本实用新型专利公开了一种简易智能热熔对焊机,包括带有夹持装置的机架,以及置于机架旁的热熔板和切削装置,其特征在于:还包括一控制器以及连接在控制器上的显示器,所述夹持装置旁设置有耐高温检测块,所述的热熔版、切削装置、耐高温检测块通过电源线连接到控制器上,所述的耐高温检测块上设置有温度传感器,本对焊机生产效率高、操作方便;由于本实用新型中的切削、加热、对接均采用自动化操作,无需人工操作,从而有效提高了生产效率,使操作方便,施工质量好。

技术领域
本实用新型专利涉及一种热熔对焊机,尤其是一种简易智能热熔对焊机。
背景技术
热熔对焊机是将两塑料管端面,利用加热板加热熔融后相互对接融合,经冷却固定连接在一起的方法。通常采用热熔对接焊机来加热管端,使两根塑料管端面熔化,迅速将两端面贴合,并保持一定的压力,经冷却后达到熔接的目的,热熔板对塑料管端面加热通常采用人工操作,将热熔板与两塑料管端面接触,使两塑料管端面达到熔化;在塑料管加热前,需将两根塑料管相对地放于夹持装置中,由于需对焊的两根塑料管端面可能存在不平齐现象,因而在两端面加热前,需先进行端面切削工序,通常采用人工操作,将圆盘刨刀与两塑料管端面接触,使两塑料管端面达到平齐的目的。由于塑料管材的焊接工艺复杂,其工艺温度、压力、时间三个参数在焊接过程中的控制是否精准将直接影响焊接质量的好坏,人工控制不可避免产生偏差,不同操作者所焊接的接头质量也会不同,而目前接头质量的非破坏性检测又没有较好的方法,因此,焊接过程的自动化、工艺参数的实时监测及焊接质量的稳定性变得尤为重要。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构简单,具有智能监控焊接过程中温度、压力、时间的简易智能热熔对焊机,其可实时显示焊接过程中的温度,压力,并可控制焊接时间,具有监控报警功能,确保焊接工序的正常参数,提高焊接质量,降低劳动强度。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种简易智能热熔对焊机,包括带有夹持装置的机架,以及置于机架旁的热熔板和切削装置,其特征在于:还包括一控制器以及连接在控制器上的显示器,所述夹持装置旁设置有耐高温检测块,所述的热熔板、切削装置、耐高温检测块通过电源线连接到控制器上,所述的耐高温检测块上设置有温度传感器。
进一步地,所述的切削装置通过轨道连接到机架处,且该切削装置连接到外部电源上,控制器控制该切削装置在轨道上移动,远离或靠近待热熔工件,并且,控制器控制该切削装置上刀盘的转动。
进一步地,所述的机架上的夹持装置有两组,一组固定在机架上,另一组通过滑块活动连接在机架上,在控制器和外部电源作用下,该滑块可带动其上连接的夹持装置远离或靠近固定在机架上的夹持装置。
进一步地,本装置还包括一组用于封堵焊接后的管材两端的活动堵头,且其中一个活动堵头内侧设置有压力传感器和进气口,进气口通过管道连接到空压机上,压力传感器通过电源线连接到控制器上。
进一步地,所述的显示器5上具有温度显示模块、压力显示模块、时间显示模块和警示报警模块。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的简易智能热熔对焊机的结构与众不同,其通过控制器和显示器实时监控温度、压力,并可检测焊接后管材的焊接质量,切削模式无需人工参与,通过控制器智能控制即可,其生产效率高、操作方便。由于本实用新型中的切削、加热、对接均采用自动化操作,无需人工操作,从而有效提高了生产效率,使操作方便,施工质量好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行进一步说明。
