Abstract

一种表面活性氧化铝生物陶瓷种植体,有齿根由ZrO2增韧Al2O3陶瓷作基体、表面涂敷磷灰石涂层,在其底部空腔内,装有带弹簧的连接钉,生物活性好,强度高,是一种适宜于人体骨骼修复用的新型生物活性人工骨。

Description

本实用新型涉及化学、生物科学、陶瓷工业学及界面物理化学,特别是涉及一种具有表面活性的氧化铝陶瓷的种植体。
在人体骨骼修复的很多场合,均需要有生物活性好,强度又高的活性生物陶瓷。氧化铝陶瓷生物相容好,强度高,为惰性生物陶瓷而羟基磷灰石和三磷酸钙活性好,但它们的强度低,因此,应用受到限制。{Ceramic  Bulletin  Vol64  No  8(1985)1098-1100;Mater  sei  monogr(1987)38A  189-213;CHEMTECH  17(4)224-31(1987)}。
本实用新型的目的,在于提供一种以氧化铝陶瓷为基体,表面涂敷羟基磷灰石和三磷酸钙及少量人工骨元素的具有活性和所需强度的生物陶瓷种植体。
本实用新型所述的种植体包括种植齿和骨钉其结构如下:
1、种植齿
根据图1所示,其内层2为氧化铝基体;在基体2的表面,有HA涂层1;齿根底部有空腔β,作成防冲击连接结构;腔β内插入由弹簧3及医用金属材料作成的连接钉C。B腔内的缝隙,用生物有机粘结材料填充固定。
2、骨钉
根据图4所示的骨钉,其钉基体为氧化铝陶瓷5,在5的表面涂敷HA涂层6,整个钉部(除钉根外)。
做成锯齿形状。
本实用新型的特点在于所提供的种植体为新型的人工生物材料,既保持氧化铝陶瓷良好的机械特性,又具有优良的生物活性。是一种用表面生物活性材料作成的新型高强度的人工骨。

实施例1:种植齿
用ZrO2增韧的氧化铝,按普通陶瓷工艺烧制成形态如图1所示的种植齿,作为基体2,在其表面涂敷羟基磷灰石涂层1。
将图3所示连接钉C插入齿根空腔B内,其弹簧3一端与B腔顶部相接,弹簧的作用在于防冲击,其与腔B间的缝隙,用硅橡胶材料填充固定。
实施例2  骨钉
根据图4取经ZrO2增韧的氧化铝陶瓷,按普通陶瓷工艺烧制成螺钉形状,基体5即为氧化铝陶瓷,在其表面,涂敷羟基磷灰石涂层6即制得骨钉。
实施例3、HA涂层的配制:
HA-羟基磷灰石涂层,由羟基磷灰石和三磷酸钙及少量人工骨元素复合而成的材料,具体配比为:重量%
(1)活化剂:Al2O3  4  SiO2  4O  CaO  20
B2O3  20  Na2O  10  K2O  6
(2)活化剂:羟基磷灰石=20~80:80~20

Claims (2)

1、一种表面活性氧化铝生物陶瓷种植体,其特征在于:(1)做成种植齿:
种植齿根内层为氧化铝基体,在基体2的表面有一层羟基磷灰石涂层1;齿根底部有空腔B,腔内插入由弹簧3及医用金属材料4作成的连接钉C,其弹簧3的一端,与腔B顶部相接,其间缝隙用硅橡胶材料填充固定;(2)做成带有螺绞的骨钉形状,基体5为氧化铝陶瓷,在5表面,有一层羟基磷灰石涂层6。
2、根据权利要求1的种植体其特征在于所述的表面涂层是磷酸钙,三磷酸钙,人工骨元素复合材料,其配比是:重量%
(1)活化剂:Al2O3  4  SiO2  40  CaO  20
B2O3  20  Na2O  10  K2O  6
(2)活化剂:羟基磷灰石=20~80:80~20
