Abstract

一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,微通道弯曲扁管构成换热芯体,一端插接在集流管的左端,另一端插接在集流管的右端,换热芯体的上部设置为冷凝器,下部设置为蒸发器,冷凝器中微通道弯曲扁管间设有翅片,蒸发器中前导热板和后导热板的内侧面上设有对应微通道弯曲扁管的导热槽,前导热板和后导热板扣合后微通道弯曲扁管嵌置在前后导热板的导热槽内并钎焊在一起。热源经前后导热板将热量传导给蒸发器中的微通道弯曲扁管,冷媒吸热汽化后沿着扁管上流至冷凝器,冷凝器中空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷媒受冷液化沿着扁管下流至蒸发部,重复上述过程。本实用新型结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。

本实用新型属于换热器技术领域,具体是涉及一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器。
背景技术
现有技术中,热管型换热器通常把冷凝器和蒸发器分开在两个独立不连通的空间中,冷凝器和蒸发器之间通过管道相连,由于机构体积较大,连接复杂,密封麻烦,因此不适合用于小型的换热场合。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决上述现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,包括集流管和设置在集流管下面由微通道弯曲扁管构成的换热芯体,集流管上设有冷媒加注口,所述微通道弯曲扁管的一端插接在集流管的左端,微通道弯曲扁管的另一端插接在集流管的右端,所述换热芯体的上部设置为冷凝器,冷凝器中微通道弯曲扁管间设有翅片,所述换热芯体的下部设置为蒸发器,蒸发器中微通道弯曲扁管的前面和后面分别设有前导热板和后导热板,前导热板和后导热板的内侧面上设有对应微通道弯曲扁管的导热槽,前导热板和后导热板扣合后微通道弯曲扁管嵌置在前后导热板的导热槽内并钎焊在一起,热源经导热板将热量传导给扁管,热交换充分高效。
作为优选,所述冷凝器中,两侧微通道弯曲扁管的外面还设有边板,边板上设有安装支架,边板保护微通道弯曲扁管,同时提供安装基础,经由安装支架可以将换热器安装在支座上。
作为优选,所述蒸发器的底面设有护板,护板扣接在前后导热板的底端上,护板保护微通道弯曲扁管,并将前后导热板的底端封住,进一步提高热交换效果。
使用时,将本实用新型安装在小型的换热场合,经冷媒加注口往上集流管中加注适量的冷媒,热源经前后导热板将热量传导给蒸发器中的微通道弯曲扁管,冷媒吸热汽化后沿着扁管上流至冷凝器,冷凝器中空气带走冷媒中的热量,冷媒受冷液化沿着扁管下流至蒸发部,重复上述过程。本实用新型将冷凝器和蒸发器连在一起,结构紧凑,外形体积小,可广泛使用于工业制冷中散热负载小、安装空间集中在一个平面的场合。因此,本实用新型具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

实施例:参看图1,一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,包括集流管和设置在集流管下面由微通道弯曲扁管构成的换热芯体,集流管上设有冷媒加注口,所述微通道弯曲扁管的一端插接在集流管的左端,微通道弯曲扁管的另一端插接在集流管的右端,所述换热芯体的上部设置为冷凝器,冷凝器中微通道弯曲扁管间设有翅片,所述换热芯体的下部设置为蒸发器,蒸发器中微通道弯曲扁管的前面和后面分别设有前导热板和后导热板,前导热板和后导热板的内侧面上设有对应微通道弯曲扁管的导热槽,前导热板和后导热板扣合后微通道弯曲扁管嵌置在前后导热板的导热槽内并钎焊在一起,热源经导热板将热量传导给扁管,热交换充分高效。所述冷凝器中,两侧微通道弯曲扁管的外面还设有边板,边板上设有安装支架,边板保护微通道弯曲扁管,同时提供安装基础,经由安装支架可以将换热器安装在支座上。所述蒸发器的底面设有护板,护板扣接在前后导热板的底端上,护板保护微通道弯曲扁管,并将前后导热板的底端封住,进一步提高热交换效果。

1.一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,包括集流管和设置在集流管下面由微通道弯曲扁管构成的换热芯体,集流管上设有冷媒加注口,其特征在于所述微通道弯曲扁管的一端插接在集流管的左端,微通道弯曲扁管的另一端插接在集流管的右端,所述换热芯体的上部设置为冷凝器,冷凝器中微通道弯曲扁管间设有翅片,所述换热芯体的下部设置为蒸发器,蒸发器中微通道弯曲扁管的前面和后面分别设有前导热板和后导热板,前导热板和后导热板的内侧面上设有对应微通道弯曲扁管的导热槽,前导热板和后导热板扣合后微通道弯曲扁管嵌置在前后导热板的导热槽内并钎焊在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,其特征在于所述冷凝器中,两侧微通道弯曲扁管的外面还设有边板,边板上设有安装支架。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种紧凑型微通道弯曲扁管换热器,其特征在于所述蒸发器的底面设有护板,护板扣接在前后导热板的底端上。
