本实用新型公开了一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机，包括竖直固定板，所述竖直固定板的一侧面固定安装有料斗、称量斗、第一气缸和第二气缸，所述料斗的底部固定安装有第一出料管的顶端，所述第一出料管上设有第一开口，所述称量斗内设有腔体，所述第一出料管的底端和腔体的顶端连通，本实用新型通过在料斗底部设置有与称量斗连接的第一出料管，在称量斗的底部设置有第二出料管，而且第一气缸控制第一出料管关闭时，第二气缸控制第二出料管开启称量斗内的物料从第二出料管落在由传送带运输的包装袋上，而第二出料管的两侧设置有两个第三气缸，对包装袋进行密封，此包装机结构简单，运行可靠，工作效率高。

本实用新型涉及坚果包装机技术领域，具体为一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机。
背景技术
目前，中小型坚果商包装坚果的过程为，雇佣员工，先把包装袋放在电子称上，然后用料勺盛满坚果，之后把料勺内的坚果倒入包装袋，根据电子称的质量显示，多退少补坚果以达到目标质量，接着利用热封机把袋子封口，最后包装好的坚果再进行销售，此做法效率低下，不够卫生，人工成本高，现在市场上拥有的给袋式坚果包装机都是适用于较大的食品厂，其体积庞大，结构复杂，价格昂贵，为此，我们提出一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机，包括竖直固定板，所述竖直固定板的一侧面固定安装有料斗、称量斗、第一气缸和第二气缸，所述料斗的底部固定安装有第一出料管的顶端，所述第一出料管上设有第一开口，所述称量斗内设有腔体，所述第一出料管的底端和腔体的顶端连通，所述称量斗的底端固定安装有第二出料管，所述第二出料管的顶端和腔体的底端连通，所述第二出料管上设有第二开口，所述所述第一气缸的活塞杆上固定安装有第一阻隔片，所述第一阻隔片位于第一开口的外部，所述第二气缸的活塞杆上固定安装有第二阻隔片，所述第二阻隔片的底部固定安装有压力传感器，所述第二阻隔片位于第二开口的内部，所述第二出料管的外侧壁上固定安装有固定板，所述固定板的底部固定安装有两个第三气缸，所述两个第三气缸分别位于第二出料管的底部出口的两侧，所述两个第三气缸的活塞杆上均固定安装有热合块，所述竖直固定板的底部设有传送带，所述竖直固定板和传送带呈垂直分布，所述传送带上固定安装有两个固定块，所述两个固定块呈平行分布，所述两个固定块相对的一侧面均固定安装有吸盘。
优选的，所述第一阻隔片和第二阻隔片均呈刀片状。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型通过在料斗底部设置有与称量斗连接的第一出料管，并用第一气缸控制第一出料管的下料，在称量斗的底部设置有第二出料管，用第二气缸控制第二出料管的下料，而且第一气缸控制第一出料管关闭时，第二气缸控制第二出料管开启，这样在第一出料开启时，第二出料管关闭，就可在称量斗内称量物料的量，到达规定值时，第二出料管开启，第一出料管关闭，称量斗内的物料从第二出料管落在由传送带运输的包装袋上，而第二出料管的两侧设置有两个第三气缸，对包装袋进行密封，此包装机结构简单，运行可靠，工作效率高。

请参阅图1，本实用新型提供一种技术方案：一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机，包括竖直固定板1，所述竖直固定板1的一侧面固定安装有料斗2、称量斗4、第一气缸6和第二气缸8，料斗2内可填入需要包装的坚果物料，所述料斗2的底部固定安装有第一出料管3的顶端，所述第一出料管3上设有第一开口31，需要关闭第一开口31时，可以用第一气缸6控制第一阻隔片7进入到第一开口31内，需要关闭第二开口51时，可以用第二气缸8控制第二阻隔片9进入到第二开口51内，第一开口31开启，第二开口51为关闭状态，第一开口31关闭，第二开口51为开启