本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括光纤传感器、光纤放大器、继电器、电磁阀、节流阀、压缩气管、控制器，其特征在于：所述光纤传感器和压缩气管一端设在塑托机与贴标机之间斜坡的一侧，所述光纤传感器、光纤放大器和控制器依次连接，所述控制器分别连接继电器、电磁阀和节流阀，所述节流阀连接压缩气管另一端，所述光纤放大器、继电器、电磁阀、节流阀和控制器均匀分布在塑托机电气箱中。
本实用新型的技术效果是：通过在塑托机设有本装置能有效防止医药塑托在传输的过程中由于与斜坡产生静电，从而导致分托机与贴标机联动造成塑托堵塞的缺陷，大大提高了分托机与贴标机联动的工作效率，节约了医药企业的生产成本。

本装置在工作时，分托机传送带将医药塑托传送到分托机和贴标机之间的斜坡上时，当塑托吸附在斜坡上时，光纤传感器1通过光纤放大器2将信号传送到控制器9中，控制器9通过控制继电器3、电磁阀4和节流阀5，使压缩气管6送气并给予相应的气流速度；当塑托没有吸附在斜坡上时，光纤传感器1将不发送信号。
