外套的两端开口分别与所述围边紧密连接。
优选的，所述外套的两端开口分别位于其所对应的所述围边的后端，使得所述外套的两端开口与所述内胆的两端围边共同形成所述宠物玩具的两端口。
优选的，所述外套及内胆的两端的开口与所述多个筋条的所述缺口连通形成贯通通道。
优选的，所述外套为硅橡胶外套或热塑性弹性体塑料外套。
优选的，所述外套表面分布有多个磨牙物。
优选的，所述内胆的上下两部分通过卡扣或者螺柱连接固定。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
本实用新型由软硬两种材料通过两次成型做成，内胆为硬塑料且为空心，里面有筋条，起到支撑和阻挡漏食作用；外套为软胶并带有磨牙物；具有多功能，同时具有磨牙和漏食作用；同时具有软硬材料的优点：表面柔软，具有良好的口感，同时由于里层硬塑料的作用，软胶不易咬破，持久耐用，而又由于表层为软性，宠物撕咬时也不易造成伤害。而且，空心硬胶具有高强度的抗撕咬性，食物不会被挤压或碾碎导致内部很难清理，保证了食物可以正常滚动出来；干性食物在内腔和硬壁碰撞，或者摇动玩具时，这种声音对宠物是很好的感官训导，提高趣味性。
除了产品本身功能和结构上的创新外，本实用新型还在生产工艺上进行创新，突破了思维限制，主要体现为里层为空心，目前市面上相类似产品为实心塑料外包软胶，这是本实用新型的重大突破之一。产品结构上，将内胆做成两半，这样做的优点在于便于成型和做成空心，两端各有一圈凸起的围边，可以起到支撑和二次成型时封胶作用，防止成型过程中，软胶流动到产品外的区域；同时内部增加加强筋，防止二次成型时压力把内胆压坏；模具上采用多层支撑，除了上述所说的内胆两端的凸起外，中部还有定位轴，该轴横穿整个内胆中心，可同时支到定位和支撑作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型，并不用于限定本实用新型。
本实施例提供一种两次成型的宠物玩具，如图1至图3所示，其由内胆1和套设于内胆1外的外套2组成。内胆1为硬塑料材质，其为由上下两部分半壳构成的空心壳体，两端有开口11，上下两部分半壳通过卡扣或者螺柱连接。内胆1的上下两部分半壳内部，沿其长度方向间隔设置多个筋条12，用于增加整个产品的强度，所有筋条12上均设有缺口13；所述外套2为软性材质，其两端也分别设有开口21，外套的两端开口21与内胆1的两端开口11分别对应紧密连接形成整个宠物玩具的两端开口；所述多个筋条12上的缺口的形状为：外套2及内胆1的两端的开口与多个筋条12的缺口13连通形成贯通通道。更具体的，上下两部分半壳内的筋条12可以两两上下对应在一个平面上，也可以交错设置，或者部分对应部分交错，只要保证筋条12上的缺口13与整个宠物玩具的两端开口可以相通即可。
如图4所示，在制备时，所述贯通通道用于成型时放置定位轴5，定位轴5横穿内胆1两端开口11，将内胆1固定在模具内部(上模61、下模62)用于二次成型时起到定位和支撑作用。同时，宠物玩具两端的开口和内胆1的壳体内部的筋条12的缺口13还可以起到漏食作用；筋条12本身还可以减缓食物掉落几率，增加宠物玩耍时间和乐趣。
如图2及图3所示，该内胆1两端各有一段凸起，形成围边15，该凸起的围边15在成型时起到定位支撑和封胶作用，当两次成型完成后，软胶的外套2与该凸起围边15平齐对接。该凸起围边15除了在上述生产过程中起到的作用外，还可以增加宠物撕咬玩具时的口感：由于宠物玩具的外部上即宠物可以咬到的部分，该凸起部分为硬塑料材质，其余部分为外套1的软胶材质，因此使得宠物可以咬到的外表面可以同时具有软、硬两种不同的口感。
所述外套2可以采用硅橡胶和TPR等弹性体材料，成型工艺上根据二次成型的材料不同可选择热压成型和注塑成型(硅橡胶为热压成型、TPR为注塑成型)；该外套2表面分布有磨牙物25，宠物撕咬时起到磨牙和洁齿作用。
所述宠物玩具的整体形状可以是任意形状。
Claims (7)
1.一种两次成型的宠物玩具，其特征在于：其由首次成型的硬质塑胶内胆和通过二次成型的套设于所述内胆外的软性材料外套组成；所述内胆为由上下两部分半壳相互对接构成的空心壳体，其相对的两端设有开口；所述内胆的上下两部分半壳内沿其长度方向均间隔设置有多个筋条，所有筋条上均设有缺口；所述外套的两端也设有分别与所述内胆的开口对应的开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述内胆的两端开口处分别设有突起的围边，所述外套的两端开口分别与所述围边紧密连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述外套的两端开口分别位于其所对应的所述围边的后端，使得所述外套的两端开口与所述内胆的两端围边共同形成所述宠物玩具的两端口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述外套及内胆的两端的开口与所述多个筋条的所述缺口连通形成贯通通道。
5.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述外套为硅橡胶外套或热塑性弹性体塑料外套。
6.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述外套表面分布有多个磨牙物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的宠物玩具，其特征在于：所述内胆的上下两部分半壳通过卡扣或者螺柱连接固定。