状态，所述称量斗4内设有腔体41，第一开口31开启，第二开口51关闭，料斗2内的物料进入到腔体41，腔体41内的物料使第二阻隔片9受到力的作用，压力传感器10形变，达到设定值时，第一气缸6控制第一阻隔片7进入到第一开口31内，同时第二气缸8控制第二阻隔片9脱离第二开口51，物料从第二出料管5落到传送带14上的包装袋内，再由两个第三气缸12控制两个热合块13将包装袋的口处密封，所述第一出料管3的底端和腔体41的顶端连通，所述称量斗4的底端固定安装有第二出料管5，所述第二出料管5的顶端和腔体41的底端连通，所述第二出料管5上设有第二开口51，所述所述第一气缸6的活塞杆上固定安装有第一阻隔片7，所述第一阻隔片7位于第一开口31的外部，所述第二气缸8的活塞杆上固定安装有第二阻隔片9，所述第二阻隔片9的底部固定安装有压力传感器10，所述第二阻隔片9位于第二开口51的内部，所述第二出料管5的外侧壁上固定安装有固定板11，所述固定板11的底部固定安装有两个第三气缸12，所述两个第三气缸12分别位于第二出料管5的底部出口的两侧，所述两个第三气缸12的活塞杆上均固定安装有热合块13，所述竖直固定板1的底部设有传送带14，所述竖直固定板1和传送带14呈垂直分布，所述传送带14上固定安装有两个固定块15，传送带14上均匀分布有若干组固定块15，所述两个固定块15呈平行分布，所述两个固定块15相对的一侧面均固定安装有吸盘16，可以人工操作将包装袋的两个侧面吸附在两个吸盘上，且包装袋的高度高于固定块15的高度。
具体而言，所述第一阻隔片7和第二阻隔片9均呈刀片状，可以快速的将第一开口31或者第二开口51堵住。
具体而言，所述腔体41呈漏斗形，下料速度快。
工作原理：料斗2内填入需要包装的坚果物料，第一开口31开启，第二开口51关闭，料斗2内的物料进入到腔体41，腔体41内的物料使第二阻隔片9受到力的作用，压力传感器10形变，达到设定值时，第一气缸6控制第一阻隔片7进入到第一开口31内，同时第二气缸8控制第二阻隔片9脱离第二开口51，物料从第二出料管5落到传送带14上的包装袋内，再由两个第三气缸12控制两个热合块13将包装袋的口处密封，一段时间后，第一气缸6控制第一阻隔片7脱离第一开口31内，第二气缸8控制第二阻隔片9进入到第二开口51内，传送带14运动将包装好的包装袋运输走，下一个包装袋运动到第二出料管5的底部，继续下料。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种低成本小型给袋式坚果包装机，其特征在于：包括竖直固定板（1），所述竖直固定板（1）的一侧面固定安装有料斗（2）、称量斗（4）、第一气缸（6）和第二气缸（8），所述料斗（2）的底部固定安装有第一出料管（3）的顶端，所述第一出料管（3）上设有第一开口（31），所述称量斗（4）内设有腔体（41），所述第一出料管（3）的底端和腔体（41）的顶端连通，所述称量斗（4）的底端固定安装有第二出料管（5），所述第二出料管（5）的顶端和腔体（41）的底端连通，所述第二出料管（5）上设有第二开口（51），所述所述第一气缸（6）的活塞杆上固定安装有第一阻隔片（7），所述第一阻隔片（7）位于第一开口（31）的外部，所述第二气缸（8）的活塞杆上固定安装有第二阻隔片（9），所述第二阻隔片（9）的底部固定安装有压力传感器（10），所述第二阻隔片（9）位于第二开口（51）的内部，所述第二出料管（5）的外侧壁上固定安装有固定板（11），所述固定板（11）的底部固定安装有两个第三气缸（12），所述两个第三气缸（12）分别位于第二出料管（5）的底部出口的两侧，所述两个第三气缸（12）的活塞杆上均固定安装有热合块（13），所述竖直固定板（1）的底部设有传送带（14），所述竖直固定板（1）和传送带（14）呈垂直分布，所述传送带（14）上固定安装有两个固定块（15），所述两个固定块（15）呈平行分布，所述两个固定块（15）相对的一侧面均固定安装有吸盘（16）。
