Abstract
一种燃气取暖器,包括:炉体散热部、与炉体散热部相连的炉体燃烧部及与炉体燃烧部相连的炉体底座,所述的炉体散热部由隔栅、玻璃管、散热罩和顶盖组成;炉体燃烧部由炉头和导流台组成;底座为中空结构;所述的导流台中心为一个设有安装炉头的中心通孔,在中心通孔周围设有若干个与底座相通的通气孔,通气孔上方设有若干个与其配合的单向导流罩;本实用新型的有益效果是:由于导入的空气为螺旋运动,能使燃气在燃烧时产生螺旋火焰,并且使燃气得到充分燃烧,从而达到了既能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,具有观赏性,又能提高燃烧率的效果,并使玻璃管内壁不易发黑(积炭灰)。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃气取暖器。
背景技术
现有的燃气取暖炉在使用过程中虽然能使流动气流转化为旋转性气流,产生流螺旋火焰,具有观赏性,但还是存有问题: 由于空气只能先从取暖炉的侧向通孔进入纵向风道形成纵向气流,然后经出口再在玻璃管中转化成轴向气流,因此存在着较大风阻。在实际使用时,易产生气流不畅的问题,当燃气量增大时,玻璃管中往往会产生未得到充分燃烧的气体,因此在使用中存在着燃烧效率不高的问题;并且由于存在着不充分燃烧现象,石英玻璃管内壁就会发黑(积炭灰),需经常清理。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有燃气取暖器存在的上述问题,本实用新型要解决的问题是在保持具有观赏性的前提下,设计出一种既能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,具有很强观赏性的燃气取暖器,同时又能随时满足空气补充,使玻璃管中的燃气得到充分燃烧,玻璃管壁不易发黑(积炭灰)。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案,对上述专利进行改进:一种燃气取暖器,包括:炉体散热部、与炉体散热部相连的炉体燃烧部及与炉体燃烧部相连的炉体底座,所述的炉体散热部由隔栅、玻璃管、散热罩和顶盖组成;炉体燃烧部由炉头和导流台组成;底座为中空结构,座身上设有用于空气流通的通孔。
所述导流台位于底座顶面上并从底座中引入空气,使得导流台、炉体散热部的玻璃管和炉头三者构成一个能产生旋转气流的燃烧室;为了使燃气取暖器的燃烧空气无风阻由下而上,并能产生出燃烧旋转气流,所述的导流台中心为一个设有安装炉头的中心通孔,在中心通孔周围设有若干个与底座相通的通气孔,通气孔上方设有若干个与其配合的单向导流罩。
进一步,为了使燃气取暖器的燃烧空气产生旋转,所述的通气孔设计为弧形环孔。
进一步,为使单向导流罩更好地单向导流、并产生旋转气体和减少气流阻力,所述的单向导流罩结构为一个凹形开口壳体,其壳底开口与通气孔相配合,其两侧壁面为弧形环壁面,其顶部进风口一端壁面为弧形导向壁面。
进一步,为使出气口的气流流向一致,所述的单向导流罩出风口朝向一致。
进一步,为了使燃气取暖器的燃烧空气不产生气阻,所述的通气孔位置设置在炉头与玻璃管之间的空隙处,均布。
本实用新型的工作原理是:液化气通过炉头燃后,与炉头四周从底座流入空气一起进入玻璃管燃烧室中燃烧;由于从单向导流罩中流出的是旋转空气,因此玻璃管中产生螺旋火焰,而且气流畅通无阻,从而达到了既能提高燃烧率的效果,又能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,很具有观赏性。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于导入的空气为螺旋运动,能使燃气在燃烧时产生螺旋火焰,并且使燃气得到充分燃烧,从而达到了既能使火焰在玻璃管中旋转跳动,具有观赏性,又能提高燃烧率的效果,并使玻璃管内壁不易发黑(积炭灰)。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详细描述:如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种取暖炉,包括:炉体散热部1,与炉体散热部1相连的炉体燃烧部2,和与炉体燃烧部2相连的炉体底座3,其结构是:炉体散热部1由隔栅11、玻璃管12、散热罩13和顶盖14组成;炉体燃烧部2由炉头21和导流台22组成;底座3为中空结构,座身上设有用于空气流通的通孔。
为了使取暖炉的燃烧空气无风阻由下而上,并能产生出燃烧旋转气流,所述导流台(22)位于底座顶面上并从底座中引入空气,使得导流台22、炉体散热部的玻璃管12和炉头21三者构成一个能产生旋转气流的燃烧室。
所述的导流台22的中心为一个设有安装炉头的中心通孔22-1,在中心通孔22-1周围设有若干个与底座3相通的通气孔22-2,通气孔22-2上方设有若干个与其配合的单向导流罩22-3。
进一步,为了使燃气取暖器的燃烧空气产生旋转,所述的通气孔22-2设计为弧形环孔。
进一步,为使单向导流罩22-3更好地单向导流、并产生旋转气体和减少气流阻力,所述的单向导流罩22-3结构为一个凹形开口壳体,其壳底开口22-31与通气孔相配合,其两侧壁面22-32为弧形环壁面,其顶部进风口一端壁面22-33为弧形导向壁面。
进一步,为使出气口的气流流向一致,所述的单向导流罩22-3出风口朝向一致。
进一步,为了使燃气取暖器的燃烧空气不产生气阻,所述的通气孔22-2位置设置在炉头21与玻璃管12之间的空隙处,均布。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本实用新型所作的举例,而并非是对本实用新型的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本实用新型的精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本实用新型的保护范围之中。
Claims (5)
1.一种燃气取暖器包括:炉体散热部(1)、与炉体散热部(1)相连的炉体燃烧部(2)及与炉体燃烧部(2)相连的炉体底座(3),所述的炉体散热部(1)由隔栅(11)、玻璃管(12)、散热罩(13)和顶盖(14)组成;所述的炉体燃烧部(2)由炉头(21)和导流台(22)组成;所述的底座(3)为中空结构;其特征在于:所述导流台(22)位于底座顶面上并从底座中引入空气,使得导流台(22)、炉体散热部的玻璃管(12)和炉头(21)三者构成一个能产生旋转气流的燃烧室;
所述的导流台(22)的中心为一个设有安装炉头的中心通孔(22-1),在中心通孔(22-1)周围设有若干个与底座(3)相通的通气孔(22-2),通气孔(22-2)上方设有若干个与其配合的单向导流罩(22-3);
所述的导流台(22)具有一个设有安装炉头的中心通孔(22-1),在中心通孔(22-1)周围设有若干个与底座(3)相通的通气孔(22-2),通气孔(22-1)上方设有与其配合的单向导流罩(22-3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的通气孔(22-2)设计为弧形环孔;所述的单向导流罩(22-3)结构为一个凹形开口壳体,其壳底开口(22-31)与通气孔相配合,其两侧壁面(22-32)为弧形环壁面,其顶部进风口一端壁面(22-33)为弧形导向壁面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的每个单向导流罩(22-3)出风口朝向一致。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:所述的通气孔(22-2)位置均匀分布在炉头(21)与玻璃管(12)之间的空隙处。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃气取暖器,其特征在于:底座(3)为中空结构,座身上设有用于空气流通的通孔。