如图1、2所示,一种简易智能热熔对焊机,包括带有夹持装置21的机架2,以及置于机架2旁的热熔板3和切削装置4,机架2上的夹持装置21用于夹持带焊接的管材,该夹持装置21为目前市场上常见的热熔对焊机夹持结构,如专利号为201120433658.3的专利文献,其公开了一种热熔对接焊机用夹持装置,就为常见的夹持装置中的一种,本实施例还包括一控制器1以及连接在控制器1上的显示器5,显示器5上具有温度显示模块、压力显示模块、时间显示模块和警示报警模块,当温度值、压力值不正常时,通过警示报警模块提示操作者及时调整,时间显示模块用于显示热熔时间,控制器1用于控制热熔板3的工作模式、切削装置4的工作位置和工作状态,夹持装置21旁设置有耐高温检测块8,所述的热熔板3、切削装置4、耐高温检测块8通过电源线连接到控制器1上,所述的耐高温检测块8上设置有温度传感器,其可将热熔对焊过程中的温度传递给控制器1,并通过显示器5显示出来,便于操作者实时监控或调整工作温度。切削装置4通过轨道41连接到机架2处,且该切削装置4连接到外部电源上,控制器1控制该切削装置4在轨道41上移动,远离或靠近待热熔工件,并且,控制器1控制该切削装置4上刀盘的转动,当需要对待热熔焊接的工件进行切削平头时,通过控制器1启动切削装置4的运行结构, 使切削装置4通过轨道41靠近待焊接工件,当靠近待焊接工件后,控制器1启动切削装置4的铣刀4运行,进而实现边靠近焊接工件边对管材的端头部进行切削。
为了降低焊接工序的劳动强度,提高焊接效率,本实施例中,机架2上的夹持装置21有两组,一组固定在机架2上,另一组通过滑块22活动连接在机架2上,在控制器1和外部电源作用下,该滑块22可带动其上连接的夹持装置远离或靠近固定在机架2上的夹持装置,进而调整需要焊接的两个管材的距离,为了便于测量管材焊接后的焊接效果,本装置还包括一组用于封堵焊接后的管材两端的活动堵头6,且其中一个活动堵头6内侧设置有压力传感器和进气口,进气口通过管道连接到空压机7上,压力传感器通过电源线连接到控制器1上,焊接完成后的管材,两端封堵后,通过空压机7和进气口输入压缩空气,并通过压力传感器将压力值传递给控制器1,并由显示器5显示其压力值,便于操作者参考,热熔焊接口是否密实,有没有缺陷、空隙。

1.一种简易智能热熔对焊机,包括带有夹持装置(21)的机架(2),以及置于机架(2)旁的热熔板(3)和切削装置(4),其特征在于:还包括一控制器(1)以及连接在控制器(1)上的显示器(5),所述夹持装置(21)旁设置有耐高温检测块(8),所述的热熔板(3)、切削装置(4)、耐高温检测块(8)通过电源线连接到控制器(1)上,所述的耐高温检测块(8)上设置有温度传感器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易智能热熔对焊机,其特征在于:所述的切削装置(4)通过轨道(41)连接到机架(2)处,且该切削装置(4)连接到外部电源上,控制器(1)控制该切削装置(4)在轨道(41)上移动,远离或靠近待热熔工件,并且,控制器(1)控制该切削装置(4)上刀盘的转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易智能热熔对焊机,其特征在于:所述的机架(2)上的夹持装置(21)有两组,一组固定在机架(2)上,另一组通过滑块(22)活动连接在机架(2)上,在控制器(1)和外部电源作用下,该滑块(22)可带动其上连接的夹持装置远离或靠近固定在机架(2)上的夹持装置。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的一种简易智能热熔对焊机,其特征在于:还包括一组用于封堵焊接后的管材两端的活动堵头(6),且其中一个活动堵头(6)内侧设置有压力传感器和进气口,进气口通过管道连接到空压机(7)上,压力传感器通过电源线连接到控制器(1)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种简易智能热熔对焊机,其特征在于:所述的显示器(5)上具有温度显示模块、压力显示模块、时间显示模块和警示报警模块。
